I had to find a new optometrist after my previous Dr. closed her office. I chose Eyescript largely because they could offer me an appointment quickly - but It turned out to be a great choice! Dr. Nguyen is very courteous and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions in detail. I needed some extra paperwork completed for my employment - she was very diligent in filling it out, even though it took extra time. And the office staff members are also very friendly. Dr. Jennifer Nguyen is amazing! My whole family booked an appt and her staff and herself were very accommodating to my 4 year old kids. Her staff is very helpful with any questions and my glasses came super quick. The facility is very clean and well sanitized. I would highly recommend if you are looking for an optometrist in the area.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had for my vision doctor and staff. Dr. Nguyen is not only thorough and detailed but also compassionate and kind. The staff is also phenomenal, the woman who helped me with my glasses was amazing and very helpful (I did not catch her name, will have to get it next visit!) . Very professional and caring. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Jennifer Nguyen for about 7 years.She has an arrangement with an eye surgeon such that when my husband had his cataract surgery, she did the surgical followup visits.When I had vitreous detachment recently, she sent me to a retina specialist and then has shared the follow-up visits, reporting to the other doctor when she sees me (I go to both doctors for this).Eyescript Vision also has the latest equipment / most high tech diagnostic equipment.

Highly highly recommend coming here. She is a specialist, not one of those glasses and contact prescription only doctors. Her office is Very clean, modern and there is tons of parking. Definitely not one of those ghetto places where the glasses made separate from the actual eye doctor. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are very knowledgeable and save my eyes by identifying issues with me before blindness and loss of sight set in. I visited EyeScript Vision Care on the recommendation of a friend for new eye glasses and new contacts. Boy was I impressed by their service! While I was waiting to be seen, a staff member invited me to browse the frames. I usually have a hard time finding ones that fit my face shape and my low nose bridge. Plus, I have fairly bad eyesight which means I require thicker lenses. I was called in to get my eyes checked before I had the chance to finalize my decision. When I went to see Dr. Nguyen, she was very thorough and professional. I commented that my eyes have felt really dry recently, so wearing contacts has become uncomfortable. She was extremely patient in helping me find contacts that felt the most comfortable based on my new prescription. Once we were done with the examination, I returned to the lobby area. To my surprise, the staff member I initially spoke to had pulled a couple frames that fit my needs! Talk about first-class service! She helped me pick out a very fashionable frame and recommended the special lenses that are no-glare and scratch resistant—perfect for my lifestyle and since I work in an office and stare at the computer screen all day. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen and her team for a stellar visit!

As a patient who had Lasik fifteen years ago, I started wearing glasses again about four years ago due to regression. While I’ve had two eye exams since that time, I must say, I’m seeing much more clearly and more sharply than I ever had previously! In fact, I cannot recall when my vision was this sharp with glasses!Dr. Nguyen performs a very thorough eye exam. Her staff assists in the initial assessment and tests used to verify your eyes’ health. Once I was in Dr. Nguyen’s hands, she asked me a number of detailed questions about my work as it pertains to eye straining and tasks which can impede eye health. Typically, I’ve struggled when the eye doctor inquires about which test lens is more clear. Here, Dr. Nguyen would make the adjustments and confirm or deny the clarity I was purporting to see. She was patient and explained why I was likely seeing more or less clearly with the adjustments. I was also able to have my eyes dilated as part of my exam. At first I was reticent to do so, but now I highly recommend that one partakes in this aspect of the exam as it gives you a solid understanding of any existing and potential issues. Dr. Nguyen was able to confirm that my eyes are still healthy, and she had no on-going concerns. We discussed ways in which a healthier diet that focused on certain greens would be more beneficial, as well as methods for protecting my long-term vision health.As far as lenses and frames go, I love the selection offered at Eyescript! The staff is very well-informed as to face shapes and eye-frame technology. I selected a brand that was known for its lightweight and adaptive frame. If youre someone who predominantly wears glasses over contacts, I highly recommend going with the higher-end offerings as far as lenses and coatings are concerned. Wow, this place really goes above and beyond on customer service! I’ve been through many optometrists before, and Dr. Jennifer seems to really care about you and is very personable. I had astigmatism, so it was hard for me to find a good contact lens prescription that I can see well in. We actually went through 6 pairs! That’s beyond what any other optometrist every done for me. Dr. Jennifer really tried to make sure I get the best prescription for my vision. She is really knowledgeable and answered many questions I had with great detail. I will definitely come back, and this will now be my annual optometrist office.

I got my ortho k vision correction here by Dr. Nguyen and she is absolutely great. Her and her staff are extremely professional and took the time to explain to me the process of wearing my overnight lenses.

This used to be the best eye doctor in town. The Doctor is awesome but her front counter girls are terrible. I drive from Kingwood all the way to come see her but I am not going anymore after last few visits dealing with the front counter help.

I was visiting Spring for a wedding when my glasses had an unfortunate incident with my foot and the floor. Since I didnt want to be blind for the rest of the week, I checked out my options in the area for getting new glasses. Eyescript was close by and took my insurance so I gave them a call and explained my situation. The person I talked to was extremely helpful and got me in for an appointment with Dr. Nguyen first thing the next morning.The store/office had a very nice, upscale feel to it, and I loved the use of iPads to facilitate the check-in process and all the paperwork that goes with it. The staff were very friendly and personable and had no problem answering my questions.Dr. Nguyen was also extremely professional and knowledgeable. Ive been wearing glasses for the past 10 years, and have had some issues with an abrasion on my eye. But feel like I learned more from Dr. Nguyen about caring for my eyes than I did from all the other optometrists/ophthalmologists Ive seen. She gave me great info on diet and supplements for healthy eyes, best practices for preventing damage to my eyes and the best products to help my eyes stay moisturized and safe. She also corrected a pretty poor prescription I had before that wasnt really what my eyes needed and took the time to ensure I had the most accurate prescription possible.The selection of glasses was great, and very reasonably priced. But best of all, Dr. Nguyen was able to rush my glasses order through, and I picked them up just 2 days after my appointment, with time to spare before the wedding rehearsal. They look and fit great! I would highly recommend Eyescript and Dr. Nguyen to anyone....I only wish I lived closer so I could go to her regularly!

Eyescript is in a very nice strip mall near the Klein area and Meyer Park. Its hard to spot on the road, but you cant miss this place for the great service. I have visited this place for FRAME SELECTION ONLY and have NOT worked with the optometrist for an eye exam/eye care. I had my eye exam done somewhere else(TSO), but due to their poor selection of frames, I decided to check out Eyescript because my dad goes to them, and he suggested I try it out. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Myrna. She totally understood how I only wanted frames and not an exam and let me browse the frames they had. Since my dad was already a customer, they had our insurance pulled up right away while I was looking. After I chose two possible frames to go with, Jeannette(or Jenette, I dont know for sure how its spelled) was able to calculate pricing for me in a matter of minutes. While I ultimately did not get frames from Eyescript(I went to several TSOs and eventually got a nicer frame from them)I really appreciated the kind and fast service from the front desk staff, and highly recommended anyone to try them out as an eye care and frame provider.
