We have been shopping for a car for almost six months. During this time, we have gone back to several dealers time and again as we narrowed down our choice of vehicles. We just purchased an XC90 from Michael Felton. Michael was fantastic, extremely professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

We came in with issues affecting the driveablity and comfort (AC malfunction during the summer in Florida almost qualifies as a safety concern in my book but 🤷‍♀️) of our Volvo. Rather than a professional service agent discussing the inability of those facility to take a look at our vehicle for another 3-4 weeks, we listened to Cameron Cliftons rant about having only one technician in the service department, his dislike of having to take 6-8 new appointments per day, incomplete appointments from June, including an engine repair from June 26th, while Mr. Clifton entered pir information into his computer. We asked if we should just wait in the lobby, to which Mr. Clifton scoffed that he cant drop everything just to look at your vehicle and that it would possibly be looked at before August 9th.Go to Vol-Car Inc down the road where you will be treated with respect. Best part- problems were diagnosed within 5 minutes and resolved within an hour.

I was looking to lease a new car after my previous Nissan Lease expired.
