Vic was always most helpful and did a great job fixing our units. He always went the extra mile. Plus parking far more plentiful at the new location.

Can’t even fix LCD iPhone X, took the kid 7 screens and never called me back until 4 weeks later.

Tards cant even answer the phone, been calling for 15 minutes. Damn sure not going to hand my phone over to someone not willing to even answer the phone.

I always find these people are the most helpful. Theres always something wrong with my phone does I need to help with.

Brought my phone in a week ago (monday) to have a screen ordered for replacement. I was told it would be in the next day around 3pm. Couldnt make it the next day and ended up coming in on the 3rd. (Wednesday). Talked to a different person. He said that it hadnt shown up and I should try tomorrow. I called on Thursday after 3pm to check if it arrived. No one could find it and had no information for me. I called again on Friday and worker said he couldnt find it, until I started asking g if he could look it up and see what was happening. Then he found it, apparently right in front of him. I told him to put my name on it and I would be in on the following Monday. So here I am in the parking lot. Some guy from another location (muskogee) cant seem to find the screen that literally has my name on it. Obviously too lazy to call the guy at home (sick kid). Im giving this 2 starts because the first guy I talked to was very helpful and actually ordered the part. Unfortunately, no one else at PC Landing seems to know what theyre doing. And the muskogee guy seems to be too lazy to ask for help. Im disappointed that customer service in our town used to be top of the priority list but seems to fall extremely short nowadays.

Tried calling multiple times and they kept putting me on hold to eventually hang up on me. The phone call would’ve taken a minute tops… put your customers first.

Do not use this place of business, extremely unprofessional. They had my computer over a week and completed absolutely nothing. Called several times with no updates, left voicemail with no response. After over a week spoke to a guy filled with condescending attitude. I know this is a small town business but that doesnt mean you should lack the courtesy of professionalism with your customers. Had to give one star but deserves non.

I got my screen replaced in August 2020 and my screen hasn’t quite been as responsive as before getting it replaced since, which I initially was willing to chalk up to it not being the original screen. But as months went on it got worse, progressing lately to the point of the screen: Randomly stopping working; going haywire and pressing random things while I’m on phone calls; hitting keys on the other side of the phone when I’m typing; and my personal favorite, hitting ‘send’ randomly as I’m texting. Bottom line is. Don’t go here, you’ll likely find someone to do a better job by just asking around at NSU and finding a student who fixes phones as a side gig

Was very pleased. I thought I would have a bill for fixing a charge port and turned out to be needed dusted out. No charge. I respect and appreciate an honest business. Will use them every time in the future.

Not worth the hassle. They told me within the week when dropped off. 3 weeks and to many phone calls later, I got it today! Not working

I went in to get Samsung Active 7 checked because it was reporting water. The tech knew exactly what to do to fix it. Said no charge, just re4them the next time I needed something fixed. I thanked him profusely and gave him a tip anyway. GREAT PLACE!!

Would not recommend this place unless you want to pay way too much for bad service and rude employees. Pretty terrible customer service. Started using these guys as service for our business but will probably search elsewhere. The customer service is terrible. Called to check on the status of our repairs and the guy on the other end seemed rushed to get off the phone. Had a very non-customer service oriented tone and hung up on us before we could ask anymore questions. If you didnt want our business all you had to do was say so! I wont even get into the pricing though. If i could rate 0 stars i would.

They quoted $40 to fix my Computer. But when I picked it up they charged me $79. I wont recommend PC Landing Zone to anyone. Next time I will go to Rader.

My brother took him computer in there trying to get stuff transferred between one to the other and they never called him yo let him know anything. When he would call to check on it they always got confused on which computers belonged to him. When he went to pick them up, the one he had just bought a couple of days ago had a nick out of the front of it. It was in perfect condition when it was brought in. He will never take anything back to them.

I had to contact the a couple days after they said my laptop would be ready, they had to find it before telling me they hadnt received the part yet which wasnt their fault but I just wish they wouldve kept me updated. Then the replaced the battery and told me it was done and when I went up to pick it up it still wouldnt turn on so i left it with them again and had to call a week later to ask about it again and they said they were waiting on the other part so I just ended up picking it up. They didnt charge me for it since it wasnt fixed and I dont blame them for having it so long I just wish I was kept updated on what was happening with it.

They looked at my laptop on the spot. Unfortunately it was fried but they didnt charge me. Nice guys.

I worked here for about a year or so, and these guys love to help! If you have lint caught in your charger port, and the cable doesnt seat correctly, they will pull the lint out and test it for free. Fast service, same day pickup, and they also do home or business appointments for larger projects.

Replaced phone screen twice for it to still not be fixed. Then have the audacity to say well androids are not suppose to be repaired thats why there super glued together. Not professional, wouldnt recommended wasting 140 bucks to get your screen repaired.

This place did not put all of the screws back on my phone when they replaced my screen. When I took it back to them to fix the screen that had then popped off due to their negligence they would not fix the phone because my warranty had ran out the previous Friday ( I took it in on Monday first thing in the morning). Horrible customer service!In response to the owner: I’m not “Spam” and I’m not putting my last name down. Warranty or not- the repair was not repaired correctly causing the screen to come undone and break.

They took my money, then returned a broken phone, then told me androids are not meant to be repaired. You run a repair shop, maybe you should tell your customers what you can and cannot do, before you take their money.
