Cool store, cheap furniture, good prices but when was the last time you walked into a restroom and it was so bad that you just went 😳 and had to take pictures

I am a regular customer at the Biglots! Store (#1785), located at Wood Winds Shopping Center 425 Sawdust Rd. Ste A, Spring TX 77380. The store is very clean and all the merchandises are well organized.All the staff are very helpful, especially the manager Ms. April. She is (1) a pleasant, friendly and polite lady, (2) very patiently and helpful in explaining and answering the questions, (3) showing me where the goods and products located, and (4) always circulate back to assist me after talking to other customers. She even went to extra miles helping me to use the coupons.I believe she should be commended for her professionalism. Once again, I appreciate Ms. April’s help. The success of the business is not only to have good products but also to have the people selling them. Ms. Hernandez is a prime example.

I bought a living room set and this location had the chair we needed to complete the set. The guy was very helpful and sweet! We even ended up buying a dinning room table!

Big Lots have beautiful Christmas trees at a reasonable price. White trees as well!!!

Its beaten up, with their usual stuff. Old movies or series you dont remember. It was mainly the floor that had some chips in it or missing. But hey, they have snacks and your other daily needs as well decorations so you can almost think of it as a Walmart but orange and not entirely gross...but not as big as one not with EVERYTHING you need it so keep that in mind.

Got a Fantastic deal on a recliner. Knowledgeable and Very Friendly sales man. Store needs new AC unit or something.

No one to help you is all. Tons of holiday things at a great price. They just need people on the floor to help you. There was no one. Except A cashier.

Without considering the low prices, Id rate this store as a modest 3 stars -- its an okay place to shop. But factor in the low prices and my rating increases to a good 4 stars. So I give it a 3.5 rating overall. My hesitation has to with the multiple empty shelves and significant empty spaces in the store, along with the somewhat subdued low lightning in places that together give this store a dollar store or even going-out-of-business appearance (to me). But as mentioned previously, the pricing value aspect offsets this dimmer perception considerably, although not entirely.

Overall its pretty good for a Big Lots, team members seem friendly and its pretty low traffic so if your looking for something that other Big Lots dont have it mey be here. Only down side is the furniture delivery they use is expensive.

Everything but coffee filters. Whatever else you may need is here including decent quality furniture.

This store is bigger ( or seems bigger) than the other stores. It actually had lots of stuff, definitely more furniture. They wwre stocking Christmas items. You could probably find items you are looking to purchase.

Unlike most Big lots this one has furniture in the back for sale.

Plenty of selections at good prices. Some things, such as certain candy items, have the classic label or print design on them that was there 30+ yrs ago. Found things here as well that werent found in regular stores. If ya join their buyers club, after 3 purchases, ya get $5 reward.

Nice, clean store. Usually find what Im looking for each time I go there. Employees are nice and they all wore masks.

Bought tons for cheap, but Ive been in gas stations with better restrooms.

The merchandise is half full. The prices are still too expensive. And, the manager was holding back Christmas truck blankets, 10 of them that his store received, in his back storm, for someone. Who was supposed to show up this evening!! all kinds of wrong!!

Lots of stuff with no real sections devoted to any items. How can you sell kitchen curtains and not have matching dish cloths, pot holders etc. Only gave 2 stars because it was clean but no sales help on the floor !

Easy in and out shopping

During this visit, I was able to find almost everything I needed except for some Master Cuisine stainless utensils that were sold out. Otherwise, I purchased additional housewares, including various bowls, cups, measuring cups, plastic shelving baskets, and linens all at very good prices, especially because of the one day sale. Additionally, I purchased DVDs at excellent prices. I also bought several food and beverage items. I enjoy shopping at Big Lots for the value and also for the specialty seasonal items that are often very unusual.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Very loud, ride and disrespectful. You have to use multiple cards if you dont have a big lots account or cash. I wouldnt recommend anyone going here ever.

Stood with me until I received an email to get me $20 off my purchase., which was over $200.Wish more sale associates were this kind and patient everywhere else.Great experience!!!!!

I love Big Lots for their exceptional deals on good quality products. I went in to get one thing and came out with several.You can definitely find some nice home essentials. They actually have a nice furniture and mattress department if you are looking too. Kudos to Big Lots!!!

Love this store! Customer service is excellent, they make you feel welcome. I love going for soaps, shampoo, beauty products. I find the biggest size for only $5! They have brand merchandise for half the price. Love the home decor.

I think the staff here are great and this store in clean and organized more than others ive been too. They do a good job here.

Big Lots should really stand for “Big Lots of Junk” since for as long as I can remember, they have been a dumping ground for old, unsuccessful, or incredibly cheap items. However, the way I view it, Big Lots is also a poor man’s dream come true considering you can walk out with toilet paper, food, cleaning supplies, diapers, a new toy for your kid, a new toy for your dog, an old favorite book, motor oil, and a new MP3 player, all for $25!

The people are very helpful. I went in to buy a new fan, my old one of 6 years or so died. All the boxes were VERY TORN YOU P, SP THEY GAVE ME A NICE DISCOUNT

Good store if you like to just browse without specific things in mind. They have good to great prices especially on import foods that are high dollar at other stores.

Towards the back of a large shopping area. It is a large store with easy to park clean parking lot. This store is clean and the shelter well-stocked. They were very helpful and carried a heavy item out to my car. I like it here and well be back again I recommend it to anyone

I like the store but hate that there are very few checkouts available. Also, I have found furniture & large items i would like to purchase. I can understand the store does not make deliveries, but instead of offering other suggestions, they just say you have to figure it out yourself, we just sell it. I dont even bother looking at furniture anymore! Lost opportunity for customer service and caring about your customers!

Good bargains available. Some items are brand names while others are lesser quality. If you are a wise shopper this is a good place to check.

Went in Saturday May 18, 2019 and paid in full for the Henry Queen Sleigh bed. They then told me they were out of stock, but two would be in on Tuesday May 21 deliveries. I called on Tuesday and they had not received them and was told they would probably be on a truck coming in on Wednesday. I drove to the store on Wednesday May 22 that afternoon to be told it would probably be later that evening, but “definitely this week”. I call on Thursday May 23 to be told they would be in between Friday May 24 and Tuesday May 28. Have guests coming in this weekend, so the run around and taking my money up front pisses me off! Terrible service!

Shopped here once. We left a bag two weeks ago containing $35 of merchandise. We returned with a receipt and they verified that they had an overage of what we were missing. Our purchase was given to us. Kudos to Big Lots on Sawdust Road in Spring, Texas!!!

Had a toy I had never seen even OK mine or in a nicer Store. Staff nice. That toy made her Christmas even though she received quite a few things that cost way more. I love finding these hidden gems.

If you know product pricing in general, you may find a deal at Big Lots and you may not. They are not always the cheapest or best value on what you can pick up here. I do find deals from time to time which is why I browse them. I rate this store as just average compared to the many Ive been in. Found no real deals here. Friendly employees, average inventory, dirty restroom. Would not make this one my go to Big Lots.

Always finding the best bargain here on baby food pouches and snacks! As well as discounted protein bars!
