LOVE!, Shipleys Do-Nuts. Store is clean and well kept, there is always a long line almost daily. but they move quickly and the wait is not as long as the line. Dont turn away just cause you see the long line. Trust me its WORTH the wait and the WAIT is not LONG.

Donuts and service was good. Wish they had more donut flavors available. They were out of several different types.

Good Donuts that you would expect for Shipley but afternoon lady is rude. Not sure what was going on with glass counter but she overreacted when my son put his donut holes bag on top of the counter she yelled at us “Do Not touch it! If you don’t want anyone around then open drive-thru only and do not open the doors to the public and treat kids so bad! I was shocked.

Shipley donuts on Garth road is trash. Between the employees munching out and one girl with really long hair hanging down and on the food, I think I will give this a pass. I know its convenient but almost anywhere else would be better.

These are pretty good donuts. They have lots of specialty options and I really like the chocolate with nut topped donut. In the end I tend to go with a twist though just because its my go to.

Great Kolaches, great service, will be back

This Shipleys is a nice,new,clean facility opened in February 2018. Quality, selection and pricing is pretty good, similar to most other Shipleys.

Waited in line for 30 minutes to get this!?! You suck shipleys!! Both kolaches were like this only center had jalepeno and little to no cheese. You lost my buisiness.

Shipley is the best. I grew up on them and loved them but moved away for many years. When invoy back went there and was better than I remembered. This store is a good location too. Always clean and nice.

I really like this shipleys a lot! Quick, delicious & lots to choose from. Plenty of colors for the kids too. Also has a drive thru. Will be our go to donut shop! Just wish they had vanilla creamer 😉😉

Donuts were stale and gooey. Not my cup of tea. The sausage jalapeño and cheese kolache was pretty good though.

Every time I go in this place. It doesn’t matter when, Early morning late morning, they never have cinnamon sugar cake or choc covered cake. They tell me oh it was full earlier. People buy dozens. Well if they buy dozens, make more. That front counter is empty. Very disappointed in their decision on how much of what they make when it comes to the cake donuts. Very much needed room for improvement.

Awful. Very slow, very impatient when I was retrieving my change to pay with, was told donuts were warm but they were not, did not get a cordial thank you upon leaving.

The lines are outrageous no matter the day of the week. And at the end of the 20 minute wait, I end up with the wrong type of kolaches. But with the line being so long Im not going to wait in it for them to fix it.

Used the drive thru for the first time. It was a long line and I was expecting a long wait period, but they proved me wrong. They were fully staffed for the rush hour and nice. After watching them work I noticed, the customers hold up the line by being so indecisive. Great place will definitely go to this location.. yes they have drive-thru

Who doesnt love shipleys!!

Horrible service. No one at the location could understand my order and after messing it up in the drive through I had to return back and when I came inside it was even worse. Employee was arguing about how many donuts make up a dozen, please hire a new staff or train them to listen.

Disappointed. On multiple occasions, the filled donuts are not really filled with anything. Maybe a single bite worth of filling, then the rest is dry. Also cinnamon rolls and twists barely have any cinnamon. Not worth the calories if they aren’t good quality. Have started going all the way to the Sawdust store, where they do it well.

Shipleys, as a local chain, are exemplary. Donuts made on site and they make sure to give you the hot ones when cooking. Great selection but this is popular location, selection may be down if you get there after 10am on weekend.

I gave a low score only because I asked if the donuts were fresh and her answer was yes. I bought 2 dozen only to find out they were not fresh. They microwaved the donuts making the glaze wet and the donuts gooey. Definitely wasnt pleased.

Shipley Donuts what can you say about a donut shop thats been around for so long and they are the greatest Donuts in the world made fresh everyday and never held over to resell them the next day like other shops do so if you want to great tasting and fresh pastry Shipley Donuts is a place to go

I was so excited to have Shipleys by my house until I went there this morning. I order 2 sausage, cheese, and jalapeno kolaches and when I bit into one of them, I realized that I was chewing on something hard. When I spit it out into a nail, it looked like apart of a fingernail...I called the store 10 TIMES today to let them know, 8 this morning and 2 once I got home...only once did someone pick up the phone only to hold it without saying anything and hang up...This location does not deserve to be in business...

So close to home. My kids love it. Actually they love it to much.

Friendly and quick service. Very patient.

Came up to the drive thru during business hours and there was a group of employees at the front counter talking. One tall man looked at us and did nothing. Went back to talking. We gave them some time incase it was a meeting but ended up driving away. Had to pass the window to go to another food place, only then did another boy stepped towards the window.Terrible way to represent your business. Just saw the fingernail review, glad I didnt go there.

Shipleys is always good. They shorted us a couple doughnuts, but we had a complicated order and should have checked before we left.

Good service but you need to serve Yoohoos for those of us who are lactose intolerant! And they are good!
