Extremely slow. They do not open when they’re supposed to. Ex: supposed to open at 9, showed up at 9:15 and pharmacy was still shut down. The techs seem to think they’re the pharmacist. I was told by one that my Zoloft for my PPD was a controlled substance because it was a narcotic, so I had to transfer the prescription just to get it because my ID was missing and I was struggling so bad. They’re rude for no reason. They do not follow up with patients if there’s an issue. Ex: the medication was not in stock and would not be available for five days. The medication was to control bleeding.

I hate that I had to switch from CVS to Walgreens. CVS is much better at letting you know when prescriptions under your name are ready, and I hardly had any issues with them being filled on time.

Don’t come here for photos printing. Most of my pictures were horribly cropped out and they still charged you for those. Unprofessional customer service.

I have never been so impressed by a pharmacy team as I am by this one we could really not afford the Prescriptions that were given to us when we were at the hospital earlier in the day the pharmacy young woman did everything she could to find a way to make sure we could get the prescriptions we needed.. She was polite she was fast she did everything she could to find a way to get us our prescriptions as well as Clearing everything through her superior it is really painful when you can afford the medicine to take care of your baby I am sitting here getting emotional about it now I will always recommend and come back to this Walgreens thank you so much to the pharmacy team at this Walgreensclearing it through her superior before doing anything I am so grateful it is bringing me to tears right now no one ever wants their child to be sick and when you can afford the medication to take care of them it really hurts this Walgreens took care of me and my family and I will forever be grateful

This is the worst Walgreens of all time. This isn’t the first time they misplaced my package....they don’t have a care in the world bcuz it’s not theirs...smh...if u get things shipped here I can assure u at least a time or 2 or maybe 3 they will misplace and blame it in FedEx.

I love my neighborhood Walgreens!!! The staff I encounter are always so kind and helpful. From the front counter to the pharmacy. Brandon always smiles and asks how your doing. Mr. Michael knows your name and what kids have medicine ready for pick up. Thanks Walgreens for being such a great part of our community.

Can anything be done about how people are treated in the Pharmacy?I refilled a prescription due to my Dr. upping my dosage. The pharmacy had it delayed. I called to inquire as of why and the woman I spoke with on the phone bluntly said you filled it too soon. I explained why I needed it refilled and my Dr. called in a new prescription. She replied, well you took too much, we cant fill it before X date. Unprofessional.TODAY my Dr. called in a new prescription. I have an email explaining its delayed. So, again I call and inquire. I was hung up the first time and the second time I called I politely explained why Im calling. The phone went silent and I had to ask, hello? She said I dont have your name. I explained she didnt ask and I gave it to her. She put me on hold and came back explaining (in a very rude manner) why its delayed.I understand the delay, but her tone and attitude is unprofessional and unbecoming of someone in her position. If she doesnt like her job, transfer or quit.NOTHING has been done about this woman. Shes clearly unhappy with her position and thinks being rude is okay. Walgreens, if you read this please do something about this!

I’ve never had any problems and believe me my husband has a lot of Rx to fill each month and drs and hospitals are always making mistakes and they’re always catching them and fixing them. They deal with insurance every day and that’s such a hassle, but their attitudes are always obliging and positive. I can’t say enough of the personnel.

The store has terrible service with communication of medication, they can’t find the prescriptions from doctors, no organizational skills to work drive-through 20-25 wait time inside or out, for people that are sick very disappointing!

Walgreens has great Russell Stover Easter candy right now. everything from a to z. Walgreens is always good they have good greeting cards, good Pharmacy. They are a little higher than wmart Walmart but they are quick in-quick out. Great stuff here & on the holidays

Michael the pharmacy manager @walgreens, denied my Rx and feels like he can judge what my doctor says I need. They waited until after my doctor office is closed to say they wouldnt be filling it, and gave me the run around. Now I have to wait til tomorrow morning and call my doctor and have him send to another pharmacy. Ive gotten this prescription before from them before without issue the last time(6 months ago). He refused to give me a print out of policy. They got the right one today. They freely give others the medications they need. But I come in and its a problem. This same pharmacy gave my mom issues when she was dying of cancer with her medications. #InvisibleIllness #ChroicPain #Endometriosis #Discrimination

Since I needed to update my insurance info, they decided not to fill my prescription until I showed up even though it was called in by my doctor. Then when I returned for the second time the system was down and they told me I should go somewhere else to fill it. Couldnt they just fill it and allow me to update my information when I got there

Standing in line and prescription for eye drops ready, but Walgreens decided to shut system down and cant release prescription until pharmacist reviews. I have never left a negative review for anyone. But we have been coming to this pharmacy for 30year and believe customers are no longer the priority. Now i have to make a special trip back at a time know one even knows. You would think it was dangerous narcotic. So just extremely disapointed in the wervice.

Doesnt matter what time or day I come to pick up prescriptions, it takes an hour. If the prescriptions are ready for pickup, why does it take an hour to take care of the 3 people in front of me?? I go through a mail-order company for nearly everything now, but I guess Im going to have to look at getting refrigerated stuff through the mail also. This is ridiculous!

WORST PHARMACY EVER ! Dropped off three prescriptions and the pharmacist refused to fill one, said it flagged my account. Told me she had to make a report and refused to tell me what the report consisted of. I called back after I left to speak to the manager. Of course he isnt in today. Got the pharmacist back on the phone. She still refused to tell me what this report was and to come back. I told her no way, I have already made multiple trips out there and am not coming back to watch her fill out a report that she refuses to tell me what it consists of. I asked her what the issue was because I didnt have any issues filling it before. She put me on hold for a few minutes and came back on the line. She told me to come back and drop the prescription back off and there will be no issues having it filled. I told her this is ridiculous that I have to make multiple trips to this pharmacy to fill my meds. I will be calling to speak to the manager tomorrow and filing a complaint.

Takes forever to get prescriptions picked up at any time of the day! It is ridiculous! Even if there is one person in front of you it takes at least 30 minutes normal wait is 1 hour to 1 1/2 This is no exaggeration, it is very inconvenient. There we times I have to wait days to get my prescription because I cant wait that long with my baby. Very sad. The front staff and managers have always been nice, as for the pharmacy its time to hire more people. I will never get mess filled at this location again.

Horrible I mean horrible staff in the photo department. Was just picking up a photo birthday card and had to wait over 10 mins to get someone to help me. The cashier who had a line of customers took care of everyone and then came out to help me after she called for help through the intercom and no one showed up. Older lady by the name of Suzzette. Thanks for being the only one who cares about your job.

The service is terrible, they have you set up auto refills and then the system tries to refill it EVERY DAY!!!!!. Then the system calls you and ask if you want to refill you say yes and the system says they will be ready the next day. You call the next day and their not .it ready. They clerks tell you that the system is just a reminder you still have to call and refill it!! This place, their staff and the refill system is a complete joke.

So apparently their system kept saying that I owed 89 cent and the cashier male black got irritated because I left my pursue at home and I had to go and get 30 cent, which was not my fault it was walgreens software and he needs to calm his nerves he wasnt the thirty something college student that will graduate next year with a bachelors degree in criminal justice with 3 kids being embarrassed over 30 damn cent!!!

I have never had any issues with this pharmacy but have had to come several times over the last month and the pharmacy is horrible! Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be, very long hold times for phone, store and drive thru pharmacy. It never matters the day or time.

The pharmacy hours are wrong on the website and the pharmacist are such in a hurry to get you off the phone they dont listen to the question you are trying to ask them. I have had several problems with the pharmacy at this location and they are very short staffed. I will no longer go to this pharmacy for anything!

Worst Pharmacy i have ever been too. usually takes anywhere from 20-30 min to pick up a filled prescription. Today i called at 2:30 to fill my prescription and they said okay it will be ready at 5:30. I waited in line for 35 min and finally was serviced for the lady to tell me that they are out of stock of my pills and wont be in till Wednesday.

Went to do some shopping, but had to use the bathroom. The public bathroom required a keypad password. When I asked three employees at the pharmacy, they said someone would be right with me (but did not volunteer to give me the access code). After waiting several minutes, I walked out of the store (without spending a dime).

Pull up no one in line for pharmacist drive thru.almost 10 minutes just to drop off and nothing.i drive away to CVS down the road also no one in line and they were basically waiting for me at the window.
