My daughter received great service at the Visionworks Spring Texas location. A huge difference from another provider we used before. Everyone was very friendly. We greeted when we entered the store and very helpful with daughter choosing her frames which look great. The store manager even offered her assistance as well. I am planning to go back myself for my annual exam.

Ms. Bradlen was so knowledgeable, friendly & so helpful to me in my decision making. Such a great group of people at this spring location. I was treated with respect & fantastic customer service! When its time for my son to get his eyes checked & get new glasses Im definitely going to Spring location. Dr Chin was very thorough in her exam which I appreciate.

Customer Service is outstanding, Miss Sandy is very knowledgeable and a complete pleasure to deal with. Visionworks is leaps and bounds above Americas Best (worst). I would recommend them (Visionworks) to anyone in need of a great deal on glasses.

We used to live over by memorial city and their customer service was not so great. I was skeptical walking in here but let me tell you this store has GREAT customer service. I was instantly greeted and the help picking out my frames was awesome. When I got the text they were ready and went to pick them up it was so great. She helped me get them fitted just right and it always felt like a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely refer people to this store and come back myself!!

Staff is very welcoming and greet you as soon as you walk in. I was missing some information but they were pretty patient and helpful. They were very transparent with the prices and showed me different options for them to fit my budget. Place is neat and clean.I received my glasses and they are wonderful.

Had an awful experience there. The 2 attending ladies, were rude, impatient and impolite, shouting orders about “Masks”, another customer was treated the same as me. Their prices were absurdly high, and they do not try to sell you anything once they noticed you can’t afford what they have...I walked across the street and paid Walmarte a THIRD, of what they wanted to charge me for frame and lenses that are just phenomenal! I am writing a complaint to my vision insurance that sent me there.

The store was clean, well organized and every item touched was sanitized. Busy area but inside the store was peaceful and quiet.

Went to pick up my glasses last Thursday and they was busy which wasnt a problem. I was ask what i was coming in for and i stated to pick up my glasses. I then was told to sit in the fitting section and was given my glasses i put them on and they had to be adjusted and they was by Branden. When they was gicen back to me i ask Branden( not sure if i spelled her name correctly) if there something i use to see if i can read with them, she told no not at this time but if you have problem then comeback, who says that when someone is picking up glasses. I couldnt not wear them for two days and finally had to try them throughout the day. When i purchases them the customer service was great. I will not be back at this location will go to Willowbrook next year.

I am so very happy that I walked in the door with broken frames and they were able to find my frames put in new lenses in a matter of minutes clean my lenses put them in a new case and I was out the door. Miss Sandy was my representative and she was awesome and I want to thank everybody at the store for being so thoughtful and moving so quickly and taking the time to help me and I didn’t have to pay a dime in that was so great because our coverage covered and then they gave me additional extra so this way everything came out perfect!!

I’ve never thought I’d like wearing contacts until Dr. Nguyen introduced me to one that finally fits me comfortably. I’ve been wearing glasses most of my life. Now I can’t go without wearing contacts. In addition, the entire staff were super friendly and helpful. Elissa, specifically was very generous and helpful when it came to purchasing my contacts. Helloo! I called Friday and I was looking forward to talk to the boss with the corona virus raincoat that was clear. She immediately hung up the phone as I was telling her her hair was on my lens. The corona virus raincoat lady left her hair in my lens and I can not see anything when I wear them. I asked for a refund and she hung up immediately. There was no need for this rudeness from the boss with the corona virus raincoat lady. I then called on Saturday and I spoke to Ms.Sandy. She didn’t even let me finish talking before hanging up on me . I STILL NEED MY REFUND!!!!!!

I had a great experience at vision works. As a post grad I was on a budget for glasses and Sandy B. was awesome. She gave me space to try on glasses and helped me choose when I needed help on one of the many options. She listened to my needs and helped me choose glasses I love. I wasn’t rushed at all! So many cost efficient options that won’t break the bank. I feel like this sounds like an AD but really I’m just a happy customer that left feeling happy with my purchase and with my service.

I needed to replace the nose piece on my glasses frame, and have the frame further adjusted. The repair was free, as was the adjustment. I received help the moment I walked into the shop. I was greeted by smiles all around.

I wish someone there truly knew how to adjust glasses - they bend then hand to you.. went twice and still does not fit correctly (did not want to go back and forth) so finally left. will have to go outside of my area i guess to the woodlands and hoping can find someone to adjust my glasses correctly

There is not enough good things I can say about the staff at this location. Im very picky about my frames. Even during Covid 19 MS.Bradlen was sterile and professional as I tried on several pairs. The lab lost my glasses and it took about 3 weeks which is way too long. The staff kept me updated during the long wait. And reassured me that they would be expedited. And they where! I would return to location!

Initially, had a great experience. Then my over priced glasses came back and they still had shavings on the lenses. The machine cut of the lenses were not done correctly. No attention to detail when putting them in my frames as there were shavings still attached to my glasses lenses upon pickup. Took them home and had to clean them up via a hand file myself.Then had a guarantee of Feb 17th for my contacts. Was told they would call me to give an update if they didnt arrive on the guaranteed date. Never received a notification or call. Contacts did not arrive until the 18th... AND the only reason I knew they arrived is because I called the establishment. No notification of arrival what-so-ever. Will not do business here again.
