Bought a used suv from First Class in February; first thing I did was take it to the brand dealer . . . and the dealer told me to come back in a couple months for an oil change. Literally got a steal.Excellent, down-to-earth staff; ask for Donta.

On Saturday May 8th 2021, my wife and I went to First Class Autos, Inc and completed and application for financing on a 2015 GMC Yukon XL. I was contacted by the sale person (Donta) on May 11th 2021, stating my wife and I had been approved and to contact him. I contact Donta an hour later, and he explained that we had been approved for a auto loan but, we would need to sign the bill of sales and bring $3000 dollars as down payment, then bring the rest from the bank where they submitted our application. My wife and I went into First class Auto on May 12th, 2021, and signed the paperwork and paid the $3000. Donta said take the vehicle and go to the bank to finalize the loan and brig the check back to the for the rest of the purchase price which was $33002.25. When we got to the bank the bank representative said that we didnt qualify to open an account because of issues with our ChexSystems so we couldnt get the loan. We returned the vehicle to First Class Autos on May 14th 2021, and asked for the down payment back which First Class Autos said they wouldnt do. I have talked to one of the owners of the business (Jack Alkhawaja), and was told that since I returned the vehicle it was considered a voluntary repossession. First Class Autos has the car back for sale which I dont care about, but they still have my money. These people will steal your money.

This is the worst Auto dealer here besides auto benchmark. They are selling bad cars. Most of your money will go on fixing a car you got after a couple of months. They will lie to you. Explain my experience that I had with benchmark, was told that I would have nothing to worry about. My experience with first class was ten times worst than it was with benchmark. Stay away.

My money was definitely wasted and the car I had wasn’t worth it. I was extremely upset about it but these people fail to realize that half the cars y’all sell shouldn’t be sold! I spent so much money on it and I over looked so many issues that I saw before I even bought it which was my fault because I’m the customer and I don’t ever have to spend any of my money with you. Man I barely put 10,000 miles on the car after I got it. This car had no working locks, the steering wheel was even messed up, then 1-2 months after I had it the water pump went out on it, overheating issues, then the radiator and fan had to be replaced like I could go on. Like all this for a used 2009 Chevrolet Malibu with 110,000 miles on it and it costed $9000 before the interest rate which I basically bought this car still almost $11,000. And then everything I fixed on it cost an extra $3000 so in reality it was a bad deal for me. My experience wasn’t great with them.

These people scammed me for $3000 dollars, with spot delivery scam. They dont deserve your time much less your money.

They are very easy to work with and their communication with new & returning customers are two thumbs up. I will definitely recommend this dealership !

If I could give this business a zero star, I would. The owner and manager were very misleading, and could care less about the quality of their service. They are money hungry and will do anything to get a sale. I was sold a car with a bad starter, no windshield wipers, blinkers not functioning, a bad battery, and missing fuses. Before I purchased the vehicle, I was told this would all be fixed and the manager was more than happy to help, and do anything out of the kindness of his heart. They called and texted faithfully in regards to a down payment. However, once I received the car and started experiencing problems, they acted as if they were too busy to help, or they werent receiving my phone calls or messages. All the glitter, is not gold! There are REAL certified dealers who will sell you quality products and fix any issues with your vehicle on their dime. Dont waist your money or time, I sure wish I didnt.

Scammers are more like it. I got my car had for 3days the transmission was slipping, electronic problems then on top of that they had my payments set up wrong which made it look like I was miss payments. Even when I showed proof they still repossessed my car and soaked me with more fees. Worse place ever
