I called the company and a representative helped me through the whole chair selecting process and even customized a chair to my liking.After receiving my chair I could tell that the quality was above average. This chair is built to last. Of course on some occasions things break that are not supposed to but that hasnt been the case. The chair control looks well built and feels strong when sat in. The seat contour is incredible, fits my body perfectly and the back lumbar is awesome and easily adjustable to my liking. The seat looks unbreakable, they have a car driving over it on the website and it doesnt even crack! With a memory foam seat, black leather, and mesh back this chair is perfect for me.Overall very satisfied and very friendly service.
