My family has been going to Dr Faz’s office for years! Would never pick another optical. Ms Yvette, Mr Thomas and now their new addiction, Dr Bacchus are amazing! Everyone there is great!

I have been seeing Dr. Elle for about 8 years now and she has always been amazing! She’s open about teaching you everything that she is looking for as a doctor. Kat and Natalie were great helping me get set up and getting me fit for my contacts. I’ve never had a bad experience with Dr. Elle and her team and I hope to continue to be a patient with her.

I have been going to this TSO location in Spring for several years. I highly recommend them because they are nice, answer questions, explain images and also discuss alternatives. They also have a clean office with no waiting room.

Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming. The staff made my daughters feel comfortable and were patient with them as they tried to figure out what style glasses helping to find exactly what they were looking for! I’d recommend to everyone looking for a place with great friendly service.

I’ve been visiting this office since 2014, and Dr. Faz and her staff are amazing. Each visit is an awesome experience, with detailed information and wonderful service throughout. I’m always happy when I leave her office knowing my family and I received the best care.

Customer service was great I was greeted the minute I step in the door. Doctor took her time with exam explained everything she was doing and showed me images of my eyes which to me is a plus. The nice gentleman that helped me with picking out frames was awesome of course I forgot his name and its no where on receipt. I will return next year

I wish I could give this TSO 10 STARS!!! I had the most fabulous experience there today! First of all, I called them after 11 AM and despite being booked for the day, they were able to work me in for an appointment. From that first contact, to when I walked out the door, I had nothing but STELLAR service. Thomas greeted me as soon as I arrived and handed me off to Natalie for my testing. She was quick and efficient and got me through that less-than-pleasant part with minimal discomfort.Dr. Bacchus (sp?) was my optometrist and he took extremely good care of me. He even showed me the scans of my eyes and pointed out what he was looking at to determine my eye health. He was very thorough and patient. He addressed my vision issues perfectly and didnt try to upsell me on procedures or products I dont need. Then, when Thomas came back to finish my prescription, I found out it was Dr. Bacchuss FIRST day with the practice! Thomas was also exceptionally friendly and caring. This entire office is really the epitome of good care and service. I am SO GLAD I found them and they have made me a customer for life!

Texas State Optical is one of the best Eye places to have your vision checked and purchase new Glass because they have all the latest styles.The staff is wonderful and treat you like family and remembers all of their repeat customers names.

I came here last year because I had a pretty bad corneal abrasion and my eye doctor at the time wasn’t available. I found TSO online and was seen right away. Dr. Faz and her staff were awesome! They made sure I was comfortable in an otherwise painful situation and even stayed late to help me. I came back 6 months later when I got another(!) corneal abrasion because I was so impressed with them.Today I just needed a routine eye exam (thankfully) and Dr Faz is my regular eye doctor! Her whole staff is amazing and welcoming and just so nice. Yulissa helped me pick out an awesome pair of glasses and Yvette is always so helpful and funny each time I’ve seen her at the front desk. Shoutout to the tech that helped me the last 2 visits!! I can’t remember her name but she made sure to ask if my eye was still okay and gave me some tips on how to handle my workman’s comp case after the 2nd abrasion.Very happy to have found this place, 10/10 highly recommend.

Extreme poor service, your company is now responsible for running a family of five away. We have had great service in the past. That has obviously changed. We will be finding a new Eye Dr in our local area and taking our business elsewhere. It may be a Doctors office but at the end of the day you are still running a business. Your customer service is off!

Talk about a pleasure... This place knows how to put customers back in from of customer service. Called when i go there. They let me in and everything just went like a normal eye doctor visit. Staff was very informative and laid out all my options and let me choose what i wanted. No long wait times, simple and to the point. Got me a seen then out. Looking forward to using them again when my contacts come back in.

Dr. Faz and her team is amazing. I haven’t been able to see out of my right eye for for almost 7 years because of a bad lasik surgery. She solved this problem. Because of her diagnosis and solution, I am now able to have full use of both of my eyes. A life changing experience, thank you.

The appointment times and and times the dr actually comes to your room need to be addressed. Past two appointments i have been waiting 30 mins in a room. I take a lunch to handle my appt most times.

I got stuck in a tropical storm so I evacuated Galveston and I left my contacts and glasses and I called this TSO location and they so graciously provided me some contacts to hold me over. Amazing customer service. I love my doctor and I love this team of technicians! HIGHLY recommend!!

My entire family has used this TSO for years, through multiple employers, Vision Insurance plans and residences. Dr. Elle has always taken the time to answer my (many) questions and I have never once found any reason to doubt her competence. The staff is friendly and good at what they do, and my wife and children are comfortable with them as well. Through at least 10 pairs of glasses and countless contacts I have never had a single issue with the service that my loved ones and I have received, nor the quality of the products we have purchased here.

Everyone was so nice and the feel of the venue is very professional and clean. Super helpful and understanding of all of our concerns. We will be going back!

We were some of their earliest patients and enjoyed going there for years until recently. They are nice folks until you have a problem, then they show their true colors. The office manager was rude and unwilling to correct a mistake they made with an invoice that they put in someone elses name instead of mine. They also refused to release a copy of my sons prescription when they had no problems doing this in the past but were now saying the couldnt do it anymore. Needless to say, we will be finding a new family optometrist.

I cannot say enough good things about this TSO office. Dr. Faz and her staff are simply the best! I am very particular about my vision and the time they spend and care they provide is above and beyond my expectations. The entire staff is amazing. They are patient, fun, friendly, and have that important personal touch. I feel like they are my friends and I have complete confidence when entrusting my sight to their professional care. They even helped me pick new frames when I couldn’t decide. Even the Doctor took a few minutes to look at my selections and add her vote. I wish I could add a sixth star to my rating. I would not recommend!!! They try to trick you into getting a eye scan for 39.99. Ive gotten my eye check for years at many different location and NEVER been turned away because i didnt want to get my eyes dilated.

I would recommend this location to anyone. Great all the way around. Costumers service is the best here. And if your appointment is at 9:00 expecte to get Sean at 9:00.

The Dr was hands down the kindest, most patient Dr. that I have ever experienced. She was excellent! The whole staff were extremely good to my daughter and I in a very complicated eye problem. I wouldnt go anywhere else now!

I purchased glasses for me and my husband in April, it has not been a year yet but my glasses got unhinged and his broke. I was told whenever we made the purchase that our glasses would be covered by a one year warranty at no cost to us should anything happen with in that year. Now Im in their office and they are telling me something completely different from what was told to us. They want me to pay half price on the frames.Do not over pay to get told lies!!!!

So far Ive noticed that most of these bad reviews are just patients that dont understand the correct process and steps they have to be followed and since they dont get their way they get mad and have nothing nice to say other than their belief of how things happened even though thats not how it really happened. I have been coming here now 3 years and every time I come its a pleasant feeling. Love it still. Thank you dr and staff for your hard and dedicated work. ❤ cant wait to see your office extended and remodeled. Looking great so far!!

I went here with my prescription from another doctors office because i couldnt find any glasses i liked there. The customer service from the lady i had was great, she really helped me find my glasses. She said it was going to take 7 to 10 days to come back i waited really exactly 1 month until my glasses came back but when i called a week before that to ask what was the problem havent got any calls on my process or anything the lady that answered the phone said they were there they just had to place the lenses in. Then when i called the next week the lady that answered asked me to hold a UPS just came in & let her see if they were there, well they were so the person the week before lied & the initial lady lied initially telling me it would take 7 to 10 days. For this I will not return to this place. If you dont mind waiting for your new glasses for over 4 weeks then this place would be fine for you.

First they changed the price whenever I came in on a certain frame. Then they took way too long to for me to get my glasses. They ordered the wrong glasses. When my wife went to pick them up, they ended up saying that I owed more.they messed up my lens twice and I was told that they would replace my lens for me as a courtesy and they ended up trying to charge me another 67 dollars. I won’t be back there due to the treatment. I wish that they would have read some of the other reviews.

Extremely rude receptionist. Its all a money thing its all about how much they can charge your insurance. If you ask to speak to the doctor you cant get past the guard dog receptionist. If you visit this place of business be very mindful of what theyre charging your insurance, and make sure that you get exactly what you want.

The entire TSO Spring staff is very courteous and professional. Dr. Faz has a friendly, pleasant demeanor and oversees a well-run eye clinic and shop. Regarding my own eye care - from updating a prescription to troubleshooting lens/eye issues, Dr. Faz is thorough and has followed up with me until my eye care needs have been met. I have personally experienced nothing but exceptional customer service and eye care the two years I have been a patient at TSO Spring.

Let me tell you why you should come here. 1 the staff is super caring and friendly. They go above and beyond. I can appreciate that because when I had a insurance issue Yvette helped me figure it out calmly and sweetly. 2 i had not been in so long that after getting my peepers checked the Dr. educated me on some new things I needed to know. 3 super clean and seen them wiping stuff down constantly. I can appreciate that with all the germs and what not. 4 there was no pressure for sales of anything when it came to picking out glasses. Im extra so I went and got some pricey frames. But thats my own doing to my pocket. Lol 5 I had to take my niece with me and they did not make a face or say any thing rude about it. She was good and quiet but I know some people frown upon kids at appts. They were not like that. Granted if your kid or kids or crazy/loud idk about that one for ya. 6 I dont even live near here anymore and have one down my street but didnt feel like moving my records. Now I remembered why Ive come here for so many years and will continue to.

Staff great---Dr Faz outstanding—HOWEVER—being Medicare eligible...I chose to go to a “Medicare” facility last year. I couldn’t wait to get back to Dr. Faz and the support staff at Spring TSO. I never felt rushed or pressured about any of my choices (even the choice I had made to go elsewhere last year!). The staff & Dr Faz welcomed me back like I had never been gone! I like being greeted by my name-even as I walk in the door! They told me it would be about 2 weeks to get my glasses. I was pleasantly surprised to get the text my glasses were ready in a week. Thanks Dr Faz & staff!!

Tried calling to get my prescription from them and was told that per HIPAA they cant give it over the phone or via fax/email... Not true and by law prescriptions can be transmitted in hard copy or by any electronic means... This is just a way to get you into their store.

I am a first time contact wearer. Dr Faz examined me. She was patient, understanding and attentive. I had to go back a scond time during my trial for the contacts while my eyes were adjusting because I thought I lost a contact in the back of my eye. She checked. Luckily I hadnt. I couldnt have asked for a better doctor to work with me during this transition because my was so tired of wearing glasses lol. I plan on bringing my son because he will soon need glasses. The customer service at this TSO is a joke. I was lied to about the arrival time of my contacts twice. They had instructions to overnight my order both times and failed to get my order there on time both times. I travel for work and do not have a permanent place away from home to receive my contacts in the mail. This TSO location is not trustworthy.
