Awful. I’m currently using the service after hours and they gave me the wrong keys in the pickup box. I’m currently on the customer service call for over half an hour. I’ve emailed and used the chat on the box. I’ve already been charged for the service and I haven’t been able to get the car started due to getting the wrong key. My service expires at 8:30 pm today and guess who can’t check out because I don’t have the right keys to do it. If I could give negative stars I would.

I have nothing negative to say about this location or the staff at this location because they are always nice and helpful and try to solve any problem that may arise. The company itself though really needs to work on communication and follow-through

Quick service, were in and out with twenty minutes. Return was even quicker. Will be back

Picked up a truck i reserved the other day. All went smoothly.

Well this was the first time that I was not robbed like I was at the one at the dealership on Sunshine that guy going to be in jail. Ill have to do a review on them too. These guys at this location were honest nice great customer service I wish I had been there all the three times that Ive rented trucks.

Reserved a truck the day before and drove 3 hours to get it. No one bothered to let us know the truck wouldnt be there. Absolutely worthless. Go somewhere else.

This has a very clean facilities and friendly employees they are all very helpful and renting a uhaul truck is a very quick and easy process.wow this is a good uhaul place much better than private dealers that are sketchy.

Was told its an open ended drop off, anywhere in st Louis. 3 weeks later I get a $180 charge for wrong destination. I froze my CC to not get scammed. Some idiot better get fired.

Chances customer service was excellent!He helped me choose the right truck and trailer for my needs and got me all set. Will definitely use this Glenstone location again!

By far the best U-Haul around. Needed a truck to move outa state did shopping around at other U-Hauls and the other truck rental companies. The cost for what I needed was OUTRAGEOUS! No one offered first responder discount or Military. I gave it one more shot after 7 attempts and called this U-Haul of Glenstone. The representative I talked to on the phone was Very polite and understanding to my needs. I made this move to years ago and the cost was a fraction of what I was receiving from the other places. The representative told me if you have that receipt from two years ago even though it’s from another company bring it in and I’ll see with my manager can very polite and understanding to my needs. A manager got involved and without even blinking an eye he matched what I showed him. He took a huge weight off my shoulders. Being out of state is tough enough But to occur the cost of a moving truck at a ridiculous price just makes it that much more stressful. U-Haul at North Glenstone lifted all that stress I would like to thank thank The staff and the manager that help me.

I will recommend this place because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff they have. I used them more then couple times by now and every time my order was handled fast and easy. Keep up the good work guys.

The service here is incredibly slow. When you rent, be aware that they do charge for mileage and rental on the vehicle. The charges add up fast, and you would be better off just paying movers.

Took a long time to get the unit. Then when I got to it there was still old junk items in it from previous renter.

Great place. Always fill my propane there.

I have used this U-Haul quite a few times now. They are always very helpful and easy to work with. They work hard for you. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the U-Haul computer system which seems to always be producing bad information. I put all the information about my truck and credit card the trailer I needed to rent, and the location, and I got a confirmation number. But when I went to pick up the trailer nothing was in the system and I had to give them all the information again. This is a U-Haul problem not unique to this location.

Very difficult to get in & out of the parking lot and box prices are much higher than Lowes boxes.

They did not have the truck I wanted, so they upgrade me for free. Then there was a slight problem with the truck while I was using it, so the refunded my entire transaction! Excellent customer service!

Nice workers but the service is always slow and it takes multiple calls to get someone to assist you even when on site.

This Uhaul let me take a truck that had not been repaired properly; the gas tank was not properly repaired and as soon as I started the truck from my destination, it was pouring out gas like water. The repair guy came, three hours later, and stated he repaired this same problem 2 weeks ago and told the Uhaul to get it fixed. This huge issue should have been take care of, but obviously the company does not care about their customers.

I had just bought my truck and didn’t realize I had a wiring harness so I scheduled to have one installed. They found that my truck already had one that had just been jammed up in there. They didn’t charge me for anything.

The service was friendly, after they got more than one person at the counter.... after the half hr wait in line....
