Destiny and the team were amazing from the time I entered the store till the time I left. I had a phone that was banged up with some photos of my dog who had recently passed not backed up, so Destiny and the team took the time to make sure my photos were backed up before transferring me to a new phone. Awesome customer service, amazing interpersonal skills, he went above and beyond to help me out when I visited the store and he made sure that he got me the best deals. Very patient and kind, very child friendly, and very knowledgeable and very professional. Overall experience was superb, very pleasant. I will be recommending family and friends to him as well. I just transferred my service to T-Mobile! Went in store just to get a SIM card, but Destin ended up helping me get everything set up right there. He answered all my questions. I really got great customer service, and was even given a direct line for any future issues...which was great! The next day I was on hold for tech services for 2 HOURS!! No joke. I finally hung up and called Destin instead, and he was kind enough to help me figure out my issue while I was still in the comfort of my home. It wasnt an easy fix either, but I never had to wait long for a coherent reply. Super supportive and personable! That 2hr hold was a joke, so I really appreciated having an alternative that was an actual person. Ive had my phone for about 2 weeks now & am loving it. Thanks a lot :)

Incredible customer service it was a FULL store and Cylentt helped me out with my iphone 12 pro max and i really appreciate her because she is not a apple care but she still helped me and actually made me feel great about being a T Mobile customer. Top of the line customer service! Carlos was initially the first one to assist me when I came in to purchase a couple of Apple watches. He helped me weigh my options and broke everything in terms of payment down. I was there for a little while and he made sure I was comfortable, attended to at all times and even offered a refreshment. Ian was also very friendly and helpful when retrieving my watch from another t-mobile when they realized they didnt have one of the colors I needed in their stock. The next time I came in, Destin helped me out, he was just as amazing, and broke down all the basic functions of the watch for me. They all built great rapport, were super informative and even funny. Highly recommend this T-mobile!

Excellent customer service from Destin. Every time I go in hes super sweet and personable. Hes a determined problem solver. I went in because my texts were not working no matter what I did. This is my third trip to this Mobile location. I must say that your employee Carlos Infante was very very nice. He went far and beyond to help me and my daughter. He also gave my dad the Military discount that no one even told us about. This is now my favorite Mobile store. We even bought extra service

What a wonderful experience at this location!I came in to get a screen protector. A nice, young man named Darius helped me find a nice screen protector. As I was checking out he noticed I was eligible for a plan that would save me 50%. He set everything up in less than 15 minutes. With the savings I was able to purchase a Bluetooth speaker that I had been wanting.It is nice to find a place where the customer comes first, they are knowledgeable, willing to explain how things work, and are just genuine nice people😊

Best T-Mobile in Tallahassee. Great staff and awesome customer service. They love offering water as you wait.

He offered to put the glass screen on my phone & he did a better job than apple has done for me in the past. Overall: Best phone move I’ve made in 5 years. Best customer service interaction I’ve had with a cellular carrier in 20 years. If you need a new carrier, drive to this location.Only 4 stars because there were a couple of hitches; the plan I chose was not the one activated, and due to escaping the former friends and family plan, T-Mobile could not match the former plan discount. Hoping those can be addressed.The gentleman that helped me was Nelson C. (saved the day!). El habla español. I had an unfortunate situation trying to get out of the ex-family plan. Nelson’s compassionate, professional customer care and technical expertise helped make what had already been a harrowing and ugly experience into a fantastic one. Much appreciated.T-Mobile Corporate, if you’re reading: Nelson’s got what it takes. In droves.

There doesnt seem to be any 2nd guessing. They get straight to the matter and give 1st class service. Very happy with this location and with this company service.

To start, the people were very nice in the store.However, we were told and re-affirmed that we wouldnt have a bill until next month. I was just notified our auto-pay would go out on the 24th.

Sure the folks are nice, however I was misled and have had a huge hassle trying to get what we agreed on in store. They must work off of either commission or have an incentive to how many new plans they close. I was left believing I got a great Black Friday Deal, but later discovered I was never set up on the plan promised. Hindsight, I was better off on my MetroPCS plan as my wifi hotspot worked at 4G LTE up to 10GB and now T-Mobile is less than 3G, which performs like old dialup decades ago. Horrible Service.Be careful as my $55 Military/Veteran plan was later $90, then after much arguing over phone, changed to $75, then finally at $65. Nice staff but not trustworthy at this location. Oh, do NOT complete survey on staff until a month later as I was so happy and excited when I left the store and gave my guy best ratings. Months later they got this straighten out. Now, Ive been fighting for the promised 3G hotspot as only dial up speed.
