The A/C blower motor stopped working on my daughter’s Jeep. They got her in same day, traced the problem to a bad fuse and had her up and running in no time. Reasonable service charge and they were very professional with her. Highly recommend them.

I called for an esstimet on a Toyota camera 2007 water pump replacement and they gave me an estiment of $890 just for the water pump. I previously called 4 other auto repair shops and got $500, $490, $435, and $410. DO NOT USE THEM. They target vulnerable college kids who have no idea about cars. After I told the guy about my other esstimets he hung up in my face.

Prices are unjustfiably hiked up for simple procedures compared to other mechanics. And the student discount is a joke.

2002 toyota ... All of a sudden the door wont open from outside ... Brought it in, and the lock is broken, again (it had been replaced less than a year ago) ... They say they can fix it but they wont guarantee it wont break again ... I go to pick up the car and they said they found the root of the issue, the window mechanism had broke and was rubbing and breaking the lock ... So they took it out and had it welded, no charge ... Now the door opens like brand new, and the window is smooth going up and down again!!! Thanks for going the extra mile !!!

Oil change is too pricy.

We have been taking our vehicles to PAC for 20 years and even referring friends who needed work done. Their pricing is usually higher than most shops in town, but their service has always been top notch, even when I had issues and had to come back. They are also very thorough when discussing the problems and fixes.We recently had the alternator go out on our 2008 Honda and had it towed to a shop very close to where it broke down. We found out that we didnt have enough money to pay for it at that time, so I had to have it towed to our house. I also was not very familiar with that shop.A week later, we had the money together and had it towed to our usual mechanic at PAC. The total price quoted for replacement of the battery and alternator was $743.37, which was about $150-$200 higher than I expected. Although we had other critical work that needed to be done, we agreed to it because we had already been without a vehicle for a week. I also couldnt keep hauling the car from shop to shop. Im sure the guys did excellent work, and it came with their usual guarantee. What bothered me the most was that the alternator was a re-manufactured part. I have installed a few alternators and batteries in my day and fully understand the considerable work involved, but this just came out way higher than expected, especially for a re-manufactured part. If this is the new norm, we simply cant afford much future service from you guys.

Extremely overpriced on parts. they were trying to charge me $381 for a set of ignition coil packs that are $50 at your local auto parts store. Rate for labor is actually reasonable, but they are over 586% markup on parts... Thats insane.

My daughter had her 2001 F-150 Harley Davidson truck towed to this service center after I did some research looking for a good body shop. The truck had multiple problems and parts were hard to find to replace for this vehicle. They were very professional, courteous and gave what I felt was honest service. They kept me informed through pictures of parts that were needed and other problems that were found along the way. I am in South Florida and my daughter is in Tallahassee so it was hard to know what was going on. Frank was very informative and very professional throughout the whole repair process. They do great work at a very reasonable price. Frank was always pleasant and helpful on the phone. I am really happy with the repairs and the service my daughter received. I would highly recommend this Automotive Center for great service! I am so happy that I chose this business!

Took my Infiniti to the Infiniti shop after a recall and they screwed up my suv. After back and forth with Infiniti and a invoice for 21,000 dollars saying that I needed a new motor someone referred me to a guy Carl at Professional Auto. Carl was above and beyond the most professional and most caring mechanic I’ve ever met. He took the time to talk me through the whole repair as well as a call after repair to ensure that I didn’t have any issues. Top notch!

Love this auto shop! I have been a customer for years, and they have done a fantastic job. They treat me like family. They excel at foreign car maintenance, but theyre good with domestic models, as well.

Literally the worstI went in to get my radiator looked at, online he had 4/5 stars so I thought he would be good (I later looked at the people who rated him and found that three of them actually work at the repair shop) . I signed the papers and about 2 hours later I got a call saying it would be 589.00 (160.00 over what a competitor said it would cost). I told him I did not have that much money so the receptionist said it would then cost me 100.00 since he looked at it for an hour and a half. I asked him why it was so high and he said its normal for that much. He said its normal at which I looked online and found average was about 30.00 per hour.When I then came in he was mad at me for taking my car 3 blocks down the road. I told him they would save me almost 150.00. By now he was getting angrier and tried to convince me to stay and was trying to say he was only $40.00 more. Which to me sounds like he doesnt think 40 is a lot for a broke college student. He wouldnt give me back my car keys until the third time I tried.I would however like to thank him for finding me a better repair shop down the road and for showing me how sneaky greedy kids can be. I also looked online and found the fans can be fixed for 130.00 less than what he was charging.

Correct diagnosis the first time. Excellent service. Went above and beyond to research solutions for a high performance supercharged car. Im very happy and will bring my car back again.

Let me start by saying the staff at this location were friendly and responsive to our needs. The car was repaired quickly and I was contacted by phone to discuss the service needed prior to work being started.Unfortunately for PAC I will probably not return because when I was contacted about the needed repairs I was informed that they had completed a courtesy inspection and found a couple fluids that needed to be changed, I agreed and the work was done. About a week later I took the car to Super Lube for an oil change and was informed that my car was leaking both oil and Trans. fluid so why was this not disclosed by PAC???? Not to mention the $105.37 charge for checking the vehicle and makes me question the term courtesy.....

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars! Dont bring your vehicle here. We brought our car a week ago and it cost $660 to fix it. Two days later, he was stuck on the side of the road 63 miles away. $275 back to Professional for another $650. Today we were charged $401.69 to remove and replace a TWENTY dollar air intake hose. Remove and replace the air intake hose from the air filter box to the throttle. $401.69 Then when I questioned CARL about it, he finally, finally, finally told me the NAME of the part, which he refused to give me at first... only giving me a number IN 1657LAL50A, which when I googled it is NOTHING. So I finally made him tell me the name of the part Air Mass Meter Hose Assembly. When I googled it for my sons Inifiniti G35, and the most expensive one we could find was $183, and he charged us $349.75. Almost twice the cost. Then $250 for labor even though he said it took only a half an hour. This place INTENTIONALLY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF COLLEGE STUDENTS! Do NOT let your kids get their cars fixed here! They will NOT even itemize the bill. BIG MISTAKE. Cost us close to $1500 and it should have been half of that at most! DISGRACEFUL! CHEATERS! If I could give it no stars I would. The people are rude and terrible human beings. The world needs nicer people and its not hard to simply just be a kind person. I would never request anybody to go somewhere where the man is this mean towards a complete stranger. I will never tell anybody to go here and anyone who asks since my family has a dealerhship, I will tell them to never go here. Next time be nicer to people you meet in a parking lot sir.

Sad. I came in on a Monday, and asked what sort of service they provide for a general inspection. The one of the three people sitting in the front of the shop that I was talking to told me to bring it by on Wednesday. I showed up on Wednesday and reintroduced myself to the same guy I first spoke to and said what I was there for. He just shook his head and said there was no way to get me in and told me to try the next day.I wont be going back. I asked to get my car looked at. He didnt bother actually scheduling me and wasted my time. Theres too many places to take a car to in this town to try twice.

Ive been a customer of PAC since 2012. Frank West is my favorite over here. He always makes sure to take care of me and my Acura. I had a leak on my A/C line this past week and it finally went out completely today, in 100 degree weather! They found the leak and fixed it right away. Of course, I called ahead to make sure they could fit me in. Thanks for keeping me on the move since 1972...er, um, 2012 in my case! I appreciate yall so much.
