The guys are great. They go out of there way to be helpful. Cleaned my windows and even did a shake out of my mats, even tho they didnt have a vacuum. Quick too!

Fast and easy can’t complain, only thing they didn’t do and I don’t know why, is vacuum out the inside. Normally it’s done so no big deal this time.Well didn’t wash the windows or vacuum the inside again. oh and as a company SCREW your coupons and small print, who goes to your store for anything but an oil change…..20% off additional services…EXCLUDING OIL CHANGES in small print. That’s shady!

These people were amazing and saves me. My splash guard had come half off on my way home with my two kids and I couldn’t find anyone else to help me. They were quick and got me right back on the road to get home.

These guys are awesome they had my old truck in and out in no time a lot of times lube shops skip things and I am always under my truck so the next day I looked all my zerks were lubricated and the oil change was done without smearing oil on the bottom of my truck they even changed my air filter for me which is nice because they can be a real pain to do your self thanks guys

They did not vacuum or wash windows so for $80 and it was that because of a $15 off coupon

Before driving to CO. I had my oil changed and a check-up done in Appleton WI. by Firestone. What Grease monkeys showed me, I was shocked! All the while taking my car for repairs and oil changed they never checked out or changed my filters. My cabin filter had a mouse in it, dead of course, and my air filter had mouse seeds in it and they were NASTY,NASTY, NASTY!!!! GREASE MONKEY DID AN A+++++++ JOB. THANK YOU JEREMIAH AND CREW!!!!

Not gonna lie, they were fantastic. My husband is an ASE Certified mechanic of 30 years and has been a mechanic since he was 13. For him to take a vehicle anywhere is phenomenal at worst. They went over and above. We will always use them, in fact we got another truck and both need work. Were coming guys.

Good quick place to go to keep up your vehicle maintenance. The crew is great and know their stuff. They are a bit stand offish at first but good guys that will take care of you.

Stopped in on the 25th of January, 2017, at 1:00 pm. I usually have my company rig serviced here. Service is typically lackluster, but being one of the few oil-change places in Sterling, it was tolerable.Today, rather than meet me at my vehicle, as Grease Monkey employees always do, the two employees stood inside and watched me. Eventually, one sauntered out, to ask, What can I do for ya? I responded that I needed an oil-change. As he was walking away, he stated, Itll be 25 or 30 minutes before we can even get it in. Apparently, the Ford Explorer they had just pulled in, was going to be a poser. Since he didnt bother to ask what service I needed, what my mileage was, or take down my plate number, again all things that Grease Monkey employees typically do, I realized that they really didnt need my business, so I left.They will no longer receive my patronage, for my personal vehicle, my company vehicle, or any of the 20 other vehicles in my fleet. Ever.

Drove from Wray Colorado because there isnt an Express lube any where closer than here. Got there at 5:20 to be told they arent accepting anymore today. On one car in the bays no lines. Even told them the situation and still wouldnt help me out. It says they close at 6 not 5:20.
