I love thus store every thing is always clean and there florist is awesome

For the most part, this is a very nice store. Bakery is very nice, deli does a good job, meat department is good and there is a pretty solid selection of items. The only downside is lately they are running out of a lot of popular items. If they can fix this issue, it is totally a five star reccommendation.

I have only encountered a knowledgeable staff who are always willing to help when needed. I never feel pushed to buy a product, and, for the most part, the fellow shoppers are polite.At times, I am mistaken for an staff member at the beauty section, and I help anyone who needs assistance with their beauty needs.I usually always have something to recommend to them with confidence I recommended something to help the persons needs, but I, at the very least, always suggest they watch Jaclyn Hill’s YouTube videos!!!

My favorite HEB. I drive 1 hour to meet my daughter who lives in the area. We shop and visit. Its always well stock the lines are efficient, no long waits and the employees are always ready and asking if you need assistance. Great store management should be commended. Thank you

The store has good prices. But definitely has a wokeness about their culture. At checkout I asked the cashier if the rainbow HEB bracelet stood for LGBTQ. She said yes. Asked her if the black and white HEB bracelet stood for black life matters. She said yes. I later asked the manager why HEB was supporting these Marxist anti American organizations. She said that they dont.🤔. Clearly they do. They provided all these bracelets. Terrible. Bought the Green Giant veggies at HEB and this is not the first time I have had to return watermelon, water and other food items. The feds have been injecting some thing into the food to make me sick. You can see the holes in the packaging for yourself.

Clean, affordable store! The HEB product alternatives are such great deals. Tons of clearance items in beauty and personal care. Pharmacists were super sweet and quick. I love this place!

Ive recently switched to ordering groceries to this HEB (and HEB in general) and Ive never had one single problem! Ordering online for pickup is super easy and the workers bring out your orders pretty quick and are always nice. Sometimes they can be a bit pricy, but its always been worth it.

Nice variety in the store, but the self checkout machine I used was having a bad day. Literally every I scanned, someone had to come do an override. At that point just close the machine until it can get repaired.I was impressed they set a limit on water purchases ahead of the storm so people wouldn’t get greedy.

Ill always love HEB... but more often than not.... they forget items off of my curbside order and they tell me things are not in stock when they are. I literally have walked in and seen the items right after the order was picked from the shelves.Update: Please see the auto reply below to see the concern they truly have. This is just a notice of the service I have received and I have wasted enough time calling HEB every time I have had to go back to get my missing groceries or to get refunded for them. Your generic response just lowered the review by 1 more star. Personable responses are far more empathetic and help people feel less like just another person.

I’m a bit conflicted about this review because H‑E‑B has always provided excellent service and their food is always fresh. However, this day was not the same. I used pick up like I have the past few months, but I’m not sure how the buyer confused lemons with apples. Happy I didn’t remove the from the bag because I am allergic to apples. I am still waiting on a return call to have pick up my lemons. Other than this, H‑E‑B is great!

This store is tops, to me. They are always clean and neat. Since the pandemic, I have seen them take all the necessary precautions for their customers and I am happy to call them, My Big HEB The food is fresh for your family and that truly goes a long way in my book. Bought Frozen seafood, snow crabs and king crab for my daughters birthday party. I couldnt believe the prices were actually lower than getting them directly from Kemah, TX, and the seafood looked of a better quality. Everything turned out great and the food was wonderful. I think Ill be getting my seafood from HEB from now on

Usually bustling but not too crowded. I go in for what I need and leave. Quick and painless trips. Always stocked with my favorite B.O.B water and I see the inventory is rising. Yay!

This HEB is Awesome! They have everything you can and can’t imagine. The guy and wine section is great! My favorite is the seafood department. I brought lobster tails for the first time and they steamed them. Omg So good! I love my HEB😍

This is like a step child HEB, pushed aside and forgotten. Ok I know its and older store. The produce section is just so so. The meat counter and bakery is small. The store was really crowded. Overall size and selection of fresh products is comparable with the Kroger one road over. Maybe even a bit larger produce section. It must just be the area marking data.

They have a wide variety of items, its never crowded but prices are a bit higher than other stores. They have awesome sushi here as well. The deli is amazing we always get fresh Mozzarella here.

It’s okay service. They have a manager who doesn’t listen to her employees and needs to work on her professionalism. Wrong store and correction needed to be made this is in regards to Huntsville store front end manager. Thanks!

Today, I wanted to buy 10 lobster tails for birthday celebration. When I get home, I only got 9 lobster tails but they charged me for 10. Obviously, I’m upset. Lobster tails are $7.97 each. I paid $79.70 for 10 Lobster tails but only got 9. They wrapped them in brown paper so I did not notice one tail missing. Bottom line: unwrap and count your lobster tails if you buy them.

Was there to pick up my groceries!! My order was brought in a timely manner & the associate made sure I knew about the substitutes! You Rock!! Thank You for your courtesy!! 🙂

I typically do not shop at HEB. That may change after todays visit! While on a quest for Mason jars (pint size) and striking out at many places which had listed inventory online but were actually out of stock in the store, I popped into HEB just to see if they might carry jars. To my delight they have an excellent assortment of sizes and styles and the wide mouth pint jars I was looking for they had multiple flats on the shelf for lower prices than my typical sources! The price stickers were absent from the shelf but the cashier was super helpful to verify the price of two different versions for me and took care of the one I ended up not selecting. Great prices, great selection, great service! Thanks HEB!

H-E-B is just always a little too busy for me. I usually only go before close, and theres still quite a few people. Theyre usually well staffed though.

This location highly disappointed me.... The manager Edward cared nothing about helping me with an issues I had....He was so dismissive to me and sort of rude....He didnt even try and call the store to speak with the manager from the Woodlands location he didnt care anything about my issue or acted as if he really even wanted to help..This has not been my first time when I have came to this location and I encountered an rude employee...I will not be returning to this location ever again....I felt mistreat by management and a seafood worker....If you dont like your job you shouldnt be working in it....HEB should train their managers and other employees about empathy for their customers because I am really starting to think they dont have any...

Im glad that they carry bean sprouts (good for Asian dishes). Also, the sushi is not bad for grocery store sushi.

I love HEB. This one is great, very big and easy to get lost in with their wide variety of stuff. I mainly go for the pharmacy and have had a few issues with them specifically, such as getting my meds mixed up, but everything else is fine. Their bakery is the best, and they have great meat. I wish there was more self check out, but their cashiers are very friendly.

I dont regularly visit HEB often for theres not one close by, but I liked how they have all of their aisles signs marked exactly for the things youre looking for, making it easy to find your products, good job! 👏 👍

I love HEB grocery, the pharmacy has been helpful since its easy to include in regular shopping trips. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Wide range of grocery items at a fair and low price. They always have many items locally sourced within the community and within Texas.

HEBs meal deals are to die for! Without fail, if Im out of dinner ideas, they have it covered with creative ideas. The savings arent too shabby, either. #BreakingNews 😳. Finally found 🙌 the elusive Lysol disinfectant spray can this morning 🌄, at HEB 2121 FM 2920 in Spring TX. They have a wingstack full at the entrance of aisle 28, on sale for $4.48 each limit 2 per customer and no hoarding allowed 😀. They also have plenty of Lysol disinfectant wipes on the shelves. It is a major undertaking to try to find ANYTHING! The staff tries to be helpful, but even they dont know to where it has been moved. The staff are working diligently moving everything. It is like trying to shop from a tilt-a-whirl.

So I live on the other side of downtown and I come out here to Spring sometimes to visit friends and I love coming out here to this HEB it is truly one of my favorite HEBs to come to this location has so many options for so many things I love it the people are so nice and wonderfully helpful the cheese bar is amazing I love that there selection is outstanding!! I love shopping here!!!

This H‑E‑B can be great but the last 3 interactions I’ve had with the seafood department have been trash. I called at 7:00 one night to see when that department closes and the said 8:00 so I sped over there and arrived by 7:15 and the man behind the counter tod me I was rude for coming so late because they were trying to clean. I later found out they really close at nine and when I called tonight and spoke to the person behind the counter they hung up on me before I could even get my other questions out. I will have to continue to use this H‑E‑B because it’s the closest and most convenient but I hope this review will reach a manager and there will be improvements

Wow!!!! After living in Mexico for almost 3 years, my wife and I went to an HEB in Houston Texas. In the produce department we purchased huge apples and pomegranates. We saw so many choices of salads it was hard to choose. In the deli section you could find several differently cooked poultry and meats to choose from. We stopped next to find some cheese and spent a good fifteen minutes just looking at all the varieties to choose from. Then we went to the bakery and selected freshly baked sourdough bread. What a wonderful feast!

Very good H-E-B store. It is well located. Prices are good and it has a very good selection of items, groceries and meats. Sometimes it can get really busy, particularly during the weekends.

Wife want a sushi we stopped in to see what they offered low and behold they had sushi Wednesday like back home Publix. It was good and I had the teriyaki salmon will do this again

Im usually pretty good at finding stuff I need. The other day I looked for materials to make a combo gunrack/coffin for my friend freemeaux who deaded himself in the head with frozen squirrel (whole nother story) I could not for the life of me find anything to make that happen. I asked the manager what gives? He was polite when informing me that I needed the hardware store. Egg on my face fo sho.

Heb values have changed along time ago for themselves and the people they provide for.Former partnerIm not going to waste my time listing everything .I shop for meat at Heb and over looked the fact that I did not buy natural chicken.If you see a yellow tag on the package, it means it was delivered from a different factory, the ones that inject the chicken with toxic, causing them to appear fatter than what a natural chicken is really like.They placed the natural chicken sticker on the tray because they did not have anymore natural chicken strips.Shame!!Shame on me !

My HEB at FM2920 and Holzwarth is great! they have always done a great job on my curbside shopping orders... HEB has their act together with using innovation and being customer focused.. I appreciate what they are doing... my favorite supermarket store!

My HEB love this particular location more than any of the other HEBS I have been too, same employees for years, usually says alot. Dont care for the new layout of the products, actually hate it, but no other complaints. You will spend more time looking for a parking spot then you will getting thru the checkout line, truly a plus with their speedy cashiers when your in a rush

Usually I go to a different location further up the highway. However, I gave this location a try. My shopping experience was greattt!!!! all the way up until checkout.... my cashier was excellent, but the bagger kept saying, “I guess it didn’t fit, it didn’t fit” and look towards me, the other bagger began to laugh as they looked in my direction... at that point I walked closer to them, and the other cashier kept saying, “what doesn’t fit???”... and then an awkward silence as They all looked at me... I smiled and said hello, as the cashier was still asking, “what didn’t fit?... in which he never got an answer.... as I walked out of the store I realized my shirt wasn’t fitting properly and it was raised up in the front... I called to voice my concern and was immediately told, “no our bagger wouldn’t say that, he wasnt talking about u”..well that didn’t make me feel any better, “supervisor”....smh perhaps he wasn’t, but why make jokes as customers are approaching??? And why dismiss my feelings without saying, “I apologize and I will look into it”???.... I truly hope it happens again, ther4 I will.be recording EVERYTIME I walk into that HEB from this day forward... no customer should ever feel uncomfortable bc the employees are joking around and the supervisor doesn’t take it seriously.... I didn’t want the young man in any major trouble but at least, let him know it’s inappropriate.... it really hurt my feelings and I hope no1 else experiences this behavior

I just left my basket in three middle of the aisle. I guess for the new self check out we the customers have to pay for it in high prices. The prices at this location is comparable to Expensive Kroger...too high when I travel 5 miles to get everything cheaper...Not coming to this location again.... my 7yr old was like oh w havent been here in a long time..and I said yeah I remember why I stopped shopping here.

A couple of weeks ago I came into HEB to grab last minute things for a camping trip to head out of town. I was in a hurry, looking for hamburger sliders....
