They are the best - that is all I can say. Robert advised me on what the cost would be and told me I could bring my own parts and he would still fix He can of course provide all the parts himself. He gave me the best price of anyone but equally important the VERY BEST SERVICE! He fixed a previously repaired phone from another dealer and found super glue all over the inside.He is very knowledgeable and conscientious about providing the best repair If you want the best, the fastest and the most professional service at the most affordable price go here!! I will refer everyone I know to them!

I dont know how anyone could have a bad experience. They are always really helpful, have great prices for repairs, and give great offers for old phones. I tried to find a better price for screen replacement, but couldnt. Really fast repair too! Hopefully I dont break my phone again, but if do this is where Im taking it!

Price is outrageous for a replacement battery. $35 for a battery? Ill pass and go back to the guy on tenn st and get my batteries for 15$ or amazon for $6. Not to mention the guy on phone sounded like he hated his job.. didnt care.. or was completely stoned.

OMG so awful. When I went in they asked for a phone number and e-mail to contact me when the service was complete. 2 weeks go by with no contact and when I call to ask about my phone they tell me they dont call people to let them know when its ready. Guy says phone is done and ready to be picked up. Not fixed so I waited 2 weeks with no phone when I have many other options. I understand they didnt promise to fix it but at least follow through with the promises you make to contact them.

Absolutely terrible. Willing to sell a broken phone and neglect to tell the customer the problems with it. Brought it in a day later and show him the flaws that came with the phone and was told I did it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! No business ethic even taken into consideration, they prey on college students and take full advantage of them.
