One of the best quotes I received and honest about condition of parts on my vehicle that I had requested inspection of. Im very pleased with Klean Auto Repair they are knowledgeable, friendly, affordable, reliable and fast. When I call for an appointment they get me in right away. The pricing is comparable to other shops in the area or better. The team and Corey the owner are helpful and friendly and really puts effort in to letting you know whats happening with your vehicle. So I dropped my car off they was supposed to take a look at it a week later I come back after messaging Chuck about my car he said nobody took a look at it the same day mind you I came later on in the day put a fuse cover over my fuse box after they moved the car a week later I come and pick up my car they said they reverse the car and the axle snap but yet I had a floor mat in the passenger side and the driver side but some magical way the axle broke I have a modify SRT four neon they took it for a joyride and broke the axle or swap the axle with probably a broken one that they had in stock I dont know whats the situation was whatever but I would never go back there again I dont trust them or send someone to them

Broke down on Waller early morning. Insurance called tow truck and suggested a highly rated yelp garage. They were a bit expensive & charged for a diagnostic (150ish.) & on a Friday couldnt promise to get my truck looked @. The tow guys recommended Klean Auto Repair. I got there and And waited my turn. I believed it was a spark or fuel pump issue. They trouble shot it and found my Distributor shorted out. Changed it and was done! Decent price too! I highly recommend Klean Auto repair. Straight up guys. Aloha!

These guys are the best. The owner is always in the shop working on the cars. My boyfriend made an appt at the wrong shop, had it towed to Klean on a Friday and even though we didnt have an appt they still took are car in to fix it and Im sure they were very very busy. They fixed it at a very reasonable price and are quick, kind, and awesome! We only come to them now! Having our head gasket replaced this week. This is an awesome trust worthy shop that does quality work.

Sometimes they give me bad news, sometimes they give me good news.....but its always honest and helpful. I have confidence in the repairs that they do, and Ive never had to go and get a second opinion on something theyve said. (As a comparison, we took my husbands Cadillac to a Firestone Repair Center that was recommended to us for a brake system review, and they wanted over $1000 to put in an all new brake system. We took it to Klean for a second opinion and it ended up being the master cylinder.....at less than half the cost.) If youre looking for a mechanic in the Puyallup area, go HERE!
