Me and my wife needed to buy a new formal dining table for Thanksgiving even though it was last second. We spoke to Sushin Joseph at ICON and not only was he able to get us the set 2 days before Thanksgiving, but it was also an amazing deal, and they even set everything up for us. This is the best place to get your furniture from! We randomly found them online and decided to pay them a visit. They are very friendly and professional. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the market(local and online) and they even do special orders from name brands. We picked our dining table and chairs from two different catalogs, and we received them just in time for the holidays! I feel hesitant to write this review but I felt I should.We bought a Simon Li Sofa Set from ICON and the experience has not been good to say the least. We agreed to take the display piece Sofa but I didnt realize how old piece I agreed to buy.It has been just 3.5 months and I see some wear a tear already. When we called them about it I got to hear that we miss used the sofa. The Sofa was delivered and installed by them so I am not sure just pushing or pulling on a hardwood floor would cause such damage. If that had to happen I would hesitate to invest $5000+ in that delicate piece.I may be wrong here but just sharing my experience for benefit of others. Below are some pictures of the damage.Update: June 15thI had a technician come from ICON furniture to fix the issues. The person confirmed that the damage occurred because of a mistake from manufacturer side and he then fixed it. I appreciate Mr Joseph for being kind enough and getting this taken care off.

I purchased a sofa and love seat in January of 2018. The set we purchased is a plush, leather seating miracle. There was no long wait for delivery; we got the set installed the day after purchase. Oh, and set was several hundred cheaper than the nearest competitor, out of the eight so business which we visited. The customer service was the icing on the cake. Great Price and great service! I was having trouble finding a quality corner TV unit that would fit my 50 TV (it has wide set feet). I came across the Riverside Craftsman collection and it was exactly what I needed. A google search led me to Icon, which is just 20 minutes away. I requested a quote online and received a quick response with pricing way cheaper than another online seller I came across. I decided to get the matching tables to go with it. There was a little bit of a delay on the delivery, but 4 weeks, still isnt bad. The owner then personally accompanied the delivery. His assistant was very efficient with assembly and all packaging materials were hauled away. Sushin is great to work with and I would totally buy furniture from him again.

We ordered a full bedroom suite for the master and it came in on time. after the install and set up, we were not happy with the product, please understand it was nothing to do with Icon, but rather the distributor.
