They were very helpful with getting my sons battery replaced in a timely manner. When my phone died unexpectedly, I did run into an issue of having them try and diagnose my device as apparently devices with insurance are made priority. Despite that, they were still helpful and professional. Although if you dont insurance on your device, expect to be put on the back burner.

This company told me my MacBook Air needed a new battery and almost charged me $160 for it. However, nothing ended up being wrong with the battery of my Mac book air when I took it to apple for a second opinion. What kind of test was does to determine I needed a new battery? I was lied to, the company only wanted my money. I almost paid $160 for no reason. Im glad I wasnt naive and got a second opinion. Apple was professional enough to actually make sure if that was the problem before I payed for a repair. All I needed was a new Mac book charger. I would never refer this company to anyone. Super money hungry and takes advantage of students. They werent even going to replace my battery with an apple product either. They were going to replace it with a battery that wasnt approved by apple. This company over prices for cheap replacements. If you have an apple product DONT come here! Go to Simply Mac on Gaines St. for a truthful diagnostic. This place kept my laptop for 3 days just to tell me a lie. Simply Mac told me the truth within 30 minutes.

A little pricey, but they fix my screen on a galaxy s9 for $235. Looks brand new, did a good job and was done in 3 hrs. Still cheaper than buying a new phone, so Im happy with their service.

This is the second or third time I have visited this store and it is consistently a great experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and my repairs are always done correctly. This time it was to repair a cracked screen. Definitely cheaper and easier to than sending it off to Apple. They had it done in an hour. An hour! I noticed they offer a protection plan for other devices too.Seems like a great value if you have multiple devices. Super happy with this store. I definitely recommend them for repairs.

I had a broken screen on a phone I use to handle business. They told me to come back in a few hours. They were awesome, courteous, fast, and they had the lowest price in town.

I got my iPhone 11 screen fixed here one afternoon. The next day, I put a screen protector on my phone. As I pressed the screen protector down, the actual screen of my phone cracked. I called them and explained the situation. They told me they could not do anything besides offer me a screen repair for $150 instead of $200. One of the employees was extremely rude.I was upset. I was not going to pay $150 more for another defective screen. I would understand if I dropped the phone, but it literally cracked from slight pressure when I was applying a screen protector. The screen did not shatter. There was one singular crack that ran down the side of it so you could tell that it did not fall. I inserted a picture that I took with my laptop camera and circled the crack.My brother used to work for the uBreakiFix franchise and told me that the screens are not good quality. For the price, I should have repaired my phone at Apple. Now I know for next time. Never again.

I had shattered my phone screen, and they estimated it would take 2 hours...they were done within 1 hour of dropping it off! So impressed! They had a great selection of phone cases as well and were super helpful in picking one out. They even threw on a screen protector for me. 10/10. SO my mother and I came here to attempt to get my PlayStation 4 fixed that wouldn’t turn on because I had broken the power button.So they said like a day or two later that they weren’t able to fix it because of a certain piece they needed and didn’t have. So a week later they fixed my PlayStation and sold it to another customer with all of my information still active and on there but luckily the person who bought my PlayStation works with my mother and is faithful to delete the information. Do what you want with this information. I smell lawsuit!!

They are taking your original parts from your device and giving your low quality parts.My iphone X a little pixel problem. I can use the phone but want to replace the screen from uBreakiFix expecting that they will give good quality product accordingly their price. I replaced my i phone X screen. They told me it is OEM quality. But, when I got my screen replaced I can distinguish by my bare eyes the screen quality is not close to oem. Then they said to me that it will not be same as apple (if they mentioned it earlier I would not repaired it there). I want to try few days whether new screen is ok for me. As I was not satistfied with the replaced screen I want my original screen back instead of it. They said they send the original screen to their workshop and its now their property I do not own my original screen. They repair the original screen and sold those thats how they keep their price low. But, by any mean their price is not low. The low quality product they gives, you can find that in half price in governor square mall.

I took my sons PS4 to be repaired and have a particular part replaced. They advised that there were bugs in it, and could not fix it because it was considered a hazard. Fair enough. However, the next individual that was hired to fix it, advised that there were absolutely no bugs in it,and that all of the screws that held the console together were missing. We still have not been able to get it fixed due to not having all the parts to properlyhold the console together.If you have something important or special to you or your kids, I woulnot recommend using this company.

Amazing place! I filed a claim with AT&T to fix my cracked screen on the front and back, they were able to see me the next day and drop my phone off. The atmosphere was clean, inviting, and friendly. Staff was AMAZING. They were able to get my phone back within 3 hours and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

After told it was going to be two hours and that I would get a call when it was done or if there was any problems (which I didn’t)I get there, the guy proceeds to tell me that my phone is unrepairable and how the phone kept looping from turning on and off. I’m furious because I don’t understand how a cracked screen is unrepairable. I ask for the manager and he explains to me the issue in depth and tells me I need to get an entirely new phone because it’s rejecting the new parts. The manager said it could be problems with the motherboard which is why I need to contact my insurance and get a whole new phone.Needless to say, I left very upset thinking I have to get a new phone believing that my phone was actually broken (wasn’t mad at them until...)My boyfriend tells me to try IDOPE, so I go to IDOPE and they fix my cracked screen in 10 minutes and my phone works PERFECTLY. It definitely was not rejecting new parts. The only reason I went to UBREAK was because it was covered under insurance but, they are so problematic. Don’t waste your time. I much rather pay full price at another place that actually does the job right.

My wife used the mail-in option with this business. We sent it on a Tuesday. It arrived at their business on a Wednesday at approx 10:30 am according to the tracking info. I called shortly afterward to confirm. I was told they had it. I was told a person would get working on it that day. Fast forward to Monday, I called as soon as they opened. The guy took my payment information and said it would be sent out that day. It wasnt until after 6 pm on Tuesday that the phone finally showed as shipped via UPS. We received the phone back on Wednesday, over one week after it was sent to the business. I advise against mailing anything to the site in Tallahassee, FL. Other locations are available.

I dropped my phone off to be repaired around 3:30 expecting to pick it up the same day. The guy told me it’d be ready in two hours but they closed at 5 so they ended up keeping it overnight. I waited a day just to find out my repair was declined because my find my iPhone wasn’t off. Nobody informed me that was required during a repair. Over the phone or in the store. It would just be nice if they communicated things like when they’re going to need to keep it overnight because of the time you came in store or prompted the customer to turn that feature to make everything convenient for everyone.

Due to Samsung agreement with them, I had no choice but to also pay to have back camera screen replaced since it was cracked, though I own my phone outright and the warranty is expired.Picked up my phone and requested a protective glass for new screen as I do not wish to pay nearly the cost to replace the phone to fix the screen again. Was sold liquid glass instead and they applied it to the new screen.No joke, Ive cranked screen sensitivity up to the max and phone fuses about or diesnt respond and there were three cracks in the brand new screen by the end of the night from simply carrying it in my purse. 6 hrs, 3 new cracks.

I went in for a same day repair for my Samsung Galaxy S10+ and they completed it very quickly. It took about an hour and a half and while the price was higher than I was hoping for, they did a great job and even replaced the battery and adhesive as part of the repair. I was informed at pickup that my back glass had cracked when they had opened the phone but they replaced it at no cost. I hope that I will not need any further repairs for my phone but if so I will be sure to return to this shop.

At no point throughout the process either on their website or in store was I made aware that the replacement screen provided would be a third party non-OEM screen that functions WORSE than the broken one did. SCAM.

They offered me a free cleaning of my charge port when I thought I would have to replace the whole port. Its working perfectly now and it didnt cost a dime. Great and reliable customer server!

I filed a claim with at&t to fix my cracked screen on the front of my iPhone XS Max. Markos (I hope I spelled his name right) came early, he was respectful, and was very nice. He was very observing pandemic guidelines. If I ever needed a phone to be repaired this would be my go to place and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great service. My phone died due to water exposure. They examined my phone and contacted me promptly by phone and email to explain the parts and repairs necessary to fix it and detailed the costs. It was repaired quickly even while taking necessary cautionary measures for covid. When I picked it up there was a battery issue so I took it back and were able to correct that at no charge.I highly recommend them. Great staff.

I went online and set-up an appt. I drove 45 minutes to the Tennessee St, Tallahassee, Fl location. When I arrived, I had to stand outside in the freezing cold because only one person is allowed in the store at a time. I mean the store was plenty big enough to maintain a 6ft distance between people, especially seeing how masks are required. When it was my turn they said they cant fix the issue with my X-Box. I plainly stated, when making the appt, what the issue was and they made the appt anyway. Very piss-poor example of a company.

Ive been here a few times for screen repairs through asurion insurance. Theyll get it fixed, but itll be about an hour after they say.

Okay so I came here a month ago and had my phone repaired. I came back today with another screen problem and they fixed it under that warranty, but not only did they fix the screen the guy went above and beyond and he even did his best to repair my frame that has been bent. They were helpful, quicker and cheaper than Verizon to repair my galaxy s20 ultra, however they refused to wipe the sand off of my camera lens before replacing the glass which is irritating, I now have permanent sand inside my phone covering the camera, they could have easily wiped it.

Please read this review before using this service!!! This is probably the WORST business in all of Tallahassee, and is definitively the worst place for fixing your cracked screen in town. The employees are all extremely rude and inconsiderate, refuse to give any answers and frequently misquote prices/diagnostics. Their website claims to have apple authorized products, and since their main appeal is fixing cracked screens, you would assume they mean the screens, right? Wrong, theyre talking about BATTERIES...nowhere on the website is that apparent. And, in fact their screens are significantly worse quality than Apple screens, so definitely do not depend on them for fixing your screen to the quality you are used to. In addition, their employees dont understand how to correctly apply the screen protectors....and are EXTREMELY rude when you point this out.Do NOT use this business, or else you are essentially throwing your money down the drain. They are a soulless company, and their corporate branch is EVEN worse.

Every staff member at this location was extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. They did not make you feel dumb about the process. They take their time with their customers and made me feel like my business was just as important as the customer before me and I witnessed them treat the next customer just as well! Great place for your fix needs. I would highly recommend this location and their courteous staff!!!!
