I called to make an appointment because of the good reviews the doctor has. I believe they must hire new receptionists. The receptionist who answered the call was very rude. He hanged up on me and didn’t even help me check if my insurance covered at there location. That’s how you lose a new customer.

Great place! They have a machine if you choose it (small extra fee but worth it), so you don’t have to dilate your eyes and they can see more of your eye too! Staff very friendly. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient since roughly 2005/2006. The staff are always professional, friendly and helpful. I continue to see Dr.Proske because hes passionate about what he does, takes time to educate you on eye care and has the best equipment.

I rarely write reviews but the service I received at Vision Pro was noteworthy. My 11-year-old daughter was having problems seeing the board at school so I made her an appointment here as an in network provider with my insurance. Really friendly and professional service. Casey helped my daughter put her contacts in near minutes, and as I was about to make my prescription purchase through one 800 contacts, he stopped me and said wait a minute, let’s look up the price because I’m sure I’m cheaper. Then proceeded to give me a friendly lecture on supporting small businesses which I really appreciated as I am a small business owner myself. Their prices were indeed $100 cheaper to order a year supply of disposable contacts as opposed to ordering them online. Extremely great service. Everyone is really friendly and took the time to do things right. This is definitely a great team, From the moment you walk into the door till the time you leave.

A wonderful Experience these people made going to the doctor fun!! Yet professional.Best of all no puff of air or drops in my eyes.I left with my glasses made while i waited!!!!! These guys were great! The girl working with me to order contacts explained that if I ordered a year of contacts I could use my insurance benefits AND get a rebate! I got a year of contacts for less than I would usually spend on only 3 months! Im thinking about going to get sunglasses because I budgeted for way more!

My entire experience at Vision Pro was amazing-start to finish. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and Jordyn was very professional and kind when doing my testing. Dr. P is extremely knowledgeable and courteous and answered all of my questions and concerns and spent time with me and I never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend this facility to all of my friends and family.

I came here a couple weeks ago and Dr. Proske is amazing. He does very detailed exams and explains everything, also his staff is wonderful and customer service is amazing. Highly recommend this eye doctor to anyone!

This review would have been a perfect score had it not been for a couple of items.First, I would like to share that the doctor here is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The facility is extremely nice and there is a wide variety of frames to choose from. Casey, who appears to be the manager of the glasses portion of the business, was very friendly and helpful. He even made sure that my current glasses parts were ordered for free even though they are no longer available from Oakley (he had Niki, the front desk clerk, look up the part number who discovered that the part was used on a newer frame design). The young lady with curly hair was also very friendly. She completed my eye exams prior to being seen by the doctor. She made the experience pleasant and comfortable by chatting with me about movies, etc.Now for the bad:The glasses that I ordered, paid almost $350 for (after insurance coverage), and waited a week for were broken. The polycarbonate lenses had scratches around the edges and pieces of poly peeling off of the inside edges. The crazy part about this is that they were cut and installed in the lab on site and nobody checked the glasses before handing them to me. They were installed into the frames and put into the glasses sleeve then the case before wrapping the case with my receipt. How all of that could happen without someone noticing is beyond me. I can only assume that someone did, but didnt care. When I brought the issue to the attention of Niki, she tried to clean them up, but there was no fixing them. In fact, the more I examined the glasses, the more issues I noticed. Niki brought the issue to the attention of Casey who also tried to clean them up but couldnt. When it was all said and done I was told by Niki that they would have to outsource and replace the lenses which would take 7-10 days to get back and would not actually ship out until the next Tuesday which would add 3 more days to that. So, at this point I am forced to wait another 2 weeks for my glasses that I have already paid $350 out of pocket for. I was even told by Niki that she didnt get a chance to look at my glasses before showing them to me even though she was the person who called me to tell me that they were ready. In addition, Niki told me that another client before me had the same issue with their lenses that I had.Overall, I WAS happy with my experience at Vision Pro PRIOR TO my experience with my broken glasses. I have been told by Casey that my glasses will be under warranty for any type of damage moving forward, but Im not sure how confident I am that this means anything. A 100% guarantee means that a company believes in their product so strongly that they will back it indefinitely. How can that statement be true in the case of Vision Pro if there is no quality control process to begin with? If there is a process, why is there an employee working here that doesnt follow the process(es)? Was this the case of an employee dropping the ball or was it the norm here? If it was one employee, why did it happen? I strongly urge you to ask these questions before shopping for glasses here.

We have been patient,s of this doctor (Dr P.) for many years. He is very professional doctor. But I DO NOT recommend this office!. Unfortunately the front office is extremely unprofessional have not been trained on customer communication & service. There is no information or interaction (unless you, fit the proper customer profile). If you dont fit the profile, patient customer can expect handing you a clip board or signing. It is mind boggling that a customer, has and appoint and 1 has waited hour after that, are informed we are running behind schedule. This is not one example, my whole family are patient of Dr P., and indicated concerns with customer communication front office experience. It seems with the new or senior front staff need change, there is a lesson your front customer staff can make of break your business. Dr P is dragged down by his office staff, and just lost 4 loyal customers. Thank You Dr. P.

Fantastic Doctor friendly staff.Completely state of the art office no puff of air or dilation also I left with my glasses the SAME DAY!!!Highly recommend this place.

Dr. Proske is a great doctor. Very thorough and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend him!! The bad part is his insurance person. She said one thing and then another about whether my insurance was going to be accepted. I had to call her back after one week and talk to the other lady in the office only to find out after a week and a half my insurance was not accepted. No call back.

Office and staff really nice. Doctor was quick and concise-quickest exam Ive ever had! Plus my contacts are clear and no blurriness. I usually have to go back several times to get everything corrected for my astigmatism or prescription--but not with this doctor-perfect first time! Also liked that I could watch netflix while waiting for my hubby to have his exam. The staff was able to get my insurance taken care of before we arrived and were very knowledgeable.

Just got here, 1st time. Doctor seems friendly, but both receptionists were bad mouthing previous clients, a lot!Casey is awesome and so is the Dr., even the young receptionist/assistant, but it was a big turn off to hear them bad mouthing patients. The professional staff made up for it. Definitely going back.

Dr. Proske and his staff did a great job as always. I go every year for my annual exam and now my entire family goes. The selection of glass frames is outstanding and they help you understand your insurance and how it will best benefit your needs. I highly recommend Vision Pro.

I moved to Spring in fall of 2013 and was in search for an Optometrist. A friend referred me to Dr. Paul Proske and I have been a patient of his since that time. His staff is very professional and friendly both on the phone and in person. They are always helpful and provided an excellent level of service. Dr. Proske is both knowledgeable and thorough. He was the first person to properly diagnose and help treat a dry eye condition that had bothered me for many years.Because of my positive experience with his practice, my entire family have now become his patients.

Dr. Proske is best eye doctor I have ever gone too because of how detailed his exams are, he explains everything he is doing and why he is doing it. Kourtni and Jordyn gave me their thoughts on what frames looked best on me and I walked out feeling confident in the frames they helped me pick. On top of that, Casey made my glasses while I waited! I am going to recommend this office to all my family and friends.

Great place! Dr. Proske is the most passionate eye doctor I have ever visited. The entire staff is very nice and they have a wide variety of glasses and sunglasses to chose from. Im spoiled with my VSP insurance and cant wait for my appointment this Saturday to grab a new pair of driving glasses and shades. My husband and son love buying their Oakley and Ray-Ban sunglasses from here. Weve returned a few pairs with minor scratches within the year warranty time frame and both times the glasses have been exchanged - no questions asked (Just as they advertise!).

I have been going to Dr. Proske for about 8 years now. He has great staff and all the latest equipment. My eyeglass prescriptions are for the progressive lenses (no-line bifocals) and they must be done perfectly or else they make you feel dizzy. Needless to say, they are always done perfectly. Dr. Proske is very thorough and I feel like the screenings I get at his office are completely reliable. No worries about eye health as long as I am seeing him once a year. His staff is always very professional as well and the optician in his office is one of the best I have ever dealt with. If you want to see well and keep your eyes healthy, by all means see Dr. Proske.

Horrible experience here. While eating with my family at Chic-fil-a I rubbed my eye and accidentally folded my contact lense into the corner of my eye. It was very painful and I couldnt straighten it out in the restroom. I found Vision Pro next to us on Google maps and decided to walk over there for help. When I walked in I told the nice girl behind the counter what happened and asked if I could purchase some contact solution and borrow a mirror to straighten it out. She began to help me when another employee (Casey) told her I needed to check in first. She got my name & number and handed me a clipboard to fill out a 2 page form. When I again explained that I was in pain and just needed a mirror and solution, Casey rather rudely comes up and tells me if you are in pain you have to see the doctor. Starting to get frustrated at this point I asked again to borrow a mirror and buy some solution. The kind girl at the counter brought me a bottle of solution and gave me a mirror. I was finally able to get my contact out, cleaned, and back in my eye. When finished I asked how much for the bottle of solution, Casey rudely jumped in again and told her that it was a sample that they use for customers and not for sale. I asked if I could buy a bottle of solution that was for sale, but apparently they dont sell contact solution in this contact / glasses store. (Sreiously??!!)The nice girl behind the counter handled things well. This Casey guy did not. I was looking for a new optometrist closer to home and on the walk over had considered this to be my new place. After this experience it will not be Vision Pro. One bad apple CAN spoil the whole barrel.

I went to Vision Pro for a second opinion on some vision issues I was having that came on suddenly. Casey did a good job of squeezing me in on short notice, and Dr. Proske was very thorough in his analysis and diagnosis. The first doc I saw wanted to write me a new vision script for what Dr. Proske diagnosed as Central Serous Chorioretinopathy. A new script would have been a complete waste, concluded Dr. Proske. They then referred me to a retina specialist, and Casey pulled some strings to get me in quickly as that office is often booked months out. Dr. Proskes diagnosis was confirmed, and now Im on the road to recovery. Thanks to Dr. Proske, Casey, and all the staff at VisionPro! Youre our new family vision care provider!

I visited Dr. Proskes Vision Pro a few days ago after great referrals from my parents and family friends. It was my first eye check in years! It was very easy to get an appointment. They even followed up with reminder call. The day of the appointment, I was greeted by the Dr. Proskes assistance with a big smile. She was super friendly. After a several eye tests, Dr. Proske did some extra checks on me, then he walked me through every test result and told me what everything meant. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Personally, I always feel like doctors try to rush you out to get the next patient in. This was NOT the case with Dr. Proske. I did not feel rushed at all! In fact, I cannot stress this enough: everyone was super friendly and patient! I feel that I got a bang for my buck. 100% recommendable. Great service, plus you will be supporting local business!

Staff was dismissive and unattentive. There was no prior instruction as to what was needed to do for an eye exam and tried to charge an extra $33 for some sort of “better” exam.
