Got clearanced item from Halloween... really enjoyed the setup for Christmas already. Checking out was a breeze. Employee was very friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!!

I left a bag upon check out because of the behavior of the cashier. When I realized this I tried calling only to have to call several times because no one answers the phone!!!!! I have been trying for 30 minutes. Mostly likely will have to go back up there in person when I really just want someone to answer the phone so I can get it tomorrow.

I was just shopping in the clothing section and a manager “Marsha” was being extremely rude to one of the workers helping me. Because they were helping me. I don’t know how she got manager but I’ve never left a Walmart madder which is saying something

They are more interested than whats going on with their phone then they are about whats going on with the customers I chase down five separate workers with absolutely no answers because they will go actually three to five aisles out of their way to make sure that they do not contact you without information

We were told that Walmart had butterball frozen turkeys on sale for $.98 a pound. So we went to the Walmart in Stillwater. Only the turkeys at this location was not on sale. I guess its only good in Oklahoma city and Tulsa.

I will never shop here again. Got wrongfully and falsely caused of commiting a FEDERAL OFFENSE just because I was buying cigarettes and didnt realize my i.d. expired a few days ago and she didnt tell me when I was there last night and bought the exact same pack of cigarettes I was there to get. The lady refused to sell me them and accused me of using false and stolen i.d.s multiple times in the past and threatened to call law enforcement on me for trying to purchase a pack of cigarettes. I dont like Walmart to begin with but now I dont even wanna step foot in the store and I live littlerally right across the street.

I have zero love for the franchise but as these are probably locally owned then sure, ya its ran just fine. No complaints.

A well managed, my first observation of this Walmart, Supercenter that has many choices, self-help guides and accommodating staff in each department to offer for ones one-stop shop n go.Items are clearly marked. Ilse are spacious. Employees are in-kind personable, keenly knowledgeable and very helpful with any questions. Overall a top-rated experience.

This Walmart has gotten alot better

Always busy of course especially being in OSU territory. College kids definitely keep them busy and possibly out of stock. Most the workers were friendly a few look at you and dont even ask if you need help or smile and say good day. I understand they can be busy and overwhelmed with things and stocking etc, but a smile goes a long way Other than that I rather enjoy the store when its not overly crowded.

Great place for shopping. Very spacious, you will forget where is what every time you visit. But automated features like Self checkout, pay using phone, app as a store assistant made this a smooth place for shopping. It has large parking lot too. The okstate bus stoppage is right in front of it, so you can come in for shopping and take your goods easily if you dont have car too.

Busy busy busy. Its in a major college town, and its the final weekend before fall semester begins. Some stuff was out of stock, but we were able to find everything we needed.

This is my friendly neighborhood Walmart!I have been coming to this Walmart most of my life.The staff has always been extremely kind and helpful. I would give it a higher rating except when it comes to certain things being in stock they aren’t always the quickest at replenishing these things. It isn’t enough to be a huge issue. And you can almost always find what you need. But one word of warning. When the students first come back for the new college school year. The place can be unbelievably packed and a hassle to be there.But all in all a great place to shop!

If I could afford to shop some where else I would I still cant figure out where things are since the last time the decided to move everything around for are convenience

Walmart is really getting to big for what they do. Its convenient but you can tell they have forgotten that the people make the store successful. I dont like how you have to check yourself out. We need people whom like there job and want to do it. Im going to stop shopping here if I have to check myself out I have a full time job and I am paying for the convenience and service. I love the stillwater people of walmart its a college town so most of the females are profound.

Typical super Wal-Mart. Huge number of items, generally well stocked and clean. Always busy, and never enough checkers or open self service checkouts not to be mildly frustrating. I often order online and pickup outside, they do a very good job on that service at this location.

Dont no whats going with Walmart, but there shelves are always empty, its way better to order on line than to visit. THEY really need to step it up!

They definitely need more employees, it takes forever to get any help.

Constantly changing, hard to just run in and get what you want or need. Dont always carry the same products and you never know when a product is being discontinued. They prefer you check yourself out which is a loss of a job. Hard to find help in a few areas but getting better.

Friendly employees and lots of ways to get in and out quickly. This Walmart is usually well stocked with all the items I need. Plus, when I use the app, I can easily find out where things are located within the store.

The deli was so sweet to get an order for in an hour. They are awesome 😎

Worked here for several years and it is a totally awesome store. Great management and associates. Everyone I have ask questions has given me an answer or found someone who could.

Not sure what it is but perkins Rd old walmart not very friendly or helpful. Seem like sometimes im in the workers way if they are coming around stocking things.

The closest store to me so I shop regularly, but they are slow in re-stocking. Seems like there is a focus on the Great Value brand, with more well known brands being out of stock. The staff is friendly and helpful though. I do most of my big shopping at the other Walmart in town.

Its Walmart, not really any other choices in town. Most checkouts are self service now.

They didnt have bok choy, lemongrass and a few other basic ingredients, but overall was still a good shopping experience

The employees welcome you and make you feel important. They are doing the covid-19 sterilization and masks are worn at all times. Please make sure you have the same respect for their safety as they do for yours and wear a mask. Im getting my 2nd shot today and Ill STILL be wearing a mask just to support them.

Personally though, Walmart on West 6th in Stillwater has better stock and variety.

I like walmart but sometimes there cashiers take to long checking people out im sorry but you can talk and get your job done at the same time thats why i use self checkout because i dont have to worry about standing in a line for longer than it should take like im totally fine with your customer service like your free to talk to someone but still be fast and get your job done because i work as a cashier and i still talk while being fast and making customers happy

What can I say.Its Walmart.A couple of the associates were friendly and helpful.The rest dont care.You can tell they are only there to collect a pay check.

The self checkout machine declined my credit card. I went to the bank and they told me my account was great and it was Walmarts machine. I had to go back, refind all the same stuff, then checkout on a machine that worked.

Self checkout is a joke, associates have become worthless when u do ask for help. If ur not going to have registers open then open more self checkout lanes and quit watching me like Im gonna steal everything. Ridiculous!

Of course Walmart. We have dessimated all small businesses.

Then She told me to keep my hands off Walmart property and go somewhere else to shop!!! Then her friend who was a customer she was talking to instead of stocking joined in on the assult. The name alone speaks volumes. This Walmart Supercenter did not disappoint. I was able to find everything on my list and then some. The store was clean and well stocked.

What can I say about this place other than it has everything. It is always a good experience. The staff are nice. Love the pick up options now. So no running all over the store anymore.

I called 15 times for pickup to let them know my husband was there because he ran out of data. Not 1 person picked up the phone to help so he sat there for over an hour, so we didnt even get the $200 worth of food we ordered. Very dissapointed!

They dont make people wear masks, even though small children cannot get vaccinated, yet. This is one of the reasons I like their curbside pickup option.

Never anyone around in the depts to get help. When you do find some one of course it is not their dept.

I would rate this walmart as a 5, but they close at 11pm, in a college town.

Don’t ever try to call customer service because you’ll never get through. I’ve worked at this Walmart and it’s just garbage how they treat their workers.

Walmart is usually my go to store. Ita 1 stop shop. But, Ive noticed prices arent a good as they used to be. Im finding some items cheaper at other places.

This Walmart is overstocked and has plenty to offer. It is the older of the two Stillwater Walmarts but they have made efforts to update it. The volume of goods inside does cramp up the isles. At the same time it does offer more in the lines of goods.

There is always someone to greet you at the door with a smile and hello to let you know you are important and theyre there t help.

Good customer service but a little slow. Everyone was super friendly though so overall great.

Usually stays pretty well stocked except for before bad storms. Not always a big variety of brands to choose from, but store does carry some more ethnic items than previously. Checkout lines tend to be longer unless you have just a few items and can go through self-checkout or express lane.

Its Wal-Mart they got all you might need from grocery to automotive to fishing and hunting. This time was for fishing trip had hooks throw net and sinners I needed. Mom daughter had a blast

Men’s restroom was dirty. Plus the handicap toilet had blood all over it. Looked like a crime scene. Glad my little boy didn’t see it.

Great staff and easy to find everything. It would definitely help if they had more cashiers working since its the day before Christmas but overall not too much of a wait to checkout.

Took us forever to find an associate and when we did, he was very put out that we asked him to help us locate an item. He did a cursory glance and said they didnt have any. We stayed and looked very carefully and found 3 of them-two on the very top shelf and one on the very bottom shelf

Friendly and great service, as well as great selection!

The boys always seem to find the stuff they like.

Waited 45 minutes for a few drinks, our order was wrong and car hop was rude when it finally did come. Maybe just a bad day and short staffed though.
