First I would like to commend the manager for exceptional customer service. She was so very helpful in assisting me in choosing a unit by allowing me to view a few units so that I could make an informed decision. She was very knowledgeable and informed me of the policy and rules that renters must adhere to. She answered all my questions, and there were many, especially after having a bad experience with another storage company where there were mice and traps that were very visible. I would use Public Storage again if ever needed in the future. I give your manager and your facility 10 stars for excellence.

So far, just making the reservation and paying online were super easy. The sales rep on the phone was very helpful in finding just the location and size units I needed. When I visited to place locks on the units, the place was super clean. The site manager escorted me to the units and explained access for the day my moving truck brings in items for very short-term storage. It had the #1 rating the whole Metro Area on Yelp with 5 stars so thats why I chose it. Its also easy to find right on North Main Street. Glad to know about it in case I ever have a personal need in the future.

Called to get prices and information about storage services and spoke to a woman named Monica. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even though I’m sure I was annoying with all of my questions, she didn’t get bothered and did her best to address any and all concerns that I had.

Public Storage is a five-star! I love coming to an environment where I feel safe and at home. I feel safe because they stay on top of their company guidelines and at home because the workers are down-to-earth people. Down to earth people are the best ones to have.

Unit was clean price per month was ok. What they dont tell you is that you need their specific lock so thats extra then insurance . Then they try to upsale you on a whole bunch of extra stuff. For that reason its average.

I received a letter today stating that my monthly rate would be raised by $31. Thats an additional $372 a year I had no reason to believe I would be paying. I moved my stuff there at the beginning of August and its now the beginning of October. Ive been there for 2 months. Imagine youve just moved an apartments worth of stuff into your storage unit and just two months later they say, By the way, were raising the rent. Very underhanded. I would recommend going somewhere else for your storage needs.

I went to buy boxes to pack some things from my house. The lady working there today 1/12/21 hit me up about the mask policy... Im exempt with a respiratory issue. Instead of moving forward with the transaction she continued to suggest i needed a mask or to stand outside to complete transaction. Continuing the entire time to not respect my needs.

Ive been here for a few months now and yes Monica is the absolute best shes always on top of everything. She has made my experience here absolutely wonderful.

Monica was great and very helpful. The actual storage unit is where the problem came in. The unit had multiple holes/leaks throughout. Our items were in storage for almost 3 months and majority of it was ruined by major leaks in the outdoor unit. Boxes and suitcases were full of water and all of our furniture grew an enormous amount of mold due to the moisture. We were advised we were in charge of removing all items on our own and would be responsible for the cost. Not only did we pay the full amount for the 3 months, we had to pay a dumpster service to come out to dispose of our items as they were too big to fit in our personal vehicles. Insurance claim process is extremely lengthy and two days after turning in all required paperwork, I’ve yet to be contacted back. I think Monica is great however the storage unit should be a little more responsible for the damage as this was not just a few bugs and dust we were dealing with.

Climate controlled. Very clean. Great rate and reasonable hours. Automatic doors and an unloading dock. Also has carts to move your stuff. Also has restrooms and water fountains. Nicest one Ive been to. Knowledgeable staff as well.

Monica was very accomodating and helpful during our 4 month history with PS. Was a little disappointed after moving out in the middle of November we did not receive any credit for the two weeks we did not use, but that was not the fault of the manager . Good facility

Spoke with Monica on the phone several times before arriving from Virginia in which I had to change my appointment with her a couple of times. She was very polite, professional, and understanding every time we spoke. The place is clean and Monica was great. We love the convenience of this storage facility with the loading dock, elevator, and dollys. Monica also made sure to confirm my code worked prior to leaving so that we’d have no issues upon returning.

I was looking for a box to ship something & was on a time schedule. When I arrived at Public Storage to try to find the right sized box, I was greeted from the staff immediately. We were unable to locate a box large enough for my needs unfortunately. There was a box sitting off to the side & I told the employee that if I could find one that size it would be perfect. It was a box someone had given her for her to use to move. It wasnt a Public box. She immediately offered it to me without hesitation. I was impressed with the extra mile she went to meet my needs. I would recommend Public Storage highly. They are friendly & accommodating.Thank you for your help. I got my package shipped & all is good!

Very nice staff. Always ready to help you at anytime. The buildings are always kept up and clean. Ive had a unit on the inside building for about a year and some change and never had a problem. They are the best in town with prices and staff help. I will use again if I have to.
