This Grocery Outlet in Susanville CA is a nice store. It is clean and well stocked shelves.

Love this place great for elderly people. My 70 year old father who’s is a cancer survivor and Dixie fire survivor went to buy some soda. Little did he know grocery outlet was gonna be giving him a new hip. As you see with the picture below the pallet is sticking out. The owner Aaron taking 0 accountably for this. I can’t say don’t shop here but be careful with this place.

Some prices are higher than other grocery stores. The lady that works in the produce area doesnt wear her mask, it just hangs off her ear. When I mention for her to put it back over her face, she just says YAH YAHI know. Then when I walk away she takes it off again.

The owners a grocery outlet Becky and Aaron are awesome people to work for. In two of the nicest people you never want to meet. Very tactful in diplomatic. Theres nothing bad that I have ever heard anyone say about them. They are well experienced owners of their own business. Never a mean thing to say about anyone

The new owners are amazing, really helpful and keep the store pristine, the organic section has more and more products also good options and brands for people who are paleo and Keto friendly, no website can beat their deals!

I love to go here. I get good deals the store is always clean and the staff is typically really nice, in a good mood and really try to act like they are in a customer service entity. Something that I feel a lot of places have forgotten since the pandemic started. I rarely have a 3 star or lower score with grocery outlet. Great management

Hands down, my absolute favorite people I have ever had the opportunity to work under. Aaron and Becky are the most caring, and hardest workers iv ever worked for. I highly recommend working for these two. They will help you build your life up along with always putting thier workers first.!!

My friend and I went here a few weeks ago . My friend was asked to empty his pockets that he was in suspicion of stealing. Then shortly afterwards he was told not to pan handle even though he wasn’t .Most of the time this store is lovely; however, this one particular time we went through hell

My granddaughter and I tried to get to a shelf and three over grown boys that were stocking the shelves would not let us by. We left the cart, bought her toy, and the Special Eds were laughing about what they did as we walked out. How grown up to be mean to a little girl.

Dangerous store - this Grocery Outlet is not enforcing the mask mandate. Do not put yourself at risk. Most shoppers are not wearing masks and employees are allowing this risky behavior.

Its a basic bargain outlet for food doesnt always have set items. Items are discount and maybe discontinued. But if your budgeting for the month they have a wide selection of frozen foods. And a descent variety of healthy foods.

I go to the grocery outlet to fill my grocery list when I cant find what I want somewhere else and they sell items at a reasonable price that are good quality and I found some of the best tri-tip there!!

I have shopped at and enjoyed the bargains at Susanville Grocery Outlet for years. Today I had a very upsetting encounter with the cashier who was checking me out.There were probably 20 people waiting in 2 lines when I got in line. After a wait of about 5 minutes 2 more cashiers opened. I was checked out by a tall young man. He filled my first bag and set it up against the edge of the counter. A chicken pot pie fell on the floor as did a box of grape tomatoes. The cashier ignored it. I scrambled around gathering up the grape tomatoes and picking up the pot pie. When I stood up my other bags were on the counter. The young man was leaned up against the counter with his back to me. I suggested that he load the bags in my cart (as the other cashiers do) in order to speed the line up for the 6 people behind me. He told me it was not his job. That in fact he was doing me a favor because checking was not his job.When I got home I made a call to the manager. The person on the phone told me he was the manager. When I asked his name he refused to give it to me. He told me he was not required by the store to give me his name if he did not feel comfortable giving it to me. When I started telling him that I was calling to make a complaint of rude behavior, he and I both realized that I was speaking to the young man who was so rude to me. He told me he would tell his boss of my complaint.He will probably do that but so will I. I am a very unhappy customer today.I must say Ive had years of good service and gracious cashiers at this store. It is sad to have someone ruin this stores reputation while claiming to be a manager.

Im not happy with your cashier Katelynn cashier number 01300 store 107 I bought some Danish (bear claws) it said $0.99 on it and she charged me $2.99 and I bought two packages we didnt notice it until we got home which was 1 1/2 hour drive away.Other than that all was good Katelynn was very polite though.

Prices are good, dont always carry the same product twice.

This place has definitely gotten better since it has been under new management. Theres still a little bit of a mildew smell when you walk inside, but it has gotten better. The fruits and vegetables are good if you plan on doing something with them within a day or two. Theres always a good deal on bananas.

I hadnt shopped here in 10 years until I recently moved back, and I probably wouldnt have given it a second thought.. but I went in with someone else, and Im glad I did. I was impressed by the variety of hard to find items that they carry.. from International foods to special diet ingredients. Youll find things here that you wouldnt find anywhere else in Susanville.

The store is getting better all the time. It is kept cleaned and the employees are there to help and they seem to enjoy working there. Customer service has improved and we go there and find more items that we want all the time. Give them a try. You might like them. 😊

The store was a mess today 1/29/2020, two members of the staff were arguing in the toiletries, loudly, male and female. There was one girl working on the cash registers and she was amazing the only reason you received 2 stars instead of 3. She was kind and professional. Aside from that the selection in store was minimal, the store itself was a mess, there were homeless beggars outside looking in vehicles and laying behind a restaurant waiting for more, it felt super unsafe to leave my vehicle parked there, prices were more than I expected, Safeway sells the same items, in date and fresh for the same prices, this place needs some serious TLC.

They have good prices on their meats and theres a lot of other things that are priced really well, thats more expensive at other places.

The store was clean and the shelves were stocked and faced appropriately. I was able to find the items I wanted with ease. The cashier and bagger were super friendly. These are the reasons why I keep coming back.

Great store fair prices as long as they dont continue to keep going up. Dont get used to certain products because they tend to go away and never come back. The staff is real nice and the store is clean.

Susanville Grocery Outlet is a good bargain food & wine store with always friendly employees. They dont always carry the same products that were a great price a week or two earlier though which is why, obviously, they can sell at bargain prices. I visit the Susanville store once a week just to stock up on eggs, milk and vegetables Nice friendly place to shop and save money.

Always a wide variety of friut, vegtable, meat and canned food. I like shopping at this store.

Couldnt find anything I wanted. Was going in for vanilla ice cream. None there. Went over the candy selection. Could buy it for less at Walmart. Put the basket back and walked out without buying anything. I told my husband that was a first for me.

They have some great bargains here. The stock changes often.Some interesting items not found elsewhere.They have a large stock of wine also.I stip by once a month or so to see what new or stock up on things I like. Prices are almost always lower than the grocery stores.
