My daughter got her hair cut at the beginning of October and Amber did such a fantastic job. My daughter was super happy about the end result. Thanks Amber!!! With my daughter so happy with her new look I decided to do mine as well. I had my hair colored and cut on Sunday, October 17, 2021. Amber has changed me completely!!! They took the time to explain the difference in hair coloring and highlights and the process. I wasnt overcharged and the end result is amazing 🤩❣️ Thank you Amber!!! Update: the manager, and the new stylist, are doing everything they can possibly do to make this right. It’s the best we can all for in this bad situation, so I’m changing my 1 star rating to 3 star for that reason.Your stylist ruined my wife’s hair today. It’s fried beyond repair. She cut off about 12” when it was supposed to be less than 4”. I’m running my fingers through her hair and it’s breaking off in my hands. The lady who did this should be fired and never be allowed to ever do hair ever again. I wouldn’t even trust her to cook my French fries at McDonald’s.

This Ulta Beauty is really clean and organized and the employees are really welcoming they made me feel confortable and it was a great shopping experience.

Surprisingly, I was referred to Ulta Beauty by a competitor! I was looking for a unique lipstick that the competitor didnt carry. The sales associate suggested I visit this location because they have a wider variety of cosmetics. Well, she was correct! I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. As well, the staff was pleasant and very helpful. I think I found my new cosmetics store!!!

I was greeted right away, lots of items to choose from. I was asked if I needed help and the young lady helped me choose a new mascara. The ulta brand waterproof mascara in jet black. It honestly was a very good purchase. A little disappointed because there was a lot of things out of stock. But I was able to get what I needed.

I went here today and the staff feels like made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to do hair saloon but I just see 2 staff workers just pretend didn’t saw us and walk away. So I went to eyebrow section like maybe getting a wax if fine. One staff was working one a customer eyebrow. So I waited but nothing happen. Basically no help in there at all. I felt wasn’t welcomed here. I don’t think I’ll come back here again. If you’re having a happy day, don’t come here. Staff makes u feel eh.

Angie in make up helped me with finding a correct coverage for my face. I had some dark spots I wanted to hide and she knew exactly what to use. I bought everything she suggested. 100 bucks later no regrets only satisfaction. She knows her stuff!!

Had my brows tinted & waxed by Natasha. She always does an amazing job and perfectly maps out my brows for me. Then Miriel (not sure of the spelling) walked around the store with me for the next hour or so helping me to swatch different shades of lipstick and eyeshadow so I could find the perfect products for my wedding this weekend. Update on my last review...spoke with the manager about how they fall all over themselves to help my husband but my 22 year old daughter goes in and they treat her like dirt. Manager swears she wasn’t rude, however, in a very calm voice, I explain that we’re just not going to give them our business anymore and suddenly, she curtly thanked me and hung up on me. Who wants to explain to her how rude that is? Passive aggression is still aggression. I don’t have enough crayons to try and get that store to understand. Massive success is the best revenge so we are going to make sure someone else has massive success with all the money we are no longer spending at that place.

My stylist listened to my needs and perfectly executed. I had some trouble with my natural hair at the roots and some curls at the bottom left from my last perm.I had my hair cut with Elena and it is just simply so cute :). She made my hair more natural looking again by creating a soft layer all throughout. I just appreciate how much attention she puts to what her clients want (not a lot of stylists catch that) Definitely recommend her !

I came here wanting to buy makeup to do a full glam look. Im a novice when it comes to makeup so I was quite confused as I was looking at what foundation shade to even choose. A wonderful sales rep (Hannah) came up and offered me help. I told her about how I have dry sensitive skin and have trouble picking out products for my skin type. She was so knowledgeable and sweet. Guided me through all the products I would need and chose products that would help with my skin issues. Overall, great experience.

My daughter ordered makeup palettes for her online cosmetology make up tutorial. Well, it was completely destroyed beyond recognition. After waiting 10 days for arrival and on hold for one hour and thirty minutes. She was treated very disrespectfully and hung up. I immediately contacted Ulta because I have spent hundreds on makeup and other beauty supplies. I called back from my number and they verified my rewards status. And after speaking with someone she offered to reship the order again. Unfortunately, I was told my daughter will have to wait an additional 10 days to get the product again. This means she will not have it for her class which means she will not be graded on a test assignment. I asked if they could expedite the order due to the circumstances. The agent feels me I need to contact ups 🤔Really at you seriously she would not allow me to speak with a supervisor. I was told, someone would call me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ONLINE HERE EVER. THEY DO NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP IN POORLY PACKAGING FRAGILE PRODUCTS AND THEN BLAME YOU SND EVERYONE ELSE. I will upload pictures showing how awful this makeup looked. I will definitely think again before spending money with this company. They clearly do not respect their customers. This location is near my home and even in person, the service can be horrible. To.time to start back going to Sephora they cost a little more but the outstanding service and quality are worth it. I had the best experience! This was my first time at the salon. Michelle is the best. She listened to what I wanted, talked me through the process and made me look amazing girl!

Every. Single. Time. Worst service ever. The only reason we even go here is because it’s easier to get to than The Woodlands but now that Grand Parkway has opened...this will be our last visit. They also don’t carry anything here that we can’t find elsewhere. No sense in putting up with bad customer service from lackluster employees and even worse management. At least at Sephora, they know they’re snarky and don’t pretend to hide it.

I went to this location today and was pretty upset with how the customer service and staff was. I was looking for different things for my face for anti-aging. As I was looking around I didn’t see anyone who was helping nor going around asking people if they needed help like I have seen in other Ultas. I am always shopping at Ulta but I was surprised that some lady with dyed grey hair and 2 other people that worked there were just standing and talking. I then asked the grey haired lady if anyone knew about the anti-aging area specifically she then tells me NO...basically stating that everyone had the same knowledge, after that she didn’t even ask what I needed help with she just kept talking to the 2 other girls. After a while of me still looking she finally tells another employee to help me as he is passing by. Seriously I hope she is not the manager or anything close because that is horrible customer service. I have seen manager and workers at Ulta and have never seen them this lazy and rude! Especially when someone is going in there spending lots of money in the store. I spent $150 only because the guy helped me but I will steer clear from this location from now on. By the way on my receipt it stated I received gifts...in thinking they keep them because I didn’t get anything!

**updateI was contacted by the manager Mimi after this post. She offered A redo with a different stylist. I had Sophie this time and my hair came out amazing. My faith in Ulta has been restored. I will be going back to see Sophie next time. Thank you.My regular stylist was gone so I used a new one, who had just started ( I didn’t know this until I arrived) I had booked a facial and cut and color. The stylist was very unsure of herself and kept asking me the same questions. It took me almost twice as long as normal and I missed my facial appointment time. My color came out awful ( she completely forgot to color a chunk of hair in the back) and the cut was so uneven, I had to fix it myself when I got home. My hair now feels “over processed” and very dry. And for some reason my normal cut and color cost me almost double this time. I’ll find somewhere else to go next time

Was At the counter checking out and decided to switch out my foundation really quickly because I liked a different shade better .. opened it this morning and it looked like it had been used and was almost completely empty. Tried returning it next day, not even 24 hours and they wouldn’t let me exchange it and insinuated I was a thief and didn’t give me the benefit of the doubt. Briana is AMAZING hair stylist and Natasha at eyebrows and makeup! 100000% recommend them!! Natasha helped me find the perfect foundation and blush for my skin. Briana is very good with layers, I have long hair and I finally found someone REALLY good at cutting and styling layers. She also helped me find a shampoo suited for my hair type.

I set an appointment to make a subtle change. I wanted to keep my dark hair and get low lights with a trim of half an inch and subtle layers. I wish I could submit pictures and video of what my hair looks like now.When I called in crystal answered never stated to me she was new or in training had I known I would have asked for a master stylist.She destroyed my hair in every way imaginable. I am extremely upset with management being that nene (manager) should of never left her unattended.I reached out to corporate bc returning what I paid was not enough. She bleached my hair beyond repair, cut my hair while toner was still in it, dropped bleach and product on my face and arm, chopped my hair off in very chunky tacky layers. I have been a customer for almost a decade and am never ever getting my hair done here.The worst part of it all is that I let my hair grow for a year just to have this lady ruin my hair.My hair is breaking off in chunks at the end.Go else where for your salon needs.

Went to the salon for my first haircut in years. Crystal was kind, listened to me, and gave me the best haircut and color. Very relaxing experience and made me feel beautiful

I leave 1 star not for service because they are always excellent, but for lack of training, I guess. My 6 yr old daughter, with kinky, curly, textured hair was taken in for a styling. The stylist did well with washing, detangling, drying, etc.... And then took out scissors and cut her dry, straightened hair straight across her back. Now, days later her natural curls are back, it has shrunk up as curly hair does and now that it was cut straight across (as curly hair should NOT be cut), it is above her shoulders and she looks like Sideshow Bob. For a child already struggling with accepting her hair, this is devastating. If you dont know how to cut curly hair then speak up and DONT!

I love this place! However, I have to be super focused when I go inside and know exactly what I want or else I get distracted by all the shiny things!!!I mainly shop at Ulta for all my hair care products. They have competitive prices, theres always a coupon in the Sunday paper or on Retail Me Not, and your earn free stuff and discounts with their rewards program. Im also a collector of finger nail polish and they always have the seasons hottest OPI colors on a big display.

The customer service was fantastic. There was a young female, probably a high school student that helped me out with Cosmetics. Her name was Corey and she spent extra time consulting with me on some very expensive products. I was very happy with the customer service...I will definitely go back.

I got a haircut here last Sunday, and boy it was horrible. So I walked in gave my name and guess what? They spelt my name wrong in the system. Second, I showed the girl numerous photos of how I wanted my cut. Only asked for 2 inches off. It was past my waist. My stylists name was Erica. She cut my hair with a 90 degree cut all around, and took off 6 inches of my hair. All I asked for was a 2 inch trim and long layers. My layers are literally 4 inches away from my scalp at the top of my head now. I’m not confrontational, so I just said I was fine with it. After I walked out I literally went to my car and cried. I’m suppose to go back to this girl for a color session in another week, but after my experience I’m not planning on going back. My self esteem was already low and now I don’t even want to leave my house. I’m going to have to spend another $300 on hair extensions. I don’t recommend coming to this store. My experience was horrifying and I’m so embarrassed of my hair that now I’m just going to have to wear a hat till it grows out.

Its hard to find someone to help you here. I guess if you are wearing your HEB shirt they myst think you cant afford to spend much....some of us work because being at home all day is boring not because we have to. Dont judge a cover by its book. Also some of us are in school in the medical field. Dont look down on people, we might save your life one day. #StayHumble

Just left this location January 10, 2015 at approx 4 p.m. Store not really busy...more staff than customers in the store.Could get NO help what-so-ever. The only person I actually spoke to or to me was a young woman in the back who said she would call someone to help.So I went to the front of the store where I had about $200 worth of product in my hand ready to purchase. All I wanted/needed was a color match to Bare Skin Essentials. Little gal came prancing my way...looked in two mirrors at herself to adjust whatever she thought needed to be adjusted... never acknowledged me...turned around and walked the other way. I even said could I get some help?I will NEVER darken those doors again! And I will be complaining to the company directly.Ill purchase at another location even tho this place is less than 10 minutes from my home.

I have been to this location on two separate occasions, and the associates made me feel very uncomfortable. They did not greet me, but they followed me around the store the whole time on both occasions. Not even a, “can I help you find anything today?,” but just following me around and watching my every move.

Bright Lights, Great Selection, Good Location, Brand Names, with a Salon to Cut and Color. You would typically think What a Great Recipe, right?NOT!!!The Master Stylist, not only didnt listen to me, she continued to Unstyle my hair, she Half colored my hair, forcing me to search for a Box Color for a Bandaid fix to my hair. Worth the 125$ price tag? NOT!!!, NO, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Not happy with the services at all I went there on Saturday with my grandmother and my mom I came in and started looking around everything was good until I started talking to employees first there was only about 2 staff on the floor helping people ! On a Saturday!!! I need help so I I asked a worker for help about 2 times and I came back cause I needed help and she literally said “ oh it’s you again you need more help “ in front of my face ! I littering said never mind I’m okay and walked away . My grandmother was looking for a lipstick she wanted a orangeish color and asked the lady for help . The lady said to her orange wouldn’t look good on you since your an older lady maybe you should try a different color ! I’m disgusted by this place hounestly . This is not a good place of business what so ever ulta need better workers !
