Clean,easy access, convenient. Staff is friendly. I just wish there were a way to keep a cart in each section, to carry heavier objects. Found one in our building on our 1st trip. No such luck on the next visit. I like the combo locks. Dont have to worry about getting the key to someone so they have access.

This storage place is definitely huge on my list of recommendations because they were fast friendly and convenient as far as needing a storage unit and when it came time for me to not need a storage unit anymore coming from another state picking up stuff meeting my unit for an extra week they let me pay weekly which is convenient instead of having to pay $77 a month for my unit I only have to pay $16 a week until I dont need it no more they even told me on the phone. That was smart paying for only what I need instead of trying to get me to pay for the whole thing which is what any other company would do so I definitely recommend this place and their customer service is excellent they even called me back the other day

Best storage facility anywhere. These places are always very clean very well organized. They have street names for the aisles where the storage units are inside the building to help you find them easier. Very well maintained facility. Always easy in and easy out. On August 26, 2021 I call Extra Space Storage and talked with Joel Fequiere. I told him about my storage and how much I had to move. He was very understanding of what I needed. He discussed with me what space they had available and the price. He also promised that he would be there at the storage when my goods arrived. I explained to him that I wouldn’t be in town when my goods arrived.So he said no worries, I will be there on September 11, 2021 to ensure that everything is delivered correctly.On that day September 11 2021 my storage arrived early before the time that the R&M Movers’s had giving us. The guy in the truck first said that, he can not deliver the storage because the place was to small for his truck to get in and out, and that my storage was to small. That he will charge me 3,000 dollars if they have to use a smaller truck. Then he said well no one was there to receive the storage or pay them for delivering it. Therefore I talk with Joel and discussed the issues the drivers brought to my attention.Well Joel was my hero that day. He talked with the driver and had straight out all the problems that the driver through he had. My storage was delivered and the truck was able to deliver and the storage was efficient to hold my goods.I thank Joel for his professional, for his compassion that he show me as his new customer. But most of all I thank God for Joel saving me 3,000 dollars. If he had not been there the truck driver would had left and gotten a smaller truck and reloaded my home goods . Or he would of taken my storage back to Ky because of the storage space .Nevertheless, this did not happen because Joel was there and gave directions and directed the driver in the right direction and right storage.Thank you Joel again, you saved the day.
