I purchased a new phone with them and I had a few questions later on and went back up to see them and they helped me through it all and everything is perfect now.

Buying a new phone was not a hassell at this verizon location. The company representative was more than helpful and got me comfortable with the phone before I left. My old phone needed it so I got it done here.

I had been shopping around to see if I wanted to make a switch in providers and knew I was interested in changing from Android to iPhone. Arriving at the Verizon store on North Monroe Kyle Provencal was quick to greet me kindly and attentively. I expressed my needs and he outlined my options in a way that was very easy to understand and was incredibly patient answering all of my questions and did so throughly. I made the decision to switch and sign up that day not only because of the great options available to me, but largely due to his incredible customer service. I had truly never felt so valued as a customer.

Already know this company store is way better then att. Free phones and better service go a very long way. Im switching now and not regretting it at all. Deals in store are better than what we were told over the phone.

Best Verizon store ever! They always provide great customer service, and are much faster at completing transactions than any other Verizon store Ive ever been to. They dont push unnecessary add-ons or services, and because theyre an authorized retailer, they have items in stock that other Verizon stores have on backorder. Ive gotten three new phones here, great experience every time.

Visited store today.Was told Id need unlimited premium to upgrade to the latest phone. Told them on chat they would upgrade me for free... they said that was untrue unless I went with autopay (and later added any discount) would be the only way to come out even (my bill wouldnt go up). So I agreed to autopay.They changed my plan with my approval, as I was told it would be a wash financially if I went with autopay.They didnt mention that I would need to tie bill with a debit card or bank account... I found that out in store as I went to sign up for autopay, and was not happy.When I said I wasnt happy and got up to leave, the salesperson didnt even look up from their phone to say good bye. They were not completely honest with me, and he knew it.And I cannot downgrade back to my old plan, as it had unlimited hotspot, which is no longer available. : (

I dropped my phone and brkuggf it here. They do not do repairs here but the were able to place all the parts back together and get it working like it was before the drop. They went out of their way to help me and they did an amazing job just now.

Sat at this location almost 2 hours no one acknowledged me and another woman the entire time, (to see even see if it was something they could help with instead of wasting my time) and then exactly 2 minutes before the store was closing a older white guy ask if we need to pay a bill etc, I needed something more and instead of asking when I entered the store he went on to say he wasn’t helping me anyway. I have pictures and recordings and I will be sending this to corporate because this unacceptable especially due to fact I’ve been a customer for years! This by far is the worst experience I’ve had and I honestly feel this had something to do with race. I will never return to this location and I don’t advise anyone else to!

I have had awful experience at a different Verizon location here in Tallahassee. I was treated as though I was an inconvenience and because I wasnt buying something, they said I couldnt pay my bill in the store. So, naturally, I was hesitant about coming to Verizon again but I have been having issues with my phone. Mohamad Doghman was the person who helped me yesterday, and he was an absolute blessing! He really took his time to explain to me my options and helped me make the right decisions. He was personable, funny, and very knowledgeable about his job. I can tell that he is someone who takes pride in his job, and its a rare commodity to find nowadays. If you go to Verizon, ask for Mohamad, he is absolutely AMAZING!!!! The deals in the store are better than on the internet. I got a new phone for just as much as getting a new one in the mail but it was a newer version for the same price up front. I am very great ful i went to this location when I broke my screen on my old phone.

I often go to this store and the store in Quincy Florida because they are runned by the same person. They keep their employees with these stores and they are more helpful than other stores in town. I go where the help is so thats why I go to these stores.

This location is the one that my wife and I go to. It is convenient to the both of us because we have lived on this side of town for a long time. This is the more reliable location in town so it works out to be the best scenario for my family for when we need help with our phones.

I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon location. Mostly because the Verizon employee, Mohamad, who helped me during the process of getting a new phone. I highly recommend Mohamad if you need any assistance with Verizon.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I came in for a simple SIM card change. They gave me a defective SIM. They tried to tell me it was my phone and i had to buy a new phone. A lie and laziness all in one. Went to Appalachee the fixed the problem caused by Monroe employees in seconds.

My husband and I had the best representative that we have ever had! John helped us with upgrading our phones, getting our first pair of AirPods, Apple watches and an iPad. He helped us from the beginning to the end, including setting up all our devices for immediate use. I went to Verizon on North Monroe Street for a new phone. I had serious issues with my old phone. James Leonardo assisted me in selecting a new LG and transferring my contacts, texts, etc from my old phone. Because of the problems it had this took a considerable amount of time. The phone was constantly locking up requiring James to pull the battery to reset. I lost track of how many times he had to do that. He never once lost patience or got aggravated, preferring to look at this as a challenge, not a problem. He managed to recover everything that was recoverable, and got me out the door with a new phone and a renewed appreciation for Verizon and its employees. Thanks James.

Coming from an old phone to a new phone, the security features on them is a lot better than the old phones. The new phones come with spam protection and antivirus / malware protection which really helps with peace of mind nowadays. Knowing when an unknown number is a spam caller is wonderful

I go to this store often or the one in Bainbridge GA often because of our original go to employee and now that he is gone, everyone we have seen since have been excellent in helping my family and myself with all of our accounts needs. They have yet to let any of us leave unhappy. Always a easy experience coming to the cellular sales locations. The corporate location off of Thomasville was no help so we go to this company stores.

Coming into this Verizon store saved me $300 with the in store only promotion the were running to replace my broken phone. I went from a Motorola phone to the new Motorola flip phone. The sales representative made sure to help me reset my passwords so I was able to retrieve all of my documents from the old broken phone.

I use my phones until they are broken and barely able to operate. I went from a 10 to a 4 and I thought it would be a huge hassle to transfers phones like it has been in the past but the man and woman at this store have made it extremely easy for me. All I had to was sit there and wait for my files to transfer to the new phone

I transfered to Verizon because my family uses this company. I went to this store specifically because they recommended it and the people are the location on Monroe Street are always more than helpful. They made sure that I received everything from my old phone to my new phone before I left the store.

I was unable to go to this Verizon location on my own since Im in the hospital but the representative at this store was extremely understanding and helped me over the phone so that my daughter was able to go to the store on my behalf and grab my new phone for me so I can receive it today while I am in care. I would never forget this kind gesture, especially during these crazy times. They went above and beyond for what was needed and asked of them.

This store was more helpful than the Quincy location when it came to helping me with questions on my bill. They were able to answer my questions and get my phone turned on again. They also looked at my phone and deleted the viruses off of it so it works better now.

Dan is a Saint and has the patience of Job, and inasmuch as I am a Baby Boomer I required a lot of that. 😊 Icommend whoever had the good sense to hire him. He represents Verizon extremely well.

For better security, go with an android phone. They come with applications that help protect your phone from hackers. Iphone does not come with this protection. It is worth the extra fee from verizon for peace of mind. My iphone was hacked so I feel a lor more protected with an android phone already once the employee here explained and showed me all of the android-verizon safety features.

This location sells both the smart phones and the older flip phones that have no data. They do not have the flip phones on display because they are not in high demand so you have to ask to see them. I hope this helps anyone looking for those kind of phones.

The lady on the phone was helpful but the man in the store was even more helpful by making sure my phone was set up probably and good to go before I walked out of the store. Walmart was no help at all so please go to Verizon directly for hassle free help.

The customer service at the N. Monroe store was absolutely exceptional. They were super friendly and courteous and were great explaining everything I needed to know about my plan and new phone! Ive been to several stores in the Tallahassee area and this store by far had the greatest service. Im extremely pleased with my purchase and thank you to the wonderful employees for their knowledge and help!

This store sells phones and I was able to buy one at full cost without changing my contract or plan. It was a headache to set up my phone but I was able to change my passwords. Apple did not make it easy but it was easy in the store with the help of the employees working there that day.

I normally do not visit this side of Tallahassee to do my cell phone business, but I am glad I stopped in the North Monroe Verizon store. I had such a great experience I may just need to move on this side of town to do business close to where I live. I did not have to wait and when I walked in Justin greeted me with the door held wide open. I usually do not get my hopes up when I do business with Verizon, but he definitely set the bar high for the next person that helps me. Amazing!! If I could give 6 Stars I would!!!

George and Brandon were very kind and patient with me in helping me with my phone issues. They were there with me while I had trouble remember my passwords for my accounts and were able to help me reset them to something I can remember and even got my phone set up to help me remember them in the future.

Primarily, I want to complement and express my appreciation to my sales consultant Dan Ridgeway. I came in to trade in my Motorola Moto Z3. I wanted a high-quality camera and needed to be walked through the various models available. Dan Ridgeway, my account manager, greeted me professionally and welcomed me. Quite frankly, I was having an absolutely terrible day and was probably a difficult customer to start with. He patiently spent more than an hour going through the various options available on several different brands. I had a lot of technical questions and, as an extremely experienced digital customer, I know I put Dan through his paces regarding the products and tech! In the end, he helped me with reaching my goal of a top quality smart phone that also had a stellar quality camera. The camera was my main concern. Dan was professional, patient, well spoken, knowledgeable and certainly a valuable asset to your Cellular Sales team. I congratulate all of you and especially Dan. Thank you. While transferring my apps over the rep helping me decided to go on here and post a review of the store without my knowledge. I did not know this happened until a few days later, when I got an email thanking me for my review and even saw that the store had replied to my review. Needless to say I was surprised, but also just felt kinda used and like my privacy had been violated. One the one hand, Im mildly impressed by hustle, but yeah thats where I stop being impressed. I have always had a difficult time when it comes to purchasing a new phone, setting up services, etc. Recently I visited Cellular Sales to purchase the Galaxy S8 and I was delightfully surprised to be helped by Justin who was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful when it came to purchasing and setting my new phone up, getting all of my information switched over, and even showing me some awesome features on the S8. I was extremely satisfied when I left the store, so much so that I have sent my entire family to Justin since then. The nerve! I waited here for 30 minutes without so much as a hello from any of the reps which all happen to be men. Three men were working and none of them even looked up to acknowledge me when I walked in. I wanted to buy a new phone but I honestly want to take my business elsewhere. Dont even get me started that they have the AC set to freezing cold in the middle of February! I am in disbelief that this type of treatment comes from Americas best network.

I came into the store with my daughter about 15 minutes before closing for an upgrade. Upon arrival I asked the rep Tyler Wilhelm if we would have time to get the transaction done. He graciously agreed to help with the transaction. An hour later....(45 minutes after closing) I walked out with my new phone. This store is helpful for any of your phone needs. They sell accessories for the current phones like chargers and cases and protectors for Motorola Samsung and lg and apple. There accessories come with a warranty if you just buy in the store.

Id accidentally updated my cell phones software a couple of days prior and it wouldnt work...calls wouldnt go through. I was on my way to a motel at the interstate because hurricane Hermine was headed right for our coastal county, and my out-of-town husband wanted me somewhere safer. A young man was in the process of sending the other staff home for their hurricane preps, but stayed behind to try to get me squared away. Fortunately, it only took a few minutes, because he obviously knew what he was doing, and we were both able to be on our way. With all the chaos that followed in Hermines wake, I dont know what I would have done without that last-minute restoration of my phone to proper functioning. Kudos!
