They really worked with us to get us a great deal, and even stayed open to accommodate us as we were traveling through the state. We literally stopped because of their selection of cars advertised online.*Unfortunately, the car did need immediate repairs within 24 hours totalling over a thousand dollars.**Bishop pro-actively reached out to get us the best price at the local garage and offered us options (as we are outside of warranty) with their local mechanic as well.***Bishop also went above and beyond to overnight some paperwork we needed for the tags.**** The car has transmission issues needing repairs totalling several thousand dollars. Unfortunately, this means we have to scrap it. Total time owned: 1 month.Its been a mixed bag. I love their service, their helpfulness, and their selection of cars, and we might have simply been unlucky in our choice, which they did have checked with their mechanic (it was a trade in). But this was a lemon that we literally never got to drive without issues and had to trade in before we even got plates for it. Bishop was going to contact us about this, but ghosted us once we told them about all the issues :(

I had inquired about 2different vehicles on two separate occasions along with applied for both. Neither time I had received an email or call back. So on both occasions I called the dealer the next days and asked about the vehicles and applications and was informed they would run the applications and touch base with me. Never heard another thing from them. Whether approved or not the lack of customer service was apparent and I would not recommend.

No fact tags, no price sheets, just a buyers guide on the vehicles. Website has a little more info but all the vehicles say call for price.Dealers lose more sales than they gain with this business strategy, if you call it that. Makes one think the prices are arbitrary, and the price is different for each customer. Was interested in four vehicles but now will not be spending my money here. Ill go to one of the other 50 or so used car lots in the area.

I would never deal with them. My daughter bought a vehicle and has trouble with from the first week and they will not help her. They were supposed to fix the windshield wiowi and it now grinds into the windshield making scratches. They covered up chips in the windshield with stickers Last but not least passed a car inspecteion with a bad ball joint within a week or purchase.

I wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle here. 1 month and 1000 miles later I’m out $1400 for transmission problems, black brake fluid, and other things. They clean them up real nice, but be careful of what lies beneath. Just so you can get an idea of what lies beneath I have shared a picture of the Cabin Air Filter which I didnt know existed before purchase. Everything is sold as is so when you drive it off the lot and it has problems that will be your problem. Buy from a reputable dealer that will give you some kind of warranty as they don’t stand behind their vehicles at Bishop Motors. Good luck.
