The manager at the miles Jamison location in SC is absolutely amazing. She went more than out of Her way to make us feel as welcome as she could. Ive never had such great customer service. If u need her during the day she is there probably around making sure there is no trash and checking to make sure everyone is great. She welcomed u with a smile every time I see her

We moved our trailer to Cube Smart storage after having a very bad experience at another storage facility. We have been extremely happy with our experience at Cube Smart Summerville. The management is great and keeps tabs on things. We even got a call checking to make sure we had the trailer with us during a recent camping trip. We highly recommend CubeSmart Summerville!

Sorry to say that the sales lady Shauna does not treat people kindly at all. No sense of customer service at all. I do not know why she is so difficult but she is. I will leave here as soon as I can find another place bc of how I see her treat clients and potential clients. I hear the manager Amanda is much nicer so try to get her if you want to rent space here.

The manager Marlo Macusi was amazing from the moment she answered the phone on my first call! She was very helpful, friendly and fun! The facility is clean, well secured with video cameras and functioning gates, and I didnt worry that my belongings were safe one bit! When we moved out, I joked with my husband that I would miss the manager Marlo and told him we should keep in touch with her, she was just that great!

Amanda the GM was great! She took her time to find us the perfect unit. Very professional.

This is now a CubeSmart. I just signed up for a storage unit. I did not like being forced to buy insurance and lock from CubeSmart. Amanda was the only person onsite, so check in took a while as she dealt with other customers. The unit was damaged, The ceiling insulation was hanging down probably as a result of a leak. However, the Gift Bag was still inside. Amanda was nice and assigned me another unit. When we open the door, the rubber door seal fell off. Obviously, the maintenance of the units is not a priority. Upon returning home, I have an email from CubeSmart to log in to my account. from the email, For your convenience, we have already registered you for the Customer Center. Simply click here to get started. I was not registered. I called the 800 number and waited on hold until the auto attended asked for a call back number. Once I spoke to customer service, they said that my account was too new and a supervisor would need to set it up. So much for being already registered. Eventually, I was able to log in and was brought immediately to the Share your experience page where I must write a review before I can go any further. Bad idea CubeSmart, you are not off to a good start.

I didnt use any services offered by the storage facility. Our pet groomer Washes and Wages is located on the premises. Absolutely love love love our dogs groomer. Friendly prices right and my fur babies love going in the salon. Their not afraid when i drop them off and very happy whenever I pick them up. My babies come out looking great.

Been a customer over 8 years. Staff very helpful. The units are climate controlled security is established. Assess to your unit available through out the day.They have areas for campers RVs and boats and rigs. Some areas for these vehicles and recreational crafts have covers over their space.

So this experience has been a little daunting. There was 5 people standing outside at 9:03 as the Employee was late.He didnt greet anyone, looked hungover and moved very slow.No place to sit and wait. He wasnt answering the phone so the answering machine played the persons voicemail loud and clear for everyone to hear.Very clean facility but management really needs to step it up. One person to open the doors to a line with a bad personality is not the best call.Uhaul needs to review this location as should upper management.Super clean facility!

My brother whom now lives in Houston Texas. Has been a current customer for the last nearly three years. And everything that he has stored in the facility are still safe & secured in the same place. So I know that they are very reliable and professional in their business. Im glad to say that they are.☺

I didnt rent a storage unit. I used their uhaul rental service. All vehicles, trailers looked well maintained. They have car trailers, as well as closed and open. Big to small trucks. Service was good and informative.

These folks have no moral ethics in business. I close friend rented space, paid for 6 months up front and suddenly passed away with over 2 months remaining. They would not refund 2 months to his family because he did not provide 30 days notice. They did not refund any monies. If this is the way they do business; I would beware. They said the regional manager would have ultimate decision and he did not even have the respect to return anyones call and discuss it. Good thing we choices; I would recommend finding some local folks to deal with when storing your belongings. I have lived in this area for 30+ years and never dealt with anyone this inconsiderate. Really, provide 30 days notice to die in order to obtain a refund?? Wow!

I originally reserved a 4x8 travel trailer but was upgraded to a 5x8 at no additional charge because the size I requested wasnt available. The service was fast and friendly.

Needed parking storage for my 36 travel trailer. So many storage areas are full or cant take large pull-behinds or large RVs. This location has quite a few larger 12 X 40 spaces and good room to maneuver your tow vehicle to park your item. I found the customer service to be responsive when I showed up and one of their employees showed me the backlot and the layout of the property. This location also has about the easiest entry and exit setup Ive seen if you are towing. Their initial price was a little higher than some of the surrounding storage areas but they offer a 20% discount for military and also a discount if you pay for 6 months up front, so after discounts their price was the same or even a little less than other locations. Only drawback is none of the outside storage is covered but very few locations, if any in Summerville, have any covered parking as well. I am looking forward to a great working relationship next month when I bring in my trailer. This is also one of the few places that has the office open on Sunday, most places are closed. If you are wondering, they have an excellent security camera setup and 24/7 live-in manager with 24/7 access for customers.

Rented a U-Haul from this place. Self pick up. They did not put any of the accessories in the back of the U-Haul such as blankets or the commercial dolly. Had to wait in the parking lot for two hours for them to open up to get everything. Wasting Time is never fun.

Went in to pick up some boxes and obtain info on storage unit. I was not greeted, but no biggie.. i was trying to figure out prices and size of boxes and stood there for quite some time. Shelby never asked if i needed help... when i decided what i needed i tried pulling boxes up, but had no luck.. shelby just watched... so i finally asked is there some trick and she told me wiggle it out.. yea ok shelby what do you think Ive been doing... when i asked could she please come help, her attitude let me know she wasnt pleased... if i werent in need of moving boxes right then and there i would have left. There boxes are $5 a box. Ridiculous. Sooo with good faith i asked about storage unit prices and availability, but again shelby was not very pleasant to deal with. I left unsatisfied. To top it off shelby is their manager... i will not be doing business with them solely based off my interaction with shelby.

This place is very well maintained, has great customer service, and a very friendly staff. They have great storage and also deal U-Haul. Great place.

Uhaul pick up took a long time. One person working and he was very stressed/frustrated. Truck cab was dirty, you could tell truck wasnt cleaned before I got it.
