Happy Customer! The guy at the gun counter gave me some really good advice like ammo and parts availability and that really helped make my decision. They let me take my time and browse. They have lay away too so get your dream gun without breaking the bank all at once!

Good selection of Blu-rays and DVD. Music instruments are nice and staff are very helpful. They have a good selection of knives, too. It’s hard to get into the location because they’re off of the feeder road. We always enjoy coming here.

Got a setup done on my bass, before that it played nice, good tone, excellent low end....now, I cant even play it. I figured I would get a set up done maybe make it even better, but now after 80 bucks, drift wood.....not happy

Make this your first stop for guitars, equipment, and repairs! Far exceeded my expectations. Ive been driving past ALL pawn for 5 years now and never thought to stop in, even though they have a giant GUITARS sign out front. I read some reviews and found they do repairs, so I decided to stop in and buy a new switch. WOW was I impressed. They have an outstanding and diverse selection of quality guitars, basses, equipment, and stringed orchestra/symphony instruments. They have more parts (all new) than any music store I have ever seen. Their prices on instruments seem very reasonable, if not lower than expected. Parts are actually cheaper than you can buy online or even directly from AllParts. Every staff member there greeted us and was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful... basically the exact opposite of Guitar Center. In the 33 years of playing guitar and a few years building them, I have never been so impressed with a guitar store in general. I cant help but think those writing poor reviews have ever been to a Guitar Center, or believe that since its a pawn shop youre going to pay half the actual value of the instrument. Seriously, do some research and set realistic expectations on how much things cost and youll realize this place is a gem!

I really loved coming here! The people are very nice, and have a swath of knowledge of the random things people bring in. At the end of the day, it is a business after all but they are fair. I took out a loan through their pawn contract, and traded in an item to get it. May I add, that they were very accommodating to me, twice. They didn’t overcharge me, they took very good care of me, and their interest is at a reasonable price. Kelly was really cool, so thanks you guys!

Took a loan on my guitar. Got them back and noticed my BRAND NEW LTD had a knick in it what looked like it had been dropped. But they wouldnt take responsibility for it. I had been a customer with them for longer than 2 years. Never thought Id be treated like I was.

Very awesome 90 day layaway and the guitar techs working in this place put guitar center both in knowledge and skill. Cant say enough good things about the guys.

The young guy with long hair was really rude. I was just trying to buy a 17mm socket for 50cents, I didn’t have the 50cents on me the other guy said it’s cool take it when I was going to come back and pay the 50 cents and the young guy was trying to charge me up talking about you don’t have a card I said yeah that’s fine I could pay with my card I just thought it had to be $5 plus in order to pay with my card, he then wanted to tax me $5+ for just a 50cent socket.

The store has everything you need and if they do not they will help you get what you need with great and friendly service. Everyone that walks in is greeted with a hello and how are you. It makes you feel like you are part of their family. Dean is the man who I always deal with and I always get great service and help from him. The is NO place like All Pawn.

I have always enjoy dealing with these group of people they are very knowledgeable about the items they sell and if you are looking for something in particular if they dont have it they can get it of know where to get it. Out of his mind on the silver pricing. Expect to pay the same price as you would online and not even get greased first. Please shop some where else like I did and purchased more for my money at another location for 33.00 per troy ounce instead of 45 per troy ounce

I absolutely LOVE this store. Homie in the guitar section from NY is a really good worker, who has gone above and beyond before. As well as Steve the manager. Very informative on inventory and on top of things. They have a 90 day layaway opposed to guitar center’s useless 30 day layaway plan which obviously makes more sense, and is better for business. Each room is always neat and has top notch gear you don’t really see at other stores, making Katz pretty remarkable in my opinion. Thank you for always being humble!! Especially the shorter Hispanic gentleman with glasses in the gun section. Always very informative about pretty much every firearm there. I’d live there if I could! Five stars forever!!

I have over the years purchased many items from their store in The Woodlands/Spring Texas. I believe Jeanette Juaire is the owner or manager and I have the highest regard for her honesty and integrity.What you see is what you get and she will bend backwards to make you happy. Jeanette is a joy to work with and one kind human being. In fact the whole store and its employees are so far above what you would expect in a pawn shop.

Dean in the gun department is awesome at gun knowledge. He assists you in anyway he can. Ive purchased a few items from the gun shop portion of this establishment and always been satisfied. When you go in just ask for Dean and guaranteed youll be satisfied.

Making a solid wood body guitar for my son. Before taking to this place I did measurements and started each of the ten holes (strings and neck plate). Their job, to drill straight down through the holes I already started. I didnt have tool to drill straight through. Cost was close to $40. Questioned the cost and was told it took an hour to do. Said if I went across the street they would have charged $100. Boy, am I lucky I didnt go across the street. Wonder where Ill purchase the pickups for my sons guitar? NOT at All Pawn. Thanks guys, Ill take my business elsewhere.

This review is for the guitar service center and the work of Ray. After two blotched acoustic related repairs done from nearby mom & pop stores (one a very popular local store on 1960/45 near a certain pet store) it was refreshing to see someone who really cares about the quality of his work. The best setup Ive ever gotten on an acoustic. Very reasonable price and good turn around time too.

Absolutely the worst people when it comes to helping one another. I bought a Bass Guitar from them brand new a few months later I was in a bind and needed some quick cash so I sold it back to them for a fraction of what I paid for it from them. I went back the very next day regretting my decision of selling it, and they told me they would sell it back for Double what they had in it which is more than I paid in the beginning. What great customer service, I would not recommend anyone do business with these scam artist.

The people here were friendly and best of all the guitar I bought was lightly used and fully tested before they put it out. I could not be happier with the Takamine I got here. In fact it was hard to choose out of the several guitars I tried before making my choice, they all worked great. The one I got sounds great, looks great, and I love it! Price was fair. I have had no issues with it unlike guitars I buy at other places, winding up with fret buzz etc. I see most of the complaints here have nothing to do with their merchandise.

The website to this place is misleading and incorrect. I went in after checking the website on what I could sell and how much i’d get... walked in and first thing the guy tells me is we don’t take take that or that. i went down the list of what i had and every response was mmm non y’all would really update yalls website before someone else goes and wastes there time at this low ball place.

Marty the co owner is a shady shady woman. She tried to rip me off and tell me my bracelet was not real then changed her story and said it was just poor quality . Then offered me $500.00. I asked if the offer was good till the end of the business day. Marty said yes. I took the bracelet to a jeweler instead because I felt something was up. How is a piece of jewelry thats poor quality according to Marty worth $500.00 in a pawn offer. The jeweler offered me $3500.00 on the spot and told me it was worth a lot more. But that it would take me a little while to sell it. Come to find out my so called low quality jewelry that Marty said were Citrines. Because I asked her what kind of stones are they. We had found the bracelet at a County Fair grounds and werent sure . Turned out to be yellow canary diamonds. Marty knew this and was trying to rip me off. What a thief. Shame on you Marty. I hope you go broke. Thank God I was smart enough to know something was up and got a second opinion and way more $. I still cant believe she tried to rip me off. I understand their in it to make $. But she was ruthless.

The place is very organized and well-suit for a musicians dream! you know exactly where you need to go to get what you needed by the first visit! the second visit: you know exactly where to go to get what you need.the staff are absolutely amazing. they help you. they answer the questions you ask. and they are not disrespectful in any way, at least on my behalf. they seriously know what they’re doing and talking about. they know the parts and stuff they sell and will not hold back to give you reports and maybe create small chit chat. they really are wonderful people in what they do.now the guitars and ukuleles? AH! perfect quality! beautiful, elegant sounds and tuning. and the whole body of the instrument is well made. the sounds are absolutely to die for. the sizes are also a great feature! there’s a size for all hands and all people in the selection!just absolutely my favourite place on the whole planet!! i really do recommend them to upcoming and/or experienced musicians!

So Ive been in hospital n wanted to get it back, the GM Janet said they pulled it only 2 days ago and now if I wanted to buy it back it would coast me $3,000.. they have NO COMPATION!!! Awesome shop! The did a small repair (restring on the spot, literally could have charged whatever they desired. They didnt even cover their time, probably barely covered the part. I only have bought firearms from All Pawn, and Ive bought around 3 from them. I mainly use them since they have a decent selection of used firearms, and decent prices, but their service is horrible!Employees like to share their personal thoughts, such as saying that the Sandy Hooks shooting was a complete hoax or government inside job. The type of idiot that makes gun owners look like tin foil hat wearing idiots. They also take extremely long with actually doing the background check with the FBI. Every other place is able to do it within an hour, but at All Pawn it can literally take days(no a delay wasnt placed on the transaction by the FBI).Average place, just expect bad customer service.

Been buying guitars and amps since the seventies and have been in 101 music stores in Texas and elsewhere . Had a guitar in layaway there and then got into some legal problems and they were nice enough to let me out of the layaway and return the money that I had already given them. They have a very good selection of guitar related items and accessories such as pedals and pickups . I have bought tubes there at least 3 times after trying to find them at other guitar shops around Houston. I bought a really cool trem bridge for one of my Strats that they installed for me.....and I am very pleased with it to this day......Not the biggest store in town in the guitar and amp department, but they do carry interesting stuff that will of interest to the pro-minded musician .

All the got is music stuff not camura equipment no systems all over priced music gear you can buy off of wishlist sadily for cheaper.. So if ya need music here a place to go driver priced stuff but nothin? Nothing really....

There is no place else around here I would take my guitars for service. Sure, these guys may come across a bit brash, but like any skilled surgeon, theyve earned their salty stripes. Picture the road crew from Panteras glory days - the proverbial Yankee Cowboys from Hell. (Go ahead, check Proverbs, its in there.) These guys know guitars, amps, and other instruments (that I dont care about), and they know how to make them purr. Why would you spend a grand on a guitar, then take it to a high-school guitar tech at a chain music store? Thats like asking the neighbor kid to change the oil on your Ferrari. Each of the guys seem to have their own areas of expertise, so I feel confident with taking in my Ibanez, Fender, or Gibson that the right guy will get it done right, on time, and without taking me to the bank. They have a smorgasbord of parts in store, so rarely do I even have to wait on parts to be ordered. As a bonus... Kats Guitars has a great selection of new and used guitars to drool over when I come in. Check them out.

Worst people I have ever met. They are scumbag low ballers who know nothing about their own merchandise or about their customers goods. Last time I was there the guy at the gun counter was trying to convince a supremely elderly woman who spoke very little English that the handgun best suited for her for self defense was a snub nose .44. I brought in an antique Italian cavalry saber to sell knowing it was worth about 500 on the low end and the morons offered me $75 for it all the while telling me that it was a fake. Took my business elsewhere. sold the same saber to a collector for $2,500. Dont do business here, they will cheat you, lie to you, and treat you like Rubbish until you walk out the door.

Great prices and selection of new and used guitars. Always lucky to find gems here from the likes of Fender, Gibson, Jackson, etc. Semi hollows, Floyd rose + emg pickup metal shred machines, even your old school vintage MIA/MIM fender strats and teles. Did I mention the wide selection of pedals? Great instructors too. Ask for Mike or Steve for guitar lessons.

If I could negative stars I would. The lady at the desk with stringy blonde hair was completely rude! She didnt want to offer anything for my stuff, I went to cash America in conroe and they offered my 3 times the amount. I will never go there again and I hope anyone reading this doesnt waste their time on such a terrible place. Also if the store is reading this you need to hire someone better people for your staff and reconsider the amount you offer people for their stuff.

Apparently bassists are frowned upon. I went in to get strings and wanted to try out a pedal. They were apathetic and reacted as though I was bothering him with asking to try out one pedal.

They were knowledgeable and helpful about the item we needed.

Dont waste your time. Went to pawn a guitar there and got a ridiculously lowball offer. The associate explained that the guitar was going for on ebay about half of what I was asking, therefore the best he could do was a 150. Although after checking this myself I found that there were a number of offers much more than the figure he said he was using. I understand they have a business to run, but it seems they are more interested in your money than your business. If you are content with settling for 1/13th of what you originally paid than this might be the place for you.

I asked the guy if he had any butterfly knives even though last time i was there i saw them about a year ago. He said theyre illegal... im thinking in my head (yeah stupid they are legal you just cant carry them in public, and how come other stores sell them that are more professional are sold out). Hmmmm get your facts straight before yelling across the room hey we got butterfly knives? No theyre illegal... sir theyre illegal. But other than that pretty dirty and dusty place but they got alot of stuff there. Like a teenager not cleaning his room for 5 years. Anyways called another pawn shop i asked the same question they said yeah we do have them, call my local gunstore well be in stock in a week. So saves me the trouble of not going to that this pawn shop again.
