Terrible experience, the guy at the counter was rude and rather disrespectful. The reservation I made was for this location, was not available at this location though. The guy at the counter stated theyd tried to call my phone and as much as called me a liar when I told him Id received no calls or texts about reservation/location changes. He was neither polite nor knowledgeable about anything going on. Would not recommend for anyone.

When I ordered the truck I was told that all their trucks had loading ramps. When I got it to where I was going to load my furniture I found that there was no loading ramp. The store said I could bring it back but I didnt want to make a 30 mile round trip. The store said they would compensate me for their mistake. I used what they gave me which made moving much more difficult. When I took the truck back the women in charge didnt want to deal with the problem and said to call her manager the next day.

Friendly and Fast service. Highly recommend for all your hauling needs.

My only complaint is that I never received any form of receipt. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Quick and easy rental of open trailer for just a few hours work. When returned checked in and able to leave in five minutes. Definitely will be my place to go for hauling.

Staff was super helpful. They cleared up my confusion and made arrangements for me at another location when they didnt have what I needed on site. I was able to purchase a few things I needed for the job and was on my way.

James was rude and condescending. Steve, the manager, went out of his way to provide great service and make me a happily satisfied customer!

I get Propane from there often. Good guys.

Best service I ever had in my 63 years of life.

Ive had nothing but problems with this place. They are always busy. The staff are rude the Assistant Manger treated my wife and I really bad. I will stick to the one on Clearlake. I have never had a problem with that one. The staff are always helpful. They came and took the U-Haul I was using saying it was abandoned. But were charging me everyday for it. When I called them about it and told them that my wife and I were having problems with our pregnancy they said no problem your stuff is there. When I had time to get my stuff out I went there and they told me they threw it all away. They proceeded to tell me I only had 72 hours to get my stuff out. But when I talked to them on the phone that was not mentioned to me.
