I love this grocery chain! Always super clean, well stocked and employees are helpful and very nice!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this Publix location. This location is nice, clean, and the employees are willing to assist. Several devoted Publix employees (Phyllis in the Deli, Ericka in the bakery, Liz @ customer service, and Rachel the cashier, James the morning stocker) are always extremely helpful. These employees always make my shopping a pleasure.

I dont shop very much at Publix. Prices are to high for my budget, even though I do like their products. I like it when they have buy one get one free on the Morning Star meatless products.

Great community grocery. Clean stores with polite staff. Visit at least twice a week for 15 years. They have never dissapointed me.

This store is kept clean and well managed and the staff are very friendly and efficient.

I love Publix they have the best deli meat 🍖 if your wanting a fresh sub sandwich. Or wanting aRotisserie chicken Publix has the best meat I highly recommend the boars head or tavern ham.also try the baby Swiss 🧀 cheese is on point . All together Publix has got it going on . Let’s boycott Walmart and go to Publix it’s so much nicer :) I love that there all people to bag grocer and not self check out it sends my anxiety through the roof .

The deli seems to be troubled lately. Lots of employees busy doing other things.... long lines. I think in store guests should maybe get priority.

Every individual that I saw, in various departments/areas were very hard at work. And that definitely includes the gentleman who retrieves the carts from parking lot, etc. They were professional, and courteous. I Love shopping at Publix. It doesnt matter where my traveling takes me, Publix Markets are always number one on my list.

Made it a point to avoid Publix for most of my life, I always felt like its kind of audacious to charge extra for everything and then claim that its for Superior customer service I was under the impression that customer service was supposed to be a common business practice, not something you had to pay extra for. And when I say Superior customer service I mean they smile at you. Oh boy.... Anyway, I got the lemon pepper rotisserie chicken, extremely bland and dry. Pathetic really

This Publix has really gone down hill. The costume service here is terrible and the employees are rude. The Pharmacy never has your medication ready in time. Online and on the door they list the store as open till 10, I tried to go today at 8 and was told they are closed already 2 hours early. I checked online and they claim the store is ‘open.’ Might as well shot at Walmart is Publix is going to be this bad.

Tiny, cramped store with a terrible selection, at least compared to other Publix locations.Its impossible to navigate past the deli department and still maintain a 3ft radius from other people, let alone 6ft. And they simply do not have the space to carry a full selection of items. For example, Ocala Corners and Lake Ella have multiple full rows of first aid supplies, vitamins, soaps, shampoos, etc., whereas this location crams all of these into 1.5 aisles, including a very tiny section of protein bars. I couldnt even find bandaids, not even after walking up and down the aisles 5 or 6 times.On the plus side, 98% of the people I saw there today were wearing masks, which I appreciated.

Super busy and need to fry more chicken in a timely manner, I waited more than 30 mins for chicken to be cooked. How about pre cooking a bunch before 4 oclock? You put it in the warmers anyway!This is a problem all the time!

Its such a shame the Pharmacy is horrible. Very disrespectful every visit ! Down right rude other times. One part of the store I will no longer be using!Amazing store and a even more amazing company. Owned by the workers. I was Winn Dixie manager ( or in training)for nearly 18 years back in the Golden years before Stock Raiders destroyed it. I say this not to brag but to attest how difficult running a store is, they make it look easy!Publix is my store. Kind people attentive managers and a always clean neat store. Keep up the good work! Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help customers, I would recommend this Publix.

The manager was great when I was told on the phone an item was available and it was not on the shelf when I arrived 6 minutes later. I stayed until it was located and bought them all.

Always polite employees, from the sweet lady at the Deli to the cashier, to the young lady that bagged my groceries and Deli items.2 things though. Never bag fresh produce with hot deli items and yall are overpriced due to a lack of competition.

The deli sucks at following an online order. It seems like each time I order a sub something is missing.

Good experience everytime I go would rate five stars if they installed a fresh sushi bar like most of the other publix stores.

The most poorly managed publix in the area. Expired items and rotten vegetables on the shelves are the norm. Most of the front line staff are courteous but the bad actors in the deli are completely ignored by management.

COVID 19 I went to CVS first to get my shot because they had appointments that was a big mistake the store had a rating of 1.8 on Google and I was treated horribly so I did not get the shot I waited an additional week to get my appointment at Publix when I got there I was treated with respect they were very professional and it was worth the wait

In relation to pharmacy department, twice hasnt had medication i was prescribed in stock. Went today for tdap shot due to nail puncture, pharmacist on hour long lunch break. Wouldnt recommend
