While their humidor is stacked with with an expansive selection of cigars that I may someday build the palette for, their lounge is tastefully decorated and has the most comfortable chairs that would just melt away the stresses of your day.Host a board meeting, host a poker game, or just host a friend over your favorite cigars and liquors. This place is perfect for that.The real treasure of this place is the people that frequent this establishment. I have been coming to this place 2-3 times a week for just under 2 months and I always leave with more knowledge than I came in with - business, marriage, fatherhood, sports - the folks here are very nurturing. They have been very accepting of who I am, the questions I have, and my friends that I bring to visit.For selection of cigars, decor, laid back feel, and the members of this lounge - this place gets 5 stars from me - all day, everyday.

Going to be respectful about this review. Found it by chance while out in far North Houston and decided to check if there were any smoking lounges there. The lounge is located in a strip mall with a grocery store and a few other businesses, parking is free and there isnt much of a noticeable store front for the lounge, but a sign over a dark double glass door. The windows are shaded and I did expect much upon entering, but when I did, I saw a smoking lounge that was a cigar lovers dream. The interior was extremely high-end and beautifully done. There were black leather couches near the door, and interesting artwork paying homage to famous cigar smokers with a chest high marble counter on the right and a wall of humidors to the left, leading to a beautiful humidor behind a glass door. This was nice enough, but the young lady behind the counter asked me if I like tour of the private lounge. I said sure. We went through a set of double glass doors behind the counter and it lead into a low lit huge room with a full length bar and several smaller rooms adjacent to this larger one with a private entrance/exit. This large bar area was plush with countless leather couches and chairs and 2-3 flat screens on the walls. So, lets review 1) very discretely located smoking lounge in NW Houston, 2) beautiful manly cigar decor 3) attentive staff 4) amazing private smoking lounge with a fullsized bar. What more could you want?Well, how about a large diverse selection of high end cigars. Now, for the other shoe, with this top shelf layout, the selection of cigars in the humidor was woefully lacking-actually horrid. I went through three times and found to assure I wasnt hullucinating, they not only had a poor selection, but also a small quantity of cigars. This was severely disappointing. So, due to that key shortfall, I cant recommend Presidential Cigars as a cigar lounge. I appreciate the great back story of minority ownership and minority members but its just a glorified private smoking lounge, which you would need to buy a membership just to bring your own smokes to, to get the full use of the lounge, weird business model, but what do I know.

Had the distinct pleasure to smoke an Arturo Fuentes Grand Reserve with Kevin and Mike today. My first visit - Was able to take the tour of this outstanding facility, great staff and so very helpful. Great selection for the newbie and the aficionado. Laid back watching big screens and engaging in great discussion. Made my day Great.. Highly recommend..

Im not a member. But its a very nice venue for special occasions, birthday party, etc. They offer plenty of events open to the public. Its a great place and the owners are always welcoming and up beat. Beautiful lounge with plenty to due. But it is private and as a non member you are limited to what you have access to. Not that they are monitoring you by any means. But theres just an unspoken rule that I follow regarding boundaries out of respect to paying members. I have never felt in welcomed.

Love this place. Staff is friendly they sold me exactly what I was looking for and even introduced me to some cigars I didnt think I would like. Glad I stopped in. This is now one of my go to places for cigars. Especially specialty cigars. Update on this shop, now that I’m more accustomed to cigars, they day I went in to buy a new lighter, I spent $60 on it. It retails for $40. I have not been back to this shop since that day and won’t be back due to this issue.
