I work a lot and really feel customer service is just dead. I went to Tacoma Bike and was delighted with the people there. I brought in a bike I bought on line to be assembled, there was a problem with the bike, so they called and didnβt charge me. I bought and had Joe install a amazing bike rack. This product is just fantastic!!! Now my wife and I can take our bikes where ever and use them. Very happy camper, will bring all my future business to this place. Finally someone whoβs worth my money!!! π€β€οΈππ
I called Tacoma Bike to see if they had a selection of 24 bikes for my daughters upcoming birthday. Johnny was very helpful over the phone, describing each bike they had in stock. This included running downstairs to check other inventory, and then running back upstairs to check his shipment list to see if more would be in soon (they only had 3 to choose from at the time). I went in the following day with my daughter to pick out her bike. Johnny happened to greet us and recognized me from the phone conversation the day before. He was more than happy to help my daughter and I find the right bike for her. He also set us up with all of the extra pieces we were looking for to complete her birthday present. Johnny was very patient (with a very excited 8 year old!) welcoming, and helpful through the whole process. He even took the bike in the back to install a water bottle mount while we waited. Sadly, it has been such a long time since I have had such an amazing customer service experience like this one. I left Tacoma Bike very pleased and excited to bring my younger daughter when she is ready for a bigger bike too. I have nothing but great things to say about the service we received and the experience we had.
The staff at Tacoma Bike is super knowledgeable and friendly. My son loves his new bike.
We brought in a damaged bike we found abandoned on our property and the repair guy was more than happy to walk us through what needed to be done, and even though they didnt sell the parts we needed he still showed us what to get and where for cheap. He even filled up the tires for free, super helpful and really nice! Great place
Your bike is too small for you.I know, literally just started riding for the first time in over a decade, just need a new saddle.Well this bike is too small for you. You should be riding something like this. :pointing to $1800 bike:Id rather just get a new saddle, see if I keep with riding, and then buy up from there. You really should be looking to get a bike that fits you.And I likely will, but I dont plan to drop $2k on a brand new bike when Ive only just started riding again. This shop is for people who think biking is SeriousBusinessβ’. If youre a novice, trying to determine if you enjoy biking, or just want to upgrade something older - DO NOT go to Tacoma Bike.Tacoma Bike is great if you dont think of biking as a fun past time, but a lifestyle you pour all your time and money into... Or if you just want to be condescended to. Staff is THE BEST at being condescending and not listening to information youve said multiple times. If youd rather bike for fun, or be treated like a human being, try 2nd Cycle.
These guys rock. I am in from out of town. My bike was out of tune. They looked at it, performed a fantastic 5 minute tune, and didnβt charge me anything.
I went in there a couple of days ago to see if they had any Giant mountain bikes, i had to wait for a couple of minutes so 3 young employees could finish their conversation then I asked them if they had a Talon 1 one of the kids said no they wont get anymore till next year. Then turned around and ignored me, great customer service.
I was able to find my first real Mountain Bike with Mike in April of this year. He says, Let me see what Ive got in the back for ya and comes back with a Norco Storm 2 fresh in the box! Now in todays market, thats impressive. Not only that, but within a couple hours it was assembled, ready to test ride. Loved it and bought it there after a test ride. He said it was no Tiger Mountain Bike, but lemme tell ya... I just completed a 14 mile ride with over 2,000ft elevation climbed AT Tiger! Since then, Johnny has been super in the service I needed and advising parts (needed an extension on my front post as I was wheelieing while climbing). Buy your bike and parts here, you wont regret it!!
A great selection of bikes and accessories. Even though I ultimately purchased a bike they didnβt carry through a different shop, Mike and the rest of the staff were very patient and helpful as I deliberated over my decision. I highly recommend the shop.
Took my bike in for a tune up. Got it back when promised, bike looked new again!! Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. Thanks Mike and team for being here for us. The bike works AMAZING again!!
Paid a fair price for a great bike (Giant Escape), one minor issue with the handlebar stem was fixed immediately. Thanks!
Always helpful. Good bunch of people
Excellent service and super welcoming staff. I didnt feel any pressure at all and took a few weeks to make a decision which is normal for me and during that time they helped me and didnt try to rush my decision. Highly recommend
Great selection for the times. Solid looking shop, knowledgable and friendly staff. Certainly stop by.
Fantastic customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful for finding the bike I wanted. When I brought in my bike after my derailer broke the person I talked to immediately knew the problem and fixed it in less then thirty minutes.
MTB Crank arm nearly came off during first ride within 5mi. Brought the bike back to the shop, told them Id like to return it. I dont have much confidence in the bike or shops abilities if that happened on the first ride. The owner had been very cordial when I was keen to spend a couple thousand on the bike, but his tone shifted when i came in to recall that revenue & replied that I knew a used bike was not the same as a new bike, and theyd take a loss if they had to restock it & sell it again as pre-owned. I think the implication was I was trying to get a free rental. The bike has not been ridden a much longer distance than a few test rides. There was some superficial dirt on the (mountain) bike from a couple of puddles, which may have given the impression its been ridden hard. The mechanic was nice enough to tighten the crank bolt back to spec & shrugged - the factory mustve sent it over not tightened enough. Glad youre pre-ride checking essential components, TB.
Up until now, Ive had only positive experiences at Tacoma Bike. I bought my gorgeous (and expensive but worth it) Norco gravel bike from them about 1.5 years ago. Today, I called to schedule a bike fitting and I was told that we dont really have a system to schedule those--and we are super busy. You had one-and-a-half years to set up a fitting, so its kind of on you--we cant really get you in. I did try in past months to schedule a fitting, but with Covid, I was told they werent doing them. Super disappointing! You guys just lost my future business. If youre too busy during Covid to help a repeat customer with a bike she bought at your company, maybe you should start selling morgue carts instead of bikes to living humans.
Nice staff. Store is organized with lots of inventory for browsing and impulse buying!
I moved into the area back around October, in November I took my road bike in for a full service. New bottom bracket, cables the works. All-in-all just over $400 worth of maintenance work. Due to a mishap on there end it took just over 3 months for me to get my bike back. This wasnβt too much of an issue as mechanic did great work and its winter and I only ride that bike in the dry. Today I headed back with a couple of wheels that needed work, the rear hub needed rebuilding and a spoke needed replacing on the front. This time instead of talking to the mechanic I spoke to a person who I can only assume is the owner. Once I explained what I needed doing. He asked me, how long I wanted to wait? I replied I wasnβt in that much of a rush. He then told me how it would take a long time. I asked approximately how long? He said weβll only know when itβs finished. He then explained how we where in a global pandemic and how parts will take a really long time to arrive and he canβt work that out beforehand, and how hubs have all kinds of bearings and itβs unreasonable for me to askβ¦β¦.. At this point he kind of lost it. And told me to fu*k myselfβ¦ It was the strangest thing Iβve ever seen. The thing is my hub that needed rebuilding is a DT 240, it uses standard bearings, that are available from many suppliers. At this point I decided to leave the shop and find another bike shop. Whatβs interesting is this behavior tracks with some of the review on Google review. Anyone else experience this?
Excellent quality bikes and flawless customer service. Was expecting to have to wait a few days, but they told me that they have a priority for people who use their bikes to commute back and forth. Got me in and out in 20 minutes and didnt cost much at all. Friendly people who answered all of my questions.
Only customer and their shop and it took them 5 minutes to acknowledge me then was very rude and proceeded to tell me how horrible of a bike decision I made on a purchase and told me they would not help me at all. Dont shop at the store!
Super friendly and helpful
Very knowledgeable people willing to explain/help new riders to understand the importance of proper sizing. Very patient with all the questions being asked. Love this shop and highly recommend.
Love this place. Customer service is always a big factor for me and these are absolutely on point.
I recently became interested in ebikes and Tacoma Bike was the nearest place that offered free test rides. A purchase of this magnitude requires much research. Gwen was so kind and helpful, and not pushy at all, and let me try out a couple bikes. In the end, the bikes were not the right fit for me, but I will check again when new models arrive. I appreciate the laid-back way I was treated, and I hope to purchase from Tacoma Bike in the future.
Great staff and selection.
After talking to an employee about fixing my flat, I came in the next day to have it done only to have the owner say they dont fix my type of bike. Which is fine, but he was extremely rude and proceeded to say I was a begger not a chooser during COVID. He said hed consider fixing it but itd be at least a week and very expensive. Anyways I took it elsewhere and it was only $35 fixed same day. Two stars for the cute dog and the first helpful employee. Zero stars for the owner.
Worst customer experience I have had in a long time. My boyfriend and I were greeted with this statement βWe donβt have any bikes for less than $1000 right now. So, unless your serious about getting a bike, I would leaveβ. I then asked when they would be receiving more inventory, and he responded by laughing at me, and then saying βIt could be weeks, it could be months. We donβt knowβ. I understand that the world is in a place of unknown, but you should never laugh at your customer. Would never recommend to a friend.
Great attitude, service, and pricing. Called to schedule a bike fitting and Mike was able to get me in the very next day. I was having some groin discomfort after riding long hours in the saddle. Their bike fitter at the time, Tony, was knowledgeable and a professional. He listened to my issues and walked me through what may be the cause. He was quick to diagnose the issue and took time to make the right adjustments that ensured a more comfortable but efficient ride. Bryn a mechanic at Tacoma bike also took time to answer some of my technical questions about bike parts. I left with the understanding of why I was having my issue, the relief that the issue was fixed, and the confidence that I can continue to enjoy my time in the saddle again. Thanks Tacoma Bike.
I left my bike for repair and dealt with rude employees twice over the phone as I politely tried to check on the repair status. The final straw was an employee telling me that he is busy and that I could pick the bike up and take it somewhere else. Their customer service is terrible and there are several other local bike shops with great staff that deserve your business.
Called to inquire about parts for building uo a road bike frame I was thinking about buying. The owner took the time to discuss options with me and spoke to me without trying to impress me with bike-speak! When i visited the shop, I was treated well, and Joe rolled out 5 or 6 bikes for me to look at, sit on and figured out what size and style best fit me.After I chose which bike I wanted, they mounted it on a trainer, and dialed in the bars, seat and pedals to me, and the result is a bike that I love, and a loyal customer!Bikes are in short supply everywhere, and used bikes are going up in price, and need lots if work to get them road ready... Ive seen repair departments turning people away, theyre overwhelmed with work, and even replacement parts are in short supply.... A sign of the times for sure, amd i think this shop and the staff are doing a great job in the face of that!
Just moved to the neighborhood and really wanted to love this place for being so close to me and always needing bike related help/parts with having a bike in almost every discipline. I had a pretty simple issue I needed resolved with a wheel and they were unwilling to do any research or searching for the part I needed. Leaving me with a statement proclaiming years of experience but having no trouble shooting abilities. Iβll continue to drive an hour each way to a shop that has proved their worth and eagerness to resolve issues without any fuss. The dog was adorable and thus they get two stars for having a happy doggo.
Very dismissive over the phone. One of the male employees called me sweet heart in a very dismissive tone. No answers were given about when I could get my bike fixed. I would have been fine with not getting clear answers because we are in the middle of a pandemic but the tone was so rude and angry, and had hardly even said anything. Did not even go into the store. Will be looking elsewhere to see if I can get my tires fixed else where, very reluctant to return here.Have had a good experience in the store in the past- hence why I am giving it two stars.
Very helpful staff but didnt have the youth bike selection I was looking for. it was very limited.
Extremely helpful advice and professional attitude from Joe. Will frequent this shop for all my cycling needs.
Recently purchased a new bike online and had it shipped to Tacoma bike. Mistake on my part, not realizing there was a Giant dealer only miles from my house in Olympia. Long story short, after meeting the folks at Tacoma bike I have found my new bike shop! They were super friendly when I picked up the bike and very communicative before hand letting me know when it was ready. A part on the bike came in not working properly so they took a part of another new bike to replace it as opposed to waiting on another new part or sending bike back. Thats putting the customer first.Overall great experience, especially in three current state of affairs in the world. Ill be back for all my service and bike related purchases. Thanks!!!
Iβm thrilled with the service I received at Tacoma Bike. I had two tubes replaced and purchased rear and front bike lights. Liam helped me with everything. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable about bike safety and maintenance. Highly recommend this store.
I was welcomed and a kind gentleman explained to me that my best option for a bike would be. Sadly they did not have the one I need in stocks but the wait period is only a few weeks so I dont mind waiting. Biking is a really expensive hobby lol so plan and save accordingly for what you want. Dont settle. I will visit the store again once the new shipment arrives and post pics
I dropped my bike off here to get the front brake bled and get a general tune up. It took two weeks, and when the bike was returned it had a flat rear tire, the set screw holding in the dowel pin to keep the front brake lever attached was loose and the dowel pin fell out while out on the first ride. The shifting is somehow worse on both front and rear, and they did not bleed the rear brake. Will not be returning.
Solid Team of Helpful/Knowledgeable Staff.I visited the store to get my first bike in over a decade. I did a lot of internet research and went in the shop with my mind set on specific ideas. Needless to say, I walked away with a bike that was not good for me. The staff tried to help me out and I failed to listen to their advice.Several days of soreness and slowness later, I went back and started over. The shop owner kindly took back the bike I purchased. The staff sorted me out with another bike that met my requirements and best of all: Fit Me! The subsequent bike fit and suggested adjustments made vast improvements in comfort and speed. I love this bike.Good sh*t guys! π€πΌ
Best customer service hands down! From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like we went way back. Nothing but patience, a wealth of knowledge and kind words of encouragement for the novice bikers. There was absolutely zero pressure from these guys and matter of fact they sent us on our way with a loaner rack so we could haul our new bikes home. Thumbs up for these dudes! Were excited to join such an awesome community ππ»π΄
I wanted an good bike for an fair price. I found an Trek in excellent condition for cheap. No sales people, just nice folks bringing joy into the world. I love an good deal!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called first before I went up there to see if they could fix by rear tire and said yes. Took bike apart, took it up there just to walk in and not greeted. Stood there with my bike in hand listening to handle bar mustache employee talk for 10mins with owner about a bike part he couldnβt fix that he had to YouTube. Then when I finally acknowledged by the owner after they had there important conversation as if their wasnβt a customer standing there he proceeded to tell me that heβs not working on bikes today. Noted I called first, there was a bike on the stand, and employee was asking how to fix bike. Owner told me to take my bike somewhere else when I told him how great there service was. Want GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, DONT come here !Would give no stars if I could.
Thanks for the quick axel adjustment, and getting me back spinning.
Went there for parts stood around too long for help, when helped associate was rude and short with me on my questions and expected me to know exact specifications about a general part just seemed like they were trying to give me a hard time instead of working with me like giving options or suggestions. Called again months later same Rude unhelpful service . Never again . Itβs too bad since itβs so close to my homeJensonusa.com
This place is awesome. First time here, very impressed. Very friendly and efficient. They will get u back ridding ur bicycle.π...
So friendly and happy. They treat you like a VIP as soon as you walk in the door.
Very kinds and helpful staff. Good pricing.
Great, knowledgeable bike shop. Came in and asked for new brakes, guys took a look and found it was just a few adjustments and showed me what was wrong. A good cyclist can work on their own equipment, yes, but today I learned one more repair technique. A+ shop.
Such a great place! Always good customer service and very friendly staff. My bike was in for repair longer than expected, and I needed a bike for vacation. They loaned me a bike to ride until mine was fully repaired and ready to ride. Wish I could give a 6 star review!!
Nice shop/inventory, bike techs are nice, the work seems to be quality. The guy who I think is the lead tech doesnt listen very well though.I recently moved to Tacoma. Ive tried out a few different bike shops. Tacoma Bike Proctor is OK, but Im still looking.I took my bike there because the bottom bracket was making noise. They sold me on a tune-up and advised this would alleviate the bottom bracket noise I was experiencing. I also described my riding style to them (slow cadence). When I got my bike back, it shifts wonderfully for a fast cadence riding style, not as well for slow cadence. This is an easy adjustment for me to fix, but annoying none-the-less.I had also requested a brake conversion. During the brake conversion, they decided I needed new brake pads. I did, thats fine, I did ask them to work on the brakes. They went with a set of replaceable-cartridge-type brake pads that cost approximately twice as much as the pads Ive been using. Overall, this is not what I would have selected, given an option, however I was open to this, I do go through brakes, so easier swap-outs are a bonus. Until I took the hill downtown fully loaded with my big butt, my garment bag, and my computer bag going down the hill for the first time after the tune-up and the new pads glazed over halfway down the hill. I looked up some reviews on the pads that they selected on Amazon and others have had similar problems. I immediately took the pads off of my bike, and replaced them with a set I was more comfortable with. When I took the pads back to Tacoma Bike and described my experience, they did provide a refund, so overall that reinforces their value/brand for me.All of the work they did took exactly twice as long as they had originally promised (original expectation was 1 week, I stopped in on the promise day, they told me it would be one more day, theyd call me when it was done and still didnt call me for an additional week). The bottom bracket still made noise when I got my bike back. I ended up pulling it apart and re-packing the bearing, which eliminated the noise (for now at least). Also, this is small, but my seat was adjusted significantly lower when I got the bike back than when I had dropped it off. I realize that they tend to ride the bike briefly as part of the tune-up, and may need to adjust the seat to do this, however in my experience most bike shops at-least try to get your seat back to the right height. So, in summary, they were nice to talk to. The quality of work they did was good, but the lead tech doesnt listen very well. Next time I feel like trying a different bike shop I may try Tacoma Bike, but will go with a different location.
I have no idea who the person other reviewers are complaining about is, perhaps they are no longer working there. I have been a regular at this shop since buying my first road bike from them 3 months ago. Every one there is so nice and helpful and willing to chat about bikes or whatever for hours. They do great, fast work, and give good advice and are never pushy salespeople. Love this little store.
Bought a bike from them 3 months ago and had a few manufactured issues that they helped me with free of charge. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I dont see myself going to any other shop in the future.
Great local bike shop. Bike sales service, parts (including campy!) Et Al. Giant is their main brand but Id f you need some advice or consumables its a great option.
Had some spokes replaced there and then got a flat today to find the whole bead of the tire coated in glue from them gluing down the rim tape and putting the tube and tire in with it all still wet. The rim tape has also been left glued in place with ridges all the way around it ready to cause flats. First and last time I have them work on my bike.
Great staff! Answered all of our questions and were super helpful and knowledgeable. My go to spot for cycling gear!
Words cannot express the extra mile Mike and his team went for me this past month. This shop goes above and beyond to make sure you are out on a bike and having fun. Not only did they help get me into an awesome bike - but even went the extra mile to help me use a loaner while it was on the way so I could get outside in the woods and sun. Thank you :)
Very disappointed in their lack of help and dismissive attitude
Excellent customer service! Emily was incredibly helpful and even showed my son how to fix his flat tire. She just made two lifelong customers!
Exceptional service from the sales staff. They answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the perfect bike / accessories to suit my needs. I will not hesitate to shop here again.
The staff is amazing....walked right in, told them what I need and they were on it. Called and asked if they could put a few parts on, told me I really didnt need them with the set up I have. No up selling. Could have made a buck off me but chose not to! For sure recomending this place to anyone needing a new bike or their bike repaired.
Always very helpful for me. Im not the best customer; I do my own repair work. But I regularly drop in for bits and pieces that I dont have. Also, they have been able to order custom parts for me at very competitive prices. Support your Local Bike Shop!!
Expensive full service with a new cassette and chain as recommended by staff that left me with a bike that never stayed in gear and was basically unusable in the mountains. It was in better shape before I took it in for service. Did the staff test it out after service? If so, how embarassing. If not, WTF. When picking up the bike, the staff was snarky and rude -- likely overworked and slammed. I tried a battery of fixes on trail, starting with possible additional cable stretching to no avail. Ill never take any of my bikes there again.
Some staff members are rude. Expensive services. Better bike shops exist in the Puget Sound area. I wont be returning.
Nice building/location and large selection! The reason Iβm giving 2 stars is because I stood around for 10 mins and didnβt get any help. Customer service?
This place is awesome. I always get expert service and always feel like my bike is getting the best care possible. I do not take my bike anywhere else.
I went in with a bike I had found and they filled the tires and did a quick inspection for free. They also have everything you need to be an efficient rider. Check them out if you need anything bike related.
They have lots of inventory to choose from at all price ranges. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rick adjusted my new Giant bike and what a difference it made.
They were very nice. And they have a very friendly Aussie Shepherd that likes pets.
Bought the Momentum iNeed Street which was very reasonably priced and has a ton of accessories included for urban commuting. Works great, no problems at all. Will come back again.
Reserved a bike two weeks in advance, was on hold, got a few days late, they sold it without checking on us. So disappointed.
I recently bought a new bike from Tacoma Bike and have been loving it. I got the Giant Escape 1. The owner personally spent about an hour fitting me to the bike so it would be comfy for my commutes and general errands. Customer service was top notch. I also brought one of my backup bikes in for service as I had a cracked rim. They had the bike in and out in no time and it looks awesome with its new black rear rim, i requested the color. So much so that Im hoping the front rim gets a crack soon so i can replace that one with a black rim also ;) Great customer service, cant stress that enough. No matter what my question was, i was met a smile and a very knowledgable response. Definitely would refer a friend or family member here in the future!
Repairs guaranteed sure.......... I came in with an older bike to be repaired after crashing only a couple days ago. I waited about 5 minutes until 1 of 2 guys broke away from trying to sell bikes to help me. Granted, one guy was very friendly. He took my bike back and told me a couple things about what was wrong. All in all it took about 10 minutes, he did not charge me. Im frustrated because I wasnt looking for free repairs. I took a very hard spill on my bike, and just wanted it to be fixed without the pedals locking up like they were doing. I wanted to ride again without the fear of a malfunction. $4000 bikes in the shop youd think the repairs would actually be guaranteed..... I go to get back on it this morning, and the exact same thing happened. It looks like he didnt do anything. The rear wheel is still detached and it wont pedal. Nothing changed from when I went across town to bring it in the shop. Of course I fell off, again, and had to find a ride to work. π‘π‘π‘
Went in looking for parts for a project bike and the customer service was piss poor. One of the gentlemen seemed insulted that I am building a mtb.
A very nice shop, with a good selection. Its parking is a little limited. Staff are friendly. Its owner seems very knowledgeable
Always friendly and professional staff.
This is a non-pretentious bike shop where folks are honest, and not out to push the most expensive equipment, but to find what is most functional for what it is that you need in bike. My wife and I brought in our 14 month old daughter and felt very welcomed. The people that helped us find our ideal bike even played with her in the store! We were all very pleased with our experience at tacoma bike, and will definitely recommend it to those we know.
Great shop. I always get personalized service from all of the staff. Mike always has good advice and a couple of anecdotes as well.
I bought a used I-tris recumbent trike from Craigβslist hoping to ride to work. Brought it in on Sunday for service, introduction and accessories. As expected it was crazy but Bruce fitted the settings on my new bike to my height and leg length. He added a safety flag and quick release for my toddlers side car. They hooked me up quick. Looking forward to my first bike to work tomorrow. Thanks to Bruce and crew.
The gentleman who helped me was efficient, specific about different brands and generous with his time! Highly recommended!!
Great owner. Great bikes and not just for men. Strong bikes for kids and women too.
They fixed my bike, showed me how to maintain it, and it was far cheaper than I assumed. Great price, great people, great service
Really helpful
Not impressed with service and they dont follow there policy of all work guaranteed for 30 days. We had a tube replaced and 2 new tires put on, my son took bike for a ride and tube popped in under 10 minutes because it was underinflated. I took the bike back the next morning and they tried to charge me for everything again until I mentioned the guarantee then they charged me for just the tube and blamed my son. Also when he was fixing bike for 2nd time he totally dropped the bike off the stand.
I just needed a few things removed from my bike so i can repaint it. they removed the crank and disconnected my chain for me. fast service, friendly staff and good pricing. i will be going back
Went here for their repair service and I was not disappointed. Definitely the place to be for people who consider biking as life.
Always professional π
Great customer service fixed my bike with out charge.
I bought an Escape 2 as well as an Alight 2 from this LBS, and the experience could not have gone any better. Everyone from the front of the house to the repair shop were very helpful. Zero attempts to be pushy or upsell. Let all the bikes we test rode sell themselves. They even came outside and helped put together/install my new hitch rack. This was my first time visiting this LBS, and I felt like we were treated as good as regulars. Will be back:) Thanks!
Great shop! Friendly staff,good selection
The staff is always very professional, friendly and helpful.
Love this place bought my bike here, everyone is friendly and hooks it up, and they are very knowledgeable
This shop was amazing in service and helping me out. I road with them one of the best 5h geouprides you can imagine.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend them to anyone.
You Can NOT buy Scooter wheels here, even though it comes up on GOOGLE. GOOGLE is wrong on this one!
Service was good. People were friendly and eager to help. Stuff is a little over priced but not a deal breaker.
Emily and staff are amazing, knowledgible and extremely helpful. Thanks you guys! I will be back!
Service was horrible the so called employes were all super rude. I would not recommend it to any body
Excellent shop with a great selection and great people.
