These guys have very reasonable prices vs online retailers. I shop both so it’s nice to have a local shop I can pick up from if needed. I recently purchased two new products, Dr Dank & Cake D8 Vapes and WOW we both loved it. Smooth flavorful and relaxing 👍🏼👍🏼 A+ will definitely be back for more

The employee knows product, gives feedback, explained his issue inquired about without malice; answered questions courteously. Has material for sale that is concerning however those will be passed forward as those are more than likely not his call. Concerned for his safety due to a leaky roof in an area which may contain live wiring.

I love shopping here, its the only store I visit for my vaping needs. Great manager, as well as a great staff. Derek in particular knows very much about what hes talking about, whether it be about electronic smoking devices or glass pieces. He always seems to go above and beyond the level of customer service to make my visit quick, efficient, and has most certainly earned my loyalty as a customer.

I like the employees here they are polite. My only issue is that they charge more for the same things you can get at multiple other of their competitors down spring cypress and 2920.Been going here a while it’s a shame they can’t see that they are overpriced.

The owner and workers there are like family. You walk in and they pretty much know what you want and you are in and out, with conversation, of course. I love the place! I will never go anywhere else.

Was sold a clone torch. Tried to go back many times but they always want to rather test it with a time rather than actual glass. Their suggestions were to jam the butane bottle then when I went back for a third time they said gently squeeze it in there... why not just give me a better torch instead of a fake torch. Would not recommend

BUYER BEWARE! Purchased a Smok Alien that lasted 23 days. Now I have to send it thru the manufacturer for repair. I spent $130 in total with charger, batteries and juice. The lesson for anyone reading this is not to purchase anything from this store and get online at eBay. The price is 60% off and its the same warranty process if it breaks. I was nice, the owner was nice but if you dont mind wasting your money on warranty hassle plus you wont have a vape to use then go for it. If you can wait 48 hours, get eBay. Save money!

My wife broke her glass on a Saturday night while we were here for the weekend. The guys here tried every glass in the store to fix it but they didn’t have my odd ball size tank glass. So he sold me a better tank at cost to help me out. He could tell I was frustrated and said it seemed like I needed some good news. I don’t fill out a lot of google reviews but I honestly HIGHLY recommend this shop.

Nice place, the entrance is kind of unwelcoming but the inside was very clean. The employee working here (cant remember his name) was very kind and attentive. Pretty great atmosphere with a nice selection of pipes.

Bought “quality nail” asked the manager if it won’t break when heated up cause I have had some break. And he told me if it does he would replace it. It broke went in, and got called a liar and cussed at by the employee. Who’s cusses infront/at customers? Very unprofessional.

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!! I recently visited your shop on 2920 near Jax. I went in on the 23rd of December and I paid $101.99 for a Smok Alienware vaping kit, space jam vaping juice, batteries, and a battery charger. After normal use for 10 days it stops working I went in on January the 2nd to find a solution to my problem and no avail no one could give me answers. I went into the store the first time and spoke with an employee and told him my issue. He said the manager would fix my vape when he returned or give me a solution. My boyfriend asked if he would return the DEFECTIVE product and give us our money back. He told us no. I was getting heated at this point because I just spent my hard earned money on a recreational product and it no longer works after only 10 days. I returned at the time he said he would be back. I told the manager my issue and he said he would not fix my issue and that I had to file a claim under the warranty. I tried that and it didn’t work. I told the product is no longer in warranty. It says so on the website. These products are no longer being manufactured. The process to file a claim under the warranty is impossible because the company gives me the run around. The “app” that I need to use to start the claim is no longer available on any platform. I reiterated this to the so called manager and all he had for me was the same answer: “file a claim with the company I can not give a refund.” The EMPLOYEE told me and my boyfriend that the MANAGER would be able to fix this. The manager and employee also tried to discredit me and essentially say that I was lying when in fact I was not. This has made me never want to return again. I feel like I need to be reconciled for this ordeal. Either by refund or exchange. Today is January 3rd and I will see if they resolve this problem.

Went in to replace an e-cigarette that I lost. Purchased a new tank and black battery. When I got home, the battery wouldnt work. Went back and was told that they didnt have any to exchange for me (in black) that would work with my Kanger tank. They offered to swap 2 smaller batteries or 1 gigantic one for the defective one I had. Told them that was unacceptable, since I didnt want to be bothered with extra pieces or a giant e-cigarette the size of a pool stick. They called another store and were told that they could transfer the battery I wanted from another location. Called the next day and was told that the other location did NOT have the battery, but that they were going to do an inventory to correct the problem. In the meantime, I went to another vapor store a little further down the road and was able to purchase one that worked, albeit a different brand battery.After several trips to this location to remedy the issue and getting nowhere, I decided to ask for a refund and was promptly referred to the hidden sign behind the register covered over with other graphic stickers that states: No Refunds or Exchanges. The store employee says to me, We were just trying to help you out, referring to their failed attempt to transfer the battery (that was apparently never there to begin with) from another location. Gee, thanks. It would probably have been more helpful to sell me a product that works as advertised. It would also have appeared helpful to act like the problem demanded an urgent solution once it was discovered. They treated me like it was my problem and they were uninterested it fixing it, since they already had my money. I finally left my number for them to call me when the battery arrives, since neither the store manager nor the store employees had thought to extend me that courtesy.Today is June 2nd,2014, and not only do I doubt I will ever receive that phone call, Im angry that I spent money on a battery that doesnt work with anything I own and will now have to purchase yet another battery from the competition in order to get what I want.Typical head shop. I will NEVER spend another dime here. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
