I came in to have my phone fixed I had an appointment the guy helping me help to other people while I was helping me and just kind of left me sitting there and then when he finally got back to me you rushed me through my appointment and told me he had to go before he got in trouble! I was there taking up a total of 25 minutes of his time and not all that was dedicated to me! The service was awful and he was awful

Well... I dont want to rate terrible because the customer service portion was nice but unfortunately, Dewayne misunderstood me and what I was after, I did get a nice phone but it was not an upgrade and instead of having just one line I now have two lines and my bill is now off the charts. $300 a month doesnt work for me and the supposed $350 phone price is over $500 on my bill and dont understand how it works! Very dissatisfied and 😞 disappointed. Stuck with a cell phone bill set up to fail. Ugh!

I went into the store with what I would consider a pretty complex situation and wanted a plan to fit me and my other with two new phones. Needless to say Dwayne from this location talked with me and broke everything down and I walked out with what I wanted and happy. Dwayne is very good and knowledgeable he is the man!!!

Service was very slow and unprofessional. My phone was not working at all and they would not even talk to me until I was authorized on the account but gave me no help getting ahold of someone to authorize me. They didn’t answer most of my questions and were not kind when I asked them.

Fixed it right up!!! Walked in told them the issue I was having with my phone. He said have a seat and Ill get that taken care of... in and out in less than 15 minutes. My phone was right as rain. Very pleased

I placed and order online for a smart watch and choose to pickup my device from the store, once I arrived to the store I planned on using a paper copy of my drivers license and my work ID because my physical card had been misplaced. I did speak to customer care and they gave me the ok to use this method. A gentleman in the store denied my paper copy, explaining to me that he needed to scan the barcode on the back of my physical license. I had to add my mom as an account manager and have her come with her physical copy to pick up an item that I already paid for. But the catch is … they only looked at her ID and verified the name, no one scanned her license but gave me a hard time picking up something I paid for ! It was a horrible transaction for me. I understand the fraud factor that goes on in life but I had my email confirmations on my phone .. the texts from Verizon, 2 different IDs with my name and photo … they were not government or state issued but it was proof and the card I made the purchase with but was denied my items that they took no time charging me for or accepting my money for online.

When I pulled up in the parking lot there was one person standing outside waiting there was two employees standing off to the side talking to each other I dont know if they were on their break if they were they should have told us they were on their break instead of us letting us stand outside in the sun believing that they were just standing over there talkin having fun while we were having to wait on somebody I think that was very rude of them and then they could not help me when I did get inside so no I do not like that store sorry

Nice but liars. Bought a prepaid phone and plan today. Was told it was the only phone for a prepaid plan. Paid $150 for the phone and was told that was discounted. Phone is listed on the Verizon website for $99 dollars and there are also plenty of other phones I could have bought. Greedy retail personnel worried more about making a sale then giving customers what they really want.

Went here after having a really bad experience elsewhere in town. The biggest downfall was having to sit outside while the other person I went with was inside. They only let one person in your group/party to be in there at a time. This was not convenient and did drag out the visit a bit. However the guy working with us was extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted. He was upfront with us and answered all our questions. We left happy and that is not normal for us since most times we feel that they are upselling us and being extremely pushy. If I need anything again this will be where I go to get all phone issues handled.

If you are a Verizon customer or considering a switch do not use this retail location! The salesman lied about device trade-in credits and the insurance that they push. Your phone can be horribly damaged cosmetically, but if it is still functioning then your insurance claim will be denied! Its no wonder that phone carriers are universally hated.

Had to wait outside in the sun and heat, until I could go inside, and was told by 3 different people that I could not enter the building! Until someone leaves. Although I was just standing there, politely waiting to be told when I COULD go in. But once inside, I was helped by friendly faces, and polite smiles. Staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Will return to that location, however I think Ill wait until the COVID pandemic is over!

If I could give this store a 0 I would. They never want to help customers in person and always say call this number or that number. Today I needed my fiances line transferred onto my account and they told me it could only be done over the phone. After 45 min on hold I gave up and went to another Verizon store where I was helped in person and told this store is a bunch of lazy ignoramuses.

Worst customer service I have EVER encountered at this Tallahassee location. Jack....Solutions Specialist was extremely rude and arrogant! Could have cared less that i am a Verizon customer. I said i need to ask a question and he replied you only get one...he showed me why my phone wasnt ringing when i had all volume settings set to maximum. I said i have one more question to which he responded I said you only get one!. I asked my question and he replied in a very rude tone, I am not tech support, I sell phones;. I was taken back by his rude way of speaking to me and should have asked to speak to the manager. I turned and walked out of the store passing a waiting customer who was shocked by this exchange. My past visits to this store have always provided very helpful individuals who always ensured that I had a resolution to my concerns. This young man, as the FACE of Verizon, is a terrible representation of Verizon customer service. This has me so angry and disgusted i may very well take my cell phone service elsewhere. No excuse for his rude and arrogant behavior!!!Terry Goodwin a long time Verizon customer but I will be looking elsewhere.

Service is great and very helpful. The only thing I dont like is I went from a 5g in galaxy note9 to a Note 10+ with only 3G and 4G. Camera is great but service is horrible. As well as the fingerprint. Wish I could get help with this.

Been having an issue with a phone for Weeks. Spent countless hours on the phone. Taken two trips to the Verizon store and they have made no effort to resolve the issue. They just bounce us from one dept to another dept to the store location to another dept. We pay over a $100 per line to have this phone service and their system update bricked one of our Galaxy S10s and they wont make it right. Worst customer service from the worst phone company. After our phones are paid off we are DONE with Verizon.

He was very professional and polite and actually had knowledge of the different iPhones. He also is very informative on the billing of each product. Picked up my phones from this location on 5/21/20 to find that not only were they not able to be activated but one of them was actually registered to a different account. Went back to the store to get assistance was told by your floor Manager Diamond( arrogant, rude, unfriendly are the only words that come to mind) that they dont port numbers at the store and gave me a number to the port assistance. Once on the phone with them they advised me that the phone needed to be returned to the store because they cant port it because its already associated with another account. I placed the representative on speaker phone with Diamond which Diamond proceeded to tell the representative that they were wrong and that they dont need to issue a refund. She takes my box from me and goes inside and disappears for at least 15 mins and comes out to say we dont have that phone in stock are you going to ship it to her.... no apology for their mistake in the first place, for making me wait and then proceeds to state I need to pay a restocking fee.... and I need to go home and get the charger because they wont issue a return without it.... I was appalled at the lack of customer service, no apology, no compensation, no solution nothing. So I had to make 3 trips to the Verizon store for VERIZONS mistake and then be told that I NEED to pay a restocking phone for giving me a phone that was registered to a different account.... I returned the phones, have terminated my service, I have terminated the 18 line business account I had opened with them as well and will let my colleagues know as well not to conduct business with them. What a disgusting way to treat your customers for a mistake that you have made...

Got in and out in record speed, but salesman rushed his pitch, and I didnt realize how much not making him slow down and explaining terms and rates would end up with a higher monthly bill than I expected. Yes, I shouldve read between the lines, so do yourself a favor and dont fall for the hype and make my mistake of signing without understanding because I can sometimes be a pushover....they can pick out a pushover a mile away.

Lost the back battery cover on a flip-phone? Were deeply sorry for your loss!No problem. Sometimes this happens. When asking other people what they suggest, it appears a couple options exists says a #searchnflorida fan who recently lost his cover. But where is the best place to find a replacement cover?The local Verizon retail store sales department recommendation is to Google customer services of the brand name. Great store with knowledgeable salespeople. The service at this location is great and generally pretty fast. I really like the fact that the employees give their honest opinions about phones and accessories. If you ask about a product, they will tell you that they dont know if they dont, which is a lot better than getting boilerplate salesman speeches. Keep in mind that this Verizon is a particularly busy location, so you might want to check on how full the parking lot looks if you dont have a lot of time. The staff moves quickly given the number of people that are usually there, but there can be a bit of a wait if its really crowded.

Came into the store because my cell phone quit working. Purchased a new phone just to be told that I would have to take it home and follow the apps and it would show me how to transfer the information from the old phone to the.this was a disaster I have never had to do this by myself Ive always had a Verizon team member transfer my information. it is amazing to me how bad customer service is getting. Service at this store was great, but Im losing faith in Verizon as a whole. My service area keeps getting smaller and smaller, and multiple calls to Verizon tech support have not yielded much in the way of help. Downtown Tallahassee and sometimes have no 4G, leaves me wondering how they claim to be Americas largest most dependable network.

I am writing this review in reference to a year ago. I came in to get a new phone on my Edge plan and it turned out to not cost me anything! The employee helping me was very nice, fast, and even got me a sweet deal on a case! Not as bad as everyone says it is, a lot of people just cant handle not getting what they want all the time. Stop dropping your phones! Its not the stores fault you are clumsy and dont take care of your stuff!

It was an awesome experience and I left with all smiles. It was like a family environment where I was welcomed with open arms and love my Gold Galaxy S6. Stopped by to get a simple screen protector put on my new iPhone 7+, one of the guys who put it on messed up and there was a bunch of lint/hair under the screen I didnt notice until after I had left, so the next day I go back and they try to fix it without replacing the screen protector. Still cant get it right and proceed to tell me that they just install as a courtesy so they dont have to get it perfect so I say hey Ill buy a new one so they bring out a new screen protector that doesnt match my phone and install it...Im officially done with this store. Ill work with costumer service over the phone from now on and go to the mall for a properly installed screen protector.

I purchased a bundle, got the wrong battery pack in the mail and even though it was past the return window, the manager worked with me and gave me a great deal on something else since they were out of the battery packs. Recently went to the mall location thinking it was the same store at which I have had great service at in the past. Unfortunately, after moving downstairs their customer service went downhill too. I was willing to pay the online price for the phone and simply asked if they could match it. The rep kept looking at people passing by and couldnt stay focused on the question at hand, not to mention he interrupted me to help someone else, (there is a polite way to assist several customers but he just stopped helping me and starting talking to another guy.) I was willing to let that slide if he could work a deal but the rep just seemed like a shyster when he offered to match the price but conveniently left out (at first) that I would have to use my other family plan phone’s “New Every Two” deals to make the price happen. Later he quickly added in this fact, hoping I wouldn’t notice. Then started spouting lots of numbers and telling me what a “great” deal he was giving me for such a new model. Never mind I COULD just order it online but wanted to give the local shop a chance for the business. I wouldnt have minded if he was honest to begin with and told me he couldnt do the deal. After going to another location, right down the street on Apalachee Pkwy, I was able to get the phone at the price I wanted.

Horrible customer service!!!! I was sent to this location after stopping by to other locations (because this is”supposedly” a corporate location). I walked up to the desk and the worker had her AirPods in and she carried out her conversation and answered a phone call before assisting me. She then continued to act as if she did not want to help me with a rude facial expression and smerky remarks. I am not one to leave reviews but I was honestly appalled by the lack of respect for a customer. The way we ended our conversation was “would you like to speak to my manager because she will tell you the same thing” no is there anything else I can do or I’m sorry we couldn’t help you today. Just do better....

This is the first and last time I will ever go to this store, specifically. I went there, bought a new phone, a new case, and screen protector. I asked a gazillion questions about if the screen protector he gave me and the case would protect my phone because Im an avid dropper. I wanted the tempered glass protector but he said they do not stay on the phone, not that they didnt sell them. I had my brand new phone for 5 days. Only 5 days. I dropped it once and now my phone is cracked. The representative lied to me and now they will not do anything for me. They just wanted a sale.

I recently had a defective Google Pixel phone. When I went to return it here at Verizon the manager was professional and quickly shipped a replacement. My only complaint was they didnt have replacement inventory on site.
