This program was made possible by past management and she made the process “EASY” and now that she is gone I WILL NOT be using your services.I would NOT recommend this service to anyone because the employees in that store now are NOT willing to go the extra mile and fix things like Kristen would. The only employees that I would allow to handle my business is Conner or Wyneena.The girl that said she got “left in charge,” has no management or people skills.Very disappointed in this company.

Good phone service but staff need more training tried everything and got documentation that they ask for made 3 trips to town and still wanted more same documentation I be used for 5 yrs was told it wasnt accepted by home office. Then I go online send copy online of the 1st document they said wasnt accepted and was re Certified 1st try. I think they need to put their personal issues they have toward someone to rest if thats what it is and do their job and quit making it rough for people.

Great Service, Friendly Staff & the Manager gave me a $25 credit towards my next bill because l had to wait almost 1 1/2 hours for her worker to reactivate my old ZTE phone because of system problems! Being a former Main Frame Computer repair man, I know a little something about such things, she had to get help form a from two different people to finally get my old ZTE to work! So three Cheers for American Workers 💪 get the Job Done!

Got a brand new phone and i got a protection plan i had the phone for a few days and it combusted and caught on fire and burned my thumb. Went back and they would not do anything to help replace it. They up charged me for a new phoneAnd they said they did not have enough money in the store to give me a refund

The manager has Terrible customer service skills. Very rude and disrespectiful. She feels it is hot her job to help make your phone work. She actually bit a customer.

This place is rediculously slow. The management is lacking, as is the vacuum cleaner apparently. It took them two hours on two days to get my phone. The girl who helped me even told me to come back the next day...after Id been in there over an hour. No customer service skills at all.
