Boost mobile has moved around in Tallahassee. I was glad that they stayed amongst the big 3 carriers. Love the deal on my phone and will be getting accessories soon.

I bought a boost phone from a boost store on Monroe Street and couldnt figure it out. I took it to Boost on Pensacola Street and Mr.Jim took the time and walked me the phone. Great Service!!

Big Shout Out to Boost Mobile on Pensacola Street.Last month I destroyed my phone on a work site. I borrowed my friends phone to call my phone company. When I explained to them my situation they basically acted like they didnt care and told me if I could not get there in the next 15 minutes that I would have to wait until the next day to get a replacement phone and I had been with this company for 2 years. When I got off the phone with them my friend said he was with Boost Mobile and he knew a guy that worked at one of the stores and he called him, he handed me the phone and I explained my situation to Jim I told him that it would take me 30 - 45 minutes to get to his store and it was almost 7pm then, Jim said no problem he would wait on me and he did. At the store Jim transfered my number and hooked me up with a Stylo6 and a good deal. At the end I tried to give him a twenty dollar tip but he fused so I left it on the counter and left. I found out the next day at work from my friend that recommended me to Boost that Jim applied that $20.00 to his account for the recommendation. Thanks for the good customer service.

I highly recommend this location above all the others. They usually have way better inventory on new phones than other places. The customer service is amazing. Jim is the most helpful and patient person Ive met. He goes to great lengths to make sure you are a happy customer and has passed this trait onto anyone who works in the shop with him.

Jim at the Pensacola street store is a very nice and understand man. I purchased my phone from another store and they did not take the time to sit it up right. I called the Pensacola street store and talked with mr. Jim around closing. He told me to come by the next day and he would fix my phone. I was with Mr Jim about 6 hours, The phone locked us out. He told me to come by the next morning and he would finish it. I came back and he finished it.Mr. Jim at the Pensacola street store is the best.Dont go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called to ask for my account number (which is not documented on your online account). The customer rep told me it was just my phone number. I needed a 9 diget acct. number and he became very annoyed while talking to me. Insisted booste has never used anything but the customers phone number. I ended up calling customer service number where someone pulled up my acct. number within minutes. Very rude and unwilling to help.

The service is equal to or better than staring into the face of a celestial kitten.
