I always Love going to this location. There always friendly and Dont try to pressure you into buying items. Im not a fan of southside location. There unprofessional and pushy.

I have never had an issue with the phones, mobile service quality or the people who have helped us here in the past. Certainly its best to shop around for the most appropriate plans and phones, but when I was in need cricket was there for me.Throughout my time using their service, I had excellent reception and used an LG3 for almost four years. Would recommend 100% if they have the plans that meet your needs.

I went in looking for a new phone. Mine broke and I needed a new one as soon as possible. The manager here was great! I told her my situation and she went above and beyond to satisfy me. I have been with cricket for two years. They have been the best company I have dealt with hands down. She told me her name was Kyla. Kyla thank you so much again for finding a solution for me.

Chris was very helpful, and I had a good experience switching back. Wish the leasing option was not so steep.

Honestly, thats just me and my perspective on life. Nobody is perfect and always has something more to strive for to be a better person, business, etc. This is my favorite Cricket store in Tally though :). I just wish there were more incentives for current customers; loyal customers that have been with Cricket since they were in Cairo, GA and werent even in the Tallahassee market yet.

The manager was awesome and the customer service was genuine.He helped me transfer data from my current phone to my new one and was a good conversationalist 5/5
