#March2021 Yup! time for oil change! They have This new area for express car service and i love it!!!! And booked my appointment before noon, so not really busy. And they added this isle for a charging station/waiting area. And the gentleman who assisted me is really accommodating and helpful, so keep it up!

Service is efficient& reliable. Costs are reasonable ( I checked other options). Nice to have one point-of-contact ( Chris S., my service rep) who returns calls etc 100% of time. I have never had a negative experience at any stage of Proctor Service.
Said i needed an appointment. Only had appointments days later. Finally managed to get one same day... Simple oil change took over and hour. Staff was rude when I asked what was taking so long. Perhaps I should visit a different dealership to get my service from now on.
They do well. Chris stone does a great job at making sure you are happy. I appreciate it.
I have been here from sales to service over the past 15 years. I have never had a problem other than basic maintenance. The technicians are top notch and have helped me keep my Pilot on the road. The customer service is great and it says something when you can have a different service advisor but get the same great service no matter who you get. Sheila Walker is the service advisor I generally get. I know what she tells me is honest and she will work quickly to get you back on the road. I love Proctor Honda!

I scheduled an appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation at Proctor Honda. My service advisor was Essence Watson, who was friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Even though I was early for my appointment, my car was taken back soon after check in, and the service was completed within 45 minutes (probably a little less than that)...and it was done right. Another excellent service appointment completed at Proctor Honda! Thank you for the exceptional service!
Zach the Service writer is likely the most dishonest individual I have ever dealt with. He is oblivious to. The service Manager is worse. The service tech Dennis was a nice guy and helped uncover all the lies that Zach made up so it was helpful in understanding what kind of person I was dealing with. I tried to reach out to the service manager twice to no avail . When we picked up the car we tried to explain the deceit that was evident but the service tech got all intimidating and puffed his chest out like he wanted a fight. Its must be pretty pathetic having to work there if the policy is lie to everyone. I have never been lied to more by anyone in such a short amount of time. It is unfortunate that even the service manager does not even know the policy of the company he works for, i suppose I could blame ignorance instead of untruths. Perhaps thats just how Honda does business.

TWICE they have been unable to fix a problem with our 2008 Honda Pilot ( that we bought from them!) but yet charged us $400 TO $600 for “other things it needs”.... We took it to Pedro’s Mechanic and they found the problem in 30 minutes and were astonished the dealer mechanic could not do this? Scam and disrespectful to us, who have purchased two cars from them. Lesson learned, do NOT go here for car repairs or Honda support of any kind.
Our son was dealing with the service department and had nothing but good things to say. Took his CRV there for a trip check before every trip back home. Competent and professional service. Thank you for taking such good care of his car while at FSU.
