AMAZING!!My husbands 1995 Toyota truck wasn’t starting and we had no idea why. We thought maybe a timing belt since it’s given us problems before. I needed it towed to get looked at so I called Automotive Care Express, Inc. and right away the receptionist was super friendly! They were able to look at the car the same day and even helped me get in contact with a nice towing service! I was super stressed out about how much it would be to fix or if it could even be fixed! They were able to start the car, and thankfully it was only flooded. They didn’t even charge us!!So many auto care services have a bad reputation for ripping off customers and over charging. But not Automotive Care Express, Inc. So happy we found them, 10/10 recommend them and will definitely be using their service again and again! Thank you so much!

I drove in to their service center unannounced for a Virginia State Inspection. Better to call ahead first in case there are a lot of vehicles ahead of you and will save you some time. They also offer after hour drop off service for your convenience. I was promptly entered into their que with less than a hour to wait. My vehicle was promptly inspected and ready for me to drive away within thirty minutes. The waiting area is clean and professional with a TV on the wall to view while you wait. They have clean restrooms. All of the inspectors are clearly listed as are the rules and regulations for Virginia State Inspections. The awesome lady in the office was friendly and professional and made every effort to accommodate me. I hope to send more business their way soon! Clearly Automotive Care Express is a top notch auto service center!

First time customer. Appointment at 8am. Car inspection, oil change/oil filter, and a new cabin filter!!! Out at 9am!! Renee provides great customer service and is attentive to all customer needs!! Very professional and nice staff. Called to ask about state inspections and they set me up nicely, in and out in an hour. Had a couple of small issues with my vehicle, (wiper blades) and their price was only slightly more than what it would cost to do it myself so i went for it. Good quality service at the right price, I plan on returning.

I went to get my truck inspected here, due to a recommendation from a friend. It was very out of my way and was a pretty small shop, so my hopes weren’t too high, but my experience changed my mind completely. The people there were all very kind and helpful. My inspection was done in less than 30 minutes, and they helped me figure out exactly what I needed to get done. The lady at the front desk had to fix some things on my paper (my fault, not hers) and she was very kind about it, even though she had to go in and completely retype the whole paper.

They were very nice and professional. Came in earlier than my appointment and they took me as soon as I gave them the keys. Had my state inspection done in 20 minutes flat. I will most definitely be returning!

A friend recommended this place to me for state inspections. Had one done with them and they found an issue with my front engine mount, that definitely needed to be addressed. They let me bring in my own mount to replace the defective one, which is fantastic! I know it can be hassle for shops to deal with customers bringing in their own parts, but I really appreciate them keeping that as a part of their business. They even got me in the same day when I accidentally brought the wrong mount with me originally. Excellent service, super friendly, and I appreciated their willingness to work with me. Will be back again if I need service and definitely for state inspections!

I love this place. Ive been using them for several years and I have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is friendly, especially Megan. They do what needs to be done and I never feel as if they are trying to wring every possible dollar out of my wallet by trying to sell me unnecessary services. I have an older car and they even save me money by using used parts when practical.

Its not possible for me to rate zero Stars which is very sad, I will be going to the Better Business Bureau for my latest transaction with this company. I was flat-out scammed I asked for pricing before any work to be done several times because I just moved to the area and I need all the money I can have right now. I did not authorize any work, I brought my own bushings and had asked how much it would be to do the bushings and to do the sway bars. I was told they are very busy and they would have to get back to me with the pricing, at the point to where they called me they gave me an estimated quote for all my work and I dont have that much money right now I was not able to afford it. I told her to give me a minute or two and Id be right back after. It took me about 5 minutes and I got driven down there in person. I said I would not be able to afford it and Id like to just take my car and potentially talk to a mechanic to see what I can do in person at home as those that is my only option. She replied with oh well theres nothing we can do to your car is already up being torn apart. I know all the phone calls are monitored for quality assurance and in fact I know that there was several communication factors on their side that went awry. This is not my fault I was very distinct and clear with the company that I needed price references first. On top of everything after I got my car they said they did a tire alignment however my car is drifting more than it was before, so I was charged $200 without my permission nothing I could do about it they used my parts and they didnt even do what they said. I have had some extraordinary really awful experiences with companies but I have never been downright scammed by one, never never ever take your car here also never leave it overnight they are not respectful to your vehicles.

Just awesome service. I had an issue with my air suspension that Beach ford quoted me $5200 to fix. These guys help me fix the issue for under $700. Megan in the office is fantastic and Nick in the shop took tremendous care of my wifes baby. Expectations all exceeded.

After visiting this place for the first time for an inspection, I can clearly see why the reviews are so high! Great customer service, and I also love how much room there is in the parking lot where unlike most places it turns into an awkward traffic jam trying to park. The receptionist is also very friendly which can be a huge factor in the overall experience! Apparently they also have the option to make appointments. I will definitely re-visit in the future!

They were amazing, my car was towed right up to the garage door and they gave me a very reasonable price for getting my Battery Replaced and my oil changed.

Wednesday, my son, Hunter, needed an inspection. Was told to come back at 1:30. He came back. Only thing he needed for the inspection to pass was a few lightbulbs. Thank goodness. He paid willingly, as he needed that inspection and wanted to go see his girlfriend, a condition I made😉. Upon further review, he really didnt need them. They paid him cash back and were very apologetic and extremely professional. Bringing 2 more cars on Monday.

I had to put 1 star so it would let me type. Not only has my truck been up there twice but your guessing at whats wrong with it. Then we are told it would be done today. Wrong again. You never notified us you were keeping it through the weekend. Now its up there where your secretary told us NOT to leave it through the weekend because people have been stealing parts off of all the cars. Great. Thanks for the horrible freaking service. I will be there Monday at 8am to get my truck. Oh and thanks for lieing to me about putting brand new parts on when they are clearly used. Never again.

I was just here for the first time this week and they were all really nice. Phyllis at the front desk made my experience easy and drama-free. I had my car inspected and as a homeschool mom my time is precious and I was in and out within a half an hour. I even discussed getting an oil change and got price estimates. I dont want to jinx myself or anything, but after my car inspection went so well the other day, I will definitely go back to them in hopes that I receive the same nice treatment as before.

Needed my R-pod travel trailer inspected. Spent half my morning calling around talking to other places, listening to them whining about it might rain or I might have time for you today. I saw Automotive Care Express Inc. on the internet. They had great reviews. A friendly voice answered the phone. Friendly service when I got there. They had me down the road in no time... I will be trying them out again.....

I get my inspection done here staff is friendly although they dont do framework they do a good amount of maintenance on your car. Along with have a selection of AFFORDABLE used cars verses many nearby dealers.

Incredibly fast and inexpensive. All I need was an inspection done and the local firestone told me to leave it for the weekend with a charge of $30. This place said just bring it by and well have it done in 15-20 minutes. Sure enough I was in and out with a charge price half of what firestone was asking for. Ill be coming here for now on.

Sure my car runs now, however while driving I felt the driver side front wheel wobbling. Checked the lugs, each lug had 6 to 7 more turns on it until tight. The other 3 tires all had a little more than a quarter turn left on them.
