It was laid back atmosphere. No pressure into anything. Very knowledgeable about what they had and the video Alex sent us before we went up there to actually see the vehicle was awesome. He told us everything that was wrong with the exterior never hid anything. I will buy from them again 🙂

I had an appointment that was setup weeks prior for an oil change at 7am. After 2.5 hours I was finally leaving! On top of all of that you also tried to shove an alignment down my throat for a car that has 15k miles! It’s a disaster every time I come there from the buying experience to something as simple as the oil changes! It was my last trip! Keep the other “free” oil changes!

Did a good job coming close to a price match, saving me a ton of driving. Got me a much better interest rate than my bank was able to.Overall, if you come prepared, youll have a good time working with them.

I had my truck serviced with an oil change and tire rotation. I was on site for an hour while it was done. I was notified that my truck was done and given my keys. Before even sitting in the truck, I realized that my phone charger was not plugged in as I had left it prior to the appointment. I immediately notified Tassha and she was very receptive and summoned the Service Manager. He said, “what would you like me to do about this?” I replied, that I did not want free product, as this incident has shaken my confidence in the dealership and I could no longer trust any of its operations. He then replied, “I’ve been here since June of last year and NOTHING like this has ever happened…. and I’ve got to back my guys.”The issue is not about the charger, as it was only worth $20. The focus seemed to be placed on buying what was taken, but I felt violated and that I had put my trust in someone and had in turn been taken advantage. How am I to trust anything that occurs here again?I have bought several vehicles from Jeff Wyler in the past and that stopped on Friday. You have forever lost my business and I will gladly drive out of Springfield to avoid any further interactions with your establishment.

Biggest mistake that I have made in my life. I have bought 4 cars from Jeff Wyler. Only because I want to support local businesses. I will never buy another one from this dealership. I bought from them a 2004 Cadillac XLR, with 21,000 miles on it. I paid a lot of money for this car because it was my dream car.(I could have bought a new car for the price that I paid for this one) The car seemed fine until I got it home. Then everything on the car started acting very strange. Everything, and I mean everything from the convertible top to the cruise control!! Everything on the car started only working part time. My car is at my trusted mechanic (Where it will stay for a very long time) costing me a fortune. Buyer beware!! Never again will I, or anyone else that I know, buy another car from this dealership.

I drove from Cincinnati, OH to Springfield, OH (about an hour and 20 minutes) to purchase a vehicle that I saw online at Wyler.com. A soon as I pulled up, and before I could get out of my car, I was greeted by a wonderful salesman named Ron. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. as we looked at several vehicles online. When I found a vehicle that I liked for my son, Ron gathered my information in a very timely manner and had me approved in less than 10 minutes. That was very surprising, as I thought it would take much longer. After reviewing the documents with Ron, he introduced to a very nice young man named David. David was the finance person who gave me all the options for the loan including warranties. This young man was outstanding at his job! He was very knowledgeable, informative, and provided much clarity for the questions asked of him. I was in and out in a very timely manner and had a wonderful car buying experience! My car will be delivered to my home in Cincinnati tomorrow morning! Now that’s what you call exceeding expectations! The service that I received from Ron and David at Jeff Wyler Springfield was absolutely exceptional!! Went in just browsing Annette the salesperson was great financing part took a while but that’s is usually the case just have a couple of complaints car was brought to us the next day only with a half tank of gas was told unless you buy new you get half a tank I think that’s not the right way to do it was still almost 20k vechile then was told would be detailed still was dirt on the car and for some reason there is water in the tire compartment someone drop the ball on detailing update on June 18 car took in they did take of issue my problem is I would rather wait and have it done right. Then have it done quickly and done poorly also doesn’t matter if you buy a 7000 dollar car or a 70000 car every customer should be treated and dealt with the same way I’m sorry I will not be given a better review for those reasons

Tyler did an awesome job with my sons 1st vehicle purchase and after everything was signed he sat in the car with him and showed him how everything worked even though it was after 10pm.I understand that they have to try to sell the options but after refusing once the finance person should not try to sell them to you over and over again that kind of drug out the buying process and we just wanted to get home

MY experience with Jeff Wyler dealerships were horrible. I was held hostage at the Eastgate Auto Mall. The sales rep wouldnt return my license and kept trying to get manager upon manager to convince me to buy I car I didnt even want. 2ndly, there was an Equinox at Jeff Wyler Buick in Florence, KY. I was told it was available for test drive and got there and told it was being serviced, so I went home. Got a subsequent call saying the Equinox was ready to test drive and got to the dealership and was informed that the vehicle was sent to auction. It was another Equinox at Jeff Wyler Chevy in Springfield. Drove from Cincinnati to the dealership and only to be informed the car was sold. I understand vehicles sell but have the courtesy to call customer and give he or she an update and some options of comparable vehicles.Sorry Jeff Wyler 3 strikes and you are OUT!

The worst experience I had at Jeff Wyler waiting on and oil change and tire rotation. It took two hours to complete the service and I have been a customer since I was 19, when I first bought a car. I was originally told it would take hour, then it turned into well maybe 30 more min, then 2 hours later I was leaving. They had the plastic seat cover and paper mat still in my car when I got it. The oil change sticker was not updated. This is my first time ever not having a pleasant experience at Jeff Wyler. Very unsatisfied customer!
