Wow, the management at this place is superb! They really helped me pick out a phone plan that’s really catered to my needs. Olivier really helped me throughout the whole process and didn’t make me feel rushed even when other people are in the store. I will always be coming back here for my future phone related inquiries. 10/10, love the work here guys!

0 stars if this was an option. Upon visiting this location (several times) I received the run-around. Staff communicated contradictory information, was inefficient and did not commit promised follow-up. I visited another location in town where my issue was handled promptly by another knowledgeable Metro PCS staff. Dont go here unless you have time to waste!

DONT GO HERE. Wish I could rate this store and company lower. Waiting to set up a phone for 30 minutes and was racial profiled and skipped in line as soon as someone else of the same race walked in. CANT CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE OF AUTO RESPONSE. HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE PLACE

Zero stars after being a MetroPCS customer for 20 years in south Florida moved up here and a local customer for over 4 years up here I switched to Cricket due to poor connection and lousy customer service that was enough good luck if you use MetroPCS in Tallahassee is all I can say for them
