I got 2 iPhones repaired from here and both started having problems as soon as glass screen was replaced . The iPhones keep pressing buttons on the screen without me doing anything and screen keeps turning on and off by itself . Bad experience would not go back again, looks like they are using faulty digitizer

I honestly thought I would be able to trust this establishment. I brought in my iPhone and it was crack both sides. I have been waiting patiently to get my phone back in a better condition. But what I got was a phone that kept shutting on and off repetitively and I couldn’t hear from the second party whenever I called someone. I was completely disappointed and the workers tried to blame it on me saying that it the speaker and screen was like that before. They kept giving two completely different statements and kept misinforming me on what was going on. It was like they didn’t know what they were talking about. They even had the audacity to google information and tell me from there. The fact that they messed my phone up and didn’t want to give me back a full refund for what they broke baffles me. Never coming back AGAIN.

I had my screen replaced on my iPhone 5s and 6 here. Excellent customer service; I was in and out in under 15 minutes as just a walk-in customer (screen fixed and all)! Went in to get my screen fixed and left with a couple accessories for my phone and a fixed screen. Quick, speedy, and quality service plus excellent customer service right when you walk in through the doors. This was the first time Id ever brought my phone anywhere besides the retail store and I was more than pleased. I just brought in two Samsung phones that had cracked screens and they replaced both screens in about 2 hours. They talked about every step of the process and let me know the parts that they would use upfront. It was a very smooth transaction and both screens were fixed for under what getting one replaced at the Sprint store would have cost. I am very happy that I checked them out on Yelp and went there.

I bought a Groupon for this business to replace my boyfriend’s iPhone screen because I broke it. We came in and had his screen replaced and a few weeks later his Touch ID wasn’t working. I read online that it can happen after a screen replacement. So my boyfriend called and they said to bring the phone back in. It was determined that the screen was the problem with the Touch ID. They replaced the phone screen at no cost and we were very grateful. However, another two weeks later his home button completely stopped working. It’s not worth bringing it back in to create more issues. I’m not sure if it’s related to the screen replacement but it’s very coincidental. I will likely use another company next time I need a phone repaired.Side note: My sister had her phone screen replaced here with no issues.

They replaced my husbands Samsung galaxy edge 7 screen. I paid $375 for original and 90 days warranty part. But later a pink horizontal line began to appear, so I went there, he (Sajjad) denied to do anything under warranty. Phone was used extremely carefully by my husband, because he cares.. It wasnt dropped or had no any other kind of damage.. a month later I went back because more pink lines appeared .. again he denied and argued only, just ignored basically. It had to be covered under warranty because it just appeared itself but I never could make him to accept it. he spoke to me non-sense! They are not professional, not good at their job, rude and tricky. I would never go there again and would recommend everyone NOT to go. I wouldnt give even one star but there is no other option

I HIGHLY highly recommend coming to this shop to get any phone issues fixed or if you just need a new phone. Ive had too many phone situations in the past few years and am just extremely thankful this shop is so close. Every single issue was solved here, whether screen cracking or battery problems, they have been the ones to fix it. I usually wait on one of the couches and get it out of the way the same day. DO NOT GO TO DMV UNLOCK! I have had two terrible experiences here. for the first one they did not secure my screen on correctly and days after I left the shop my screen fell off while listening to music and ended up cracking. Because of the cracked screen they made me pay another $100 to get it fixed. After I got it replaced AGAIN the screen seemed loose once again. Then randomly my phones screen became black and wouldnt work. I eventually got it fixed at a good screen replacement store and the person fixing my phone first question was who fixed the phone because it was such a poor job. I gave this place multiple chances and they wasted my money so I advise you not to go here.

The worst place I have ever seen. I got a jadoo tv with which I changed my mind and returned it only after one day unopened. I was told that even it was not opened they would deduct $45.00 from my total amount. When I asked the reason, he showed me thier policy on the receipt, which is rediculous. They can setup any kind of policy for the small store that even deosnt meet the basic standards. It really sounds insane and odd. In U.S. you can return any thing specially when not opened in case you change your mind but this place sucks.please do not make problem for yourself by shopping from this place. You will have the worst experience.

I broke my phone screen and came here to get it fixed. The repair took 20-25 minutes and now my phone is as good as new. They also have a good selection of phone cases.

Ive been going here for 5 years. They helped me with my phone service and ive never had problems. The have great phone products for extreamly low prices. Traded in my old iphone recently and paid a little bit extra and got the newest Iphone in brand new condition and unlocked. Destroyed my iPhone 6+, replaced the screen and tampered with the home screen, then didnt know what the issue was. So I sold the 6+ (Damaged), and downgraded to my old iPhone 5c in which there were minor cracks at the top left of the screen. I took it back to the same place and gave them a second chance and now I cant hear out of the ear speaker at all, at times the screen is non responsive, AND the screen is lifted. Im fed up. If you arent going to do a good job then dont do it at all!!!
