My banks fraud department called me this afternoon to asking if I had made a charge at this store today or online. O said no I am in Oregon and have not bought anything online. A charge of $104.86 had been attempted. The card was in my pocket. Fraud is coming from this store.

This place is the worst. Should be given “0” or actually a negative rating would suffice. I got my phone fixed (cracked screen) here for $89 in early November. My screen was cracked again 3 months later in February. Preferred not to, but out of convenience I got my phone repaired here again one day prior to leaving Florida. The technician told me that there were issues with my phone, and asked who fixed it last because whoever did it didn’t do a good job and they messed up my phone. After telling him I had my phone fixed there less than 3 months ago, he proceeded to say nothing, fixed my phone, changed the way it operates completely (the iPhone “home” button was disabled and he added some new button on my phone screen to use instead! And the phone screen wasn’t totally flat and even anymore, bottom corner was now slightly raised. Then charged me the full $89. After ALL of that, I left the store. The very same evening my phone battery died while I’m out. AND MY PHONE NEVER TURNED ON AGAIN. I flew to California the next morning and had to buy a new phone for $200. This place is a joke! No accountability, no understanding and over priced. Take your business elsewhere!

AVOID!!! This store sells fake airpods that don’t work. It happened to my son a few weeks ago. Since there is no return policy, they replaced them. For another fake set that also didn’t work. At that point they refused to service us. Apple store confirmed that the set they sold should have never been put on the market. Nobody in the store is willing to talk to us or remedy the situation.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Ive had my phone repaired by them multiple times now (My children are rough on phones) and their service is ALWAYS impeccable. Very fast, very friendly, and very high quality repairs every time. 5 stars! They ALWAYS take care of me!

5 STARS! My phone is my life - I conduct all my business through my phone so when I broke the screen on it I was devastated. SMART ELECTRONICS FIXED MY PHONE IN 15 MINUTES!!!! AND CHEAPER THAN WHAT THEIR COMPETITOR WAS TRYING TO CHARGE ME!!!! Excellent customer service all around, as usual. highly recommended!

Recently, I went to this business to have my phone fixed because it was cracked. After only six days of its initial repair the touch sensor on the screen began to stop working. I took the phone back to the business and asked for another repair, unfortunately they told me that I could not get my phone repaired until Tuesday. However my phone plays an essential role in my everyday life and I was not able to wait until Tuesday. Because of this I asked for a refund because the product that they gave me was defaulted, when I asked for a refund the man became irate and pointed to the very brief sales contract that was placed on the counter. The contract said all sales were final and if there was a problem it would have to be within the 14 days of its initial repair. My problem with this establishment is that if my phone didnt stop working after the 14 day period I would be in the hole of 150 dollars, the manager at the establishment was irate and made me feel less of a person, and on top of this my phone that they were supposed to have fixed they did not do their job. In total I have spent $190 to have a working phone until their new shipment of screens comes in, I paid someone else $40 to place a CRACKED screen on my phone until the said date of Tuesday. However when I went to the establishment they still did not have any screens, and now I m desolate and frustrated. Coming to this business I did not think I would have such a headache as I do now.

Worst customer and product service ever. The people there sold me a faulty phone (had to go back three times within 36 hours of purchase) and third time was within a 3 hour gap. 95% of the employees are not willing to take responsibility. I didnt even want a refund, so long as they could give me a well working phone... but they refused to do any of that. I have asked on several occasions to speak with the owner and the man at the front desk, keeps bringing out excuse after excuse, on top of direct and subtle disrespectful sarcastic comments. I dont know if the owner knows of all of this, but I figured since I cannot get ahold of him, that I would just make a public announcement. I am sorry, but I cannot imagine the owner knowing about this and having these people work for him.. just repulsive... I could write more (but I dont have the time.) So hopefully somebody who can make executive and non emotional responses can email me back and we can arrange to discuss this in further detail.

I bought a refurbished mac charger here and it stopped working in less than a month. An employee told me that they do not offer repairs and there is only a two week warranty (he was also somewhat impolite). I did nothing to hurt the charger so either they do not inspect the refurbished items or just dont mind selling defective items. I understand buyer beware but I expect more from a store than I do from someone off craigslist. I will not continue my patronage and I suggest others stay away.

They fixed my cracked Iphone and my computer that was wiped out by a virus. I would recommend this place for any electronic repair, They have always been honest and upfront on pricing and the repairs were done fairly quick.

I cracked the glass in my iPhone 5S and took it here to be fixed. It cost me $35 less than the deposit from my carrier, and $5 less than a local competitor. I walked in and had my phone repaired in right around 20 minutes. Overall it was a positive experience and I would return again with the same problem.

This place is a JOKE! They are committing fraud! Selling unusable/unoperable phones to there customers and claiming they wont do a refund. Nowhere on the receipt does it state they dont do refunds. Bought the phone and Verizon could not activate it, yet Smart Electronics wont take there non working phone back that was bought same day. They sound like theyre on drugs and could not care less. They wont be in business long.

I took my phone on feb 9th to get my phone fixed they took my payment upfront of 96.43 and was told it would be ready that sat which was the 15th but that they would call me to come pick up so I never got a call about ne thing I showed up sat afternoon they told me its not ready they will call me I said well I need to know when it will be fixed they told me Monday which was the 17th well now its the 21st so I call this am and they told me they couldnt fix my phone that they have to refund me this place is beyond a scam and customer service sucks this guy told me that he was sorry that his employees are dumb and young and hes sorry they dont know where they are doing what kind of business is this and its in the gov sq. mall in Tallahassee wth.... I would never recommend these people to anyone

Not only they broke my phone but tried to come up with smart excuse to tell me its not their fault.

I originally went in to get my screen fix and was told to come back in 10 minutes. I come back and now i need a new battery and it needs to be reset. My price went from $90 to $200. They are SCAMMING people for their money!
