The massage chairs felt painful when turned on. I am five foot. My legs were stretched out and I was slouched in the chair. I was so uncomfortable. The lady was professional. I ask her for a towel to put behind my back to fit in the chair better and I got a small hand towel. Its probably all they have but still. My feet hurt really bad. It seemed like she worked on my legs the most. It would just be nice to get to relax and close my eyes but the employees kept talking the whole time to each other. I wont go back mainly bc of the massage chair everything else could be worked on.

Most if not all of staff is rude and full of themselves. Also don’t properly file and leave nail bumpy and thick. Do not recommend this salon.

The woman that did my pedicure not only rushed it but was rude. Not only was her tone of voice very offensive, she kept making faces and making rude comments. Then they should have a sign that says they don’t use gift cards at the door because when I tried to pay it declined although when I called the card I had over 200$ on it but she was extremely rude about that to snatching my grandmas receipt from me and throwing her card at me once swiped. Plus she made one of my eyebrows crooked . Never going there again and telling all my homegirls not to go there eitherI will say the woman that did my grandmothers pedicure was absolutely amazing. She took her time interacted and was very nice. My grandmother was so happy she gave her a 10$ tip

My very pregnant sister and I had pedicures here and the two ladies were amazing! So sweet and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Definitely recommend!

I been trying to call them for hours to file a complaint. I got gel polish on my toes and the next day it started to chip also the polish started to lift. I do not recommend. Bad business!

Do not use their services, a male worker was so disrespectful to begin with, today I called their number and scheduled an appointment for 2, my girlfriend and I. The appointment was set for 5:15pm and when we got there, they didn’t have our appointment set, then proceeded to ignore us as we tried to figure out an appointment time or someone to do our pedicures. He acted as if we were not speaking to him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. After speaking to others, it has become clear that they are known for being disrespectful to clients.

My friend and I went in for a quick gel manicure ahead of her graduation ceremony. While her nails came out amazing, mine were rushed and did not even last a week. My nails were done in 30 minutes. Linda, who was my nail technician did a terrible job. Nail filing on the edges hurt my fingers, she skipped gel nailpaint on one side of all nails and when I showed her, she filed the nails again instead of filling them which was painful. After showing her the unfilled part again, Linda applied more coats of paint, so I ended up having 8 coats of gel paint on my nails! Within 3-4 days, the gel paint started peeling off and would get stuck on my hair when Id comb. She also put my fingers under the dryer hurriedly such that fresh paint touched the inner part of the dryer. Cant believe I paid so much for a shoddy job! Plus, they charge a 3.75% surcharge if you use your credit card. I am giving 2 stars only because my friends nails came out amazing.

My mom and I had pedicures this morning. We both had the spa pedicure and sat next to each other. The woman who did my moms pedicure was excellent!! She took her time and spent so much time pushing cuticles back, cutting, filing, etc. I was not happy with the woman who did mine. The water was cold when I sat down. She did not use the tool to push my cuticles back.. she just started cutting. When I said something she said she did it with the dremel tool. She did a terrible job filing my nails. I had to ask her to file again. A couple were pointy and sharp. The majority of the time she was looking to her right talking to the two girls also doing pedicures. My pedicure was not worth $42.00. My mom’s pedicure was. My mom was so happy she gave the woman a $10.00 tip. I was really looking forward to getting a pedicure and I was very disappointed. Overall the place appeared clean and very organized. We were just visiting the area so I chose this place based on Google reviews. I just didn’t get the same service my mom did.

I asked the lady(tiffany) to make my nails shorter and she refused to finish them and walked away. she was very rude and told me she “couldn’t deal with me anymore” then i got another nail tech and he told me i have an attitude although i only asked for dip powder

I wanted to give them 0 stars but that’s not an option so I chose 1 instead but I got a full set and of my nails are crooked, I got my eyebrows waxed and she didn’t even do them the correct way, they add unnecessary fees, so i wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Showed up to get my nails done at 7:45 pm and was told ‘we are closed’. Several people were inside and they said they now closed at 8:00 pm. When I said that their website says 9:30 pm, which is also the time the mall closes, the employee just turned his head. A total waste of time and gas, as well as a disappointment for my daughter and I.

My wife, my 3 year old daughter and her friend came here to get their nails done. Both were getting full sets which were $25ea. About halfway through, they told my wife that because the shape she wanted, they were charging another $10 more, supposed it was longer than normal. Her friend was charged $5 more for what was thought to be a basic full set, the flat tip and only the first quarter from the top is white, and they nicked two of her fingers, making her bleed, yet still charged her for more than advertised. My wife had a color picked out for our daughter when the lady who was assisting them decided that color was too ugly and swapped to a different color without approval and applied it...It was the same color my wife got her nails done at. Overall, my wife still has to go home to fix her nails because they didnt refine the curve correctly.

First of all, their hours are all over the place. I walked in at 9am on a Friday morning. Google states they don’t open til 10am on Friday and their website says 11am. I’m confused. My plan was to walk in and make an appointment for later, after work. Anyhow, right when I walked in there was a guy at the desk and a guy walking around talking to a few other customers. As I was walking toward the desk to make an appointment and to look at the price list, the guy walking around said go sit down, I’ll be with you shortly. I immediately felt taken aback, I felt like someone just shoved me in the chest. He was not welcoming at all. I immediately asked the guy at the front desk if I could make an appointment. He made the appointment for me without welcoming me either. A simple, “Hi!, how can I help you?” would’ve been nice. I’m not sure I will keep my appointment considering the not so warm welcome I received. This is a service that I would be paying for. I’m not so sure I want to invest any of my money into a place full of rude people. Thanks but no thanks.

I usually have the same nailTech who was on vacation so I had a fill done with someone else. She was very unprofessional and rude. The fill was not done well . Time to find another nail salon

Worst mani pedi...the technician rushed through everything. Didnt even push back my cuticles which resulted in the gel polish to peel around the edges the next day (see photo). Gel was gobbed up on the outer edges of every one of my nails so I had to file it down. The technician also didnt remove the residual polish from my last mani so there are black specs all over my nails and around the edges that show through this clear polish. They made me bleed several times when they trimmed my cuticles on my toes by cutting too far down and tearing the skin instead of actually trimming it. They used a super abrasive file to shape my nails which just caused tears so I had to reshape when I got home. No cuticle oil either, by the time I got home my hands were so dry and looked awful. Very disappointed and $60 wasted.

After 11yrs of going to this salon (out of convenience) the main woman who greets customers and sits at the front was incredibly rude to me. I haven’t been back since. I’ll never spend a cent there again and I make sure to tell everyone who asks about my experience.

I came as a walk in and the wait time was not bad at all. I was very pleased with how my nails came out! They were kind and patient. The environment was relaxing even during a stressful time with recent news. They answered any questions I had. The service was not rushed which I appreciated.

Signed in for a pedicure and sat down to wait. At least 15 minutes had gone by and nobody had acknowledged me yet, not even to give me a time frame for the wait. So I went upstairs and received a wonderful pedicure without waiting.

The lady who did my nails she was very kind and did everything she could so that i would be satisfied. Thier place is nice and clean and my nail were breathtaking I would definitely recommend going there trust me you would not be disappointed.

They are like a conveyer, they do not take the time to make sure your nails are even close to the same length or glued on properly, they just want you out as fast as they can and take your money. My daughter and I went there and her nails popped off within a week and a half, I had mine redone at a different location so they were fixed. $100 later, there was no way we could enjoy the service we paid for. One more thing, they cut both of our hands so bad that it hurt to even run them under water, which lasted about 4 days. Kind of difficult when its something you actually have to do.

My sister and I went together both gel manicures and pedicures were wonderful (Deluxe) .The staff were really nice & friendly we both highly recommend 💅🏼- Did a walk in and didn’t have to wait at all

I was staying at a nearby hotel and asked the front desk to recommend a nail salon in the area and they recommend BV Nails located in the Destiny USA Mall. I looked up their reviews and was hesitant to try this place. Note: A lot of negative reviews are several months old to a year ago. The more recent comments were positive so I decided to try it. I had a pedicure and fill in. The lady that did my pedicure rushed me to pick a color and put on too many coats. I should have said something but I figured she knew the product better than I did. I thought it was possibly a quick dry formula. Alex did my fill in and did a beautiful job! I paid $77 for a Spa Pedicure and my fill in with bling on 2 fingers. I would say that their prices are at par with other nail salons that I have been to. If I lived in the area I would definitely be a repeat customer.

Went here by chance on a day I walked out of my regular salon because of recent awful service and was SO please. I got medium length coffin nails, gel polish with marbling. They came out lovely! Even being the techs first time doing marble! I recommend them! I got in immediately and was done in an hour. They were so professional, nice and friendly. The only time Ive ever walked out of a salon without a cut or burn! Nathan was my tech and he made sure I was comfortable and relaxed through the entire process. He even used to work at my old salon but left so we had something to chat about! I will be back!!!

I wrote a month a go on this place and now my two fingers have a fungus cause of this place I went to my nail salon and told me what it was and now I can’t get my nails again I want to turn them in the health Authority and have this place close I have the picture of my nails and I wanted to get them done and now I can’t till it clears this place will be shut down I hope

A friend and I were reluctant to give this nail salon a try, because of the reviews. But Im glad that we did. They did a great job, and thats coming from two ladies that can be quite picky. We did the deluxe gel pedicure with the hot stone massage (ah-mazing) and gel manicures. They took their time and did a wonderful job. We will be back!

The color was beautiful and thats about it.... My nails were filed unevenly, the gel polish started chipping and peeling after 3 days, and it was a very rushed and unwelcoming atmosphere. I can get better quality at a better price elsewhere and will not be returning.

It never fails, every single time I get my nails done here they chip and break in less than a week. I recently decided to give them one more chance and got SNS on my natural nails, at other salons, the SNS doesn’t chip and i wear it 4-5 weeks before a change. I had a chip in 8 days.... I don’t even work! I’m retired so there’s no reason my nails shouldn’t last when I don’t work with my hands. Their prices are ridiculously too high for the quality.

Worst experience ever!!! I came in with my daughter and waited over half an hour. A lady and her daughter came in signed in as i did whom happened to be white and was immediately seated while my daughter and I stood there. The employee then called another white lady who was standing behind me a sat her as i was still standing there. I was so disgusted i told them i had been there and they knew it. I was so upset and disgusted i just turned and walked away withthe worst feeling. I will never go there again.

I would post less than 1 star if possible. They do not treat their regular customers well. I called in advance because I needed crystals replaced after they fell off after two days. I called in advance to tell them so I could be seen right away and they told me 15 min. When I got there they tried to tell me they don’t take appointments (I’ve always made an appointment) and refused to see me for 30 min. Go to a different salon who treats their regular customers better, especially when you only have to return because they did a poor job to your nails in the first place. I will never go back.

You know what... this is the WORST salon I’ve ever been to. When I first arrived I was greeted kindly (sort of). The woman told me to follow her into the back for my pedicure...I did as I was told. Soon after she told me to put my foot in the water... WATER THAT WAS COLD. I asked her -very kindly- to make the water hot, TWICE. She did not follow through with my request. My 30 minute pedicure was only 15 minutes. The polish was painted on VERY POORLY. The lady that did my foot wAs extremely rude. Afterwards, I went to the guy to get my acrylics done. Instead of using nail polish remover, he roughly buffed my nails (they are still sore). I asked him politely to give me coffin nails, to which he replied, yes I will. When my nails were finished, they were uneven, matter a fact, they were atrocious. There was still nail polish ON MY FINGERS!! I asked for jewels on my nails AND HE SAID NO!!! I am mad. Very mad. The dude seemed nice, but these are my hands and MY NAILS SO I CAN CHOOSE WHAT I WANT ON THEM. I will not be returning to this nail salon... I recommend QING NAIL SPA, they have great customer service and their nails don’t come out UNEVEN LIKE IN THIS LOCATION. My hands look like a three year old did them.

I went to the BV nails in Shopping Town Mall with another family member. First of all there were no other customers in the store and they sat us as far away from each other as possible. Couldnt even chat or we wouldve need to yell. The staff was very nice had a good time however, the price I was quoted when I walked in and signed in was different from what I was charged. I thought ok no big deal.... Well it is a big deal to me now that in less then a week my nails have chipped!!!! Not just one nail but four. I have a data entry job so there is no reason for this. I will never go there again ever! I will never refer anyone to go there.

Worst experience ever. I went for waxing on 3/24 at 7 pm. I had a lady that I mistakenly didnt take her name. Long hair, tatoo airbrows, wears glasses, no smile ever, so rude. She would leave areas of my body not done, and if you ask her to do it, shell surprisingly say but i did here already!!!. She spilled wax on my fingers, cleaned barely half of it, and got mad when i asked for tissue. Small and smelly place also, didnt ask me to flip over, so wasnt even comfortable. I hated my experience. Last time ever.

Came here for an eyebrow wax today, which was inexpensive, but didnt have such a good experience. My attendant said very little to me except for when she asked me if I was scared toward the end of the wax. I kept flinching after shed wax part of my eyebrow because she wasnt very gentle and didnt give much warning before ripping off the wax.Also, I noticed she didnt wash her hands before the wax. Hope I dont get a staph infection. :(

I was charged $51 for a pedicure with gel nail polish and then next day, I woke up to the nail polish came off on one toe. Such a waste. I will never go back there again.

Probably one of the worst pedicures Ive ever had. I paid for the spa pedicure. She barely even massaged my legs and feet. She also cut my cuticles way to short. She was hurting me the entire time clipping them because she was digging into my skin. Now 7 hours later and i cant touch my toes because they hurt so bad.
