Josh is the best sales consultant ever! I was absolutely elated when he fixed my issue that others had given up on. He is extremely efficient, kind, and hard working. I’m normally not a big fan of cell phone stores and customer service. I must say that AT&T has knocked it outside of the park with the staff at this location. Deshawn was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of questions and he helped me get all of the info I needed. The store manager also helped me beoffe and he is a good example to his people on how to treat a customer right.

I came n order iPhone pro Mac 13 in gold color, representing helped me and put in order with Seirra blue phone… same with my worker.Also I father is the man holder, I took him here to switch the main holder to me, after 2 times. Situation is the same and they asked more money or the bill will go up higher $50 each month if we switch the holder. I have been with att for at least 15 years. Finally, a guy came out and said that is normal human mistake n I have to go back home n forward to the office to fix them mistake. So unprofessional n rude customer service

Zubayr is a rock star!!! I bought a new cellular Apple Watch online and spent more than 2 hours over 2 days on the phone with tech support trying to sync the watch and activate the cellular plan on it. Each time I read off all the numbers on the box to them and they repeated them back to me, but the cellular plan would not load. Each time they told me they were elevating it to their emergency tech people and it would be corrected in 24 hours. It still wouldn’t load. By this point, I was very frustrated and decided to take it in to the store. Zubayr figured out very quickly that one of the numbers they keyed in was incorrect. He fixed it and loaded the cellular plan and synced my watch with no problem. After that, he fixed an issue my husband was having with his phone. His customer service is amazing and I highly recommend him!

Came into the store wanting to upgrade my device and somehow left without service on my old device after being told neither device was compatible with Firstnet even though my old device had been working for the last 2 years. Explain how that is possible... No solution other than saying Im sorry
I tried to transfer from Verizon to AT&T for 3 weeks running into one problem after another. Yesterday I Decided to stop on whim at the AT&T store on Magnolia St. in Tallahassee, WOW, I am now with AT&T in less then an hour. What a difference than working with customer service online. I have to give Kotos to the tech department online AND there is another higher up customer care “if you can get them”. But the customer service that answers the call, it 50/50. I am enjoying my new phone. But I certainly will not be changing service ‘hopefully’ for ever.

Young lady didnt want to work or had no desire to get a good deal to family plan for my switch from another cellphone company, thank goodness she was not rude but this place needs staffs that actually want to work because the staffs in this place that are now there are like, they just for their check period.

James sold me two phones and stated he would waive two upgrade fees, I guess that was a sales tactics because now he has amnesia and does not remember even went as fas as saying I must of mis understood him *pretty much calling me a liar * I have never been treated so poorly one of the worst experience in my life .

Brain at the N magnolia dr store in Tallahassee fl was great! He did an awesome job at helping me with my upgrade from iPhone X s max to iPhone 11 Pro Max. He helped me out with which cases would look great on my phone as well as transporting important files over from my old to my new iPhone. Brian was also able to use my moms iPhone X as a trade in and move her number and important files over to the iPhone X s max. Brian did an amazing job with everything and made sure that I left happy. We will be returning to this location.
DO NOT GO HERE. We have been loyal customers to AT&T for a long time, but have never experienced such terrible customer service as we have from this store over the past few months. When we bought new phones during Black Friday, we waited an hour to have our purchase completed.Two months later, my family noticed a charge on our phone bill for several hundred dollars for an insurance plan that we NEVER consented to. We came to the store to resolve this charge but the “store manager” just dismissed us and told us to call AT&T because they couldn’t do anything about it. She was very apathetic and didn’t seem like she wanted to help. My dad was with us at the store on the phone with AT&T for over an hour. They basically told us that this store scammed us and didn’t even own up to it when we confronted the store about it.This makes no sense - so, the store can’t help (much less apologize for) a dispute on a charge that THEY put on our bill, without telling us? That basically suggests that they don’t offer customer service but just want to sell phones and never see you again. To add insult to injury, the store manager first asked everyone in front of us what their name was and put them on a waitlist. But when it came to us, she asked what we were here for, not our name...
Ryan Gilbert was SO helpful getting my friends new internet/tv account opened. We are both technologically challenged, and he was extremely patient and professional. He even made himself available with Facetime once we got home, assisting us with setting everything up!

We came here after a few near by AT&T stores didn’t have actual functioning phones, just like dummy phones that don’t work. We come in and it’s empty so no wait or anything. We were paired with I assume Ryan G based on my receipt (screen shot). After being told what phones we were looking at he immediately went from smiles and friendly to trying to talk my husband out of the purchase or to go for a “better” phone. When he finally made his decision he kept shaking his head and saying “oh I wouldn’t do it”, “No one buys that phone” and other off comments about the whole thing. My husband doesn’t use his phone much especially with work from home and wanted a smaller device, the sales man kept trying to push the pro series. I get they work off commission but trying to talk someone into a 450 upgrade they clearly don’t want isn’t helpful or warranted the way he went about it. Then when asked about colors, made fun of/laughed the colors my husband like and said “yeah I don’t like those, why don’t you at least get this color”.Small edit to add: he literally complained that the transfer would “omg this is going to take an hour *loud sigh*”.Over all the entire process was very unprofessional and will be going to a different AT&T store from now on. We are new to the area and this store has pretty okay reviews. Except on Yelp they are all bad.
I love it when I get to upgrade the technology on my Phone, but changing phones at AT&T is a very painful process. You would think that Cell phones are the bulk of their business, but it doesn’t seem like they can get you in and out of their store in less than an hour. I wish they would learn how to speed up the process and make it a more enjoyable experience. Their personnel are always friendly and polite, it’s just that having to sit in the store for an hour doesn’t seem to make sense and is not a very good use of my time.
To say from the aspect from which I was there it was not the most of all good reason due to unscrupulous persons unknown to me. But I personally rate AT&T to be the BEST for me and would be the same for others if they give them a chance when it comes to service AT&T are the top of the line. They may not be the biggest or have the mist of customers but they have the BEST service,connection to their clients and I rate them number one. They have a great sales force that know what they are doing.periot. I am glad I joined their organization of professional and hard working people.

Takes 3 hours to transfer phones and they wont let you use the bathroom. They tell you to go to birger king...and it was closed because of fire. My son cut his toe and they wouldnt let him use the bathroom. They say they have no bathrooms. I have used the bathroom there before.

Great products and service. Was told to get the bodyguard glass by the salesman and it worked as it should. But he told me if ever a problem bring it back to store and it would be replaced....... well a year later they won’t replace it in store and I have to deal with manufacture. If they sell you on something make sure it’s in writing they will push products and say whatever they have too for commission.
Though small, this place is neat, well kept, and in a quiet suburb. The service is excellent. I went to purchase a SIM card to replace my redundant AT&T SIM. The officers who attended to us were courteous and knowledgeable. They listened attentively to our requests, explained clearly our options for the Plan that would suit us and promptly executed the transaction. On our way out, the lady who attended to us opened the door for us. I was impressed and I asked why. She said it was always a pleasure to do so for their customers! It was my first time of coming to this AT&T facility. The SIM card I bought in 2017 was bought in a store. My first impression was very good and I resolved that any time I wish to purchase a SIM or Plan, I would rather go to this place than a store.

Holly is an amazing representative for AT&T. We live pretty far away and were a bit late for our appointment. We were still able to get in and she took care of us. She was very professional and actively listened to all of our concerns which made us feel like we mattered as a customer. This was a first in a very long time, normally dealing with cellular providers is not pleasant at all. Holly was great though. She got our equipment switched over and our plan adjusted with some discounts we didn’t know about. If you can and she is there ask for Holly. Thanks Holly!

The store manager, Linda Jean, does not have what it takes to run a successful retail store. The management style of staring your employees into submission is very awkward as a customer. The representative that helped me seemed weighed down by management expectations. The over all morale of the store seemed very unhappy. The representatives were very professional and eager to help customers, but the energy this manager brings to the table immediately kills the customer experience.5 stars for the Sales Agents. Not the management.
I am normally very patient when it comes to customer service. I worked in retail in a college bookstore for a year and a half. I know the awkwardness of the company line, I know people are busy, and I know that certain things are outside of the standard associates control, and that we are in the midst of a pandemic. I went in for a very simple purpose: buy the lowest priced prepaid and transfer a currently active SIM card to said phone upon purchase for my mom to use for work. Firstly, I waited 45 minutes to be assisted, a very long time in my opinion. This was because there were probably 4 or 6 employees by my attempts to count, but they had a waiting list of at least 4 people in line to be helped. After waiting 45 minutes, I find out that part of the activation fees is to set up a new phone line, which I was not told the last time I came in for own phone, so I suppose I accidentally set up a new line that I was never told about? So first we had to set the new line, pay the bill, and set up all the account information ....and that took forever. Our associate was very meticulous and had to enter in everything by hand, but it still took at least another 30 minutes. And in that time that employee tried to show me AT&T streaming service plans, and sell me on their rather pricey phone cases. Finally, we got the new phone with the new number with unlimited talk, text, and data for the next month (I never asked for) an hour and a half after walking in the door. The bill was a whopping $94, with the retail price of the phone being around $70. And she didnt even put in the SIM card I brought into the phone, I ended up doing it myself outside of the store. Dont get me wrong, AT&T offers these Prepaid Phones and my family has used them for many years as it suits our lifestyle and our budget. And I am normally happy to go in and buy a new phone when the other wears out every 2-3 years. However, todays visit truly got on my nerves; it took forever and customer service was mediocre at best. I may opt to purchase an AT&T Prepaid Phone online, have it delivered, and set it up myself next time. The whole endeavour will save me time and money... Or perhaps just take my business elsewhere.

What I wanted to do was really simple but the people that I spoke with not only at this store but also by calling the toll free # made it way too complicated. Long story but, here goes. Needed a new phone and wanted to change my current phone # due to harassing calls. Ok, simple right? I ended up with a new phone but I now had two accounts. Took over four hours and numerous reps to get it corrected. Finally, days and valuable time wasted later I reached a great rep who finally understood my dilemma and within ten minutes had corrected the mistake! Her name was Vicente and she was amazing! Why couldn’t anyone before her help? Ask A T & T that question but it was finally done right. Thanks to Vicente for doing what not one of the other reps couldn’t or would not do. The 3 stars are for the lousy and very long time it took to correct the origin request. Too many people for one small request. Not happy with how my original request was handled. But, Vicente was awesome and understanding, which helped a lot.
Went yesterday and waited for 30mins but when I got to Holly, she was very efficient and so accommodating to queries. She managed it so well that I ended up leaving the store a little less than 20mins with what I came for.

Today I had an awesome experience with representative Holly she had great customer service and made sure I was taken care of and stayed within my budget in a timely manner.
On 5/3 I visited this location, as it was the only operating location with representatives.While I am disappointed with how they handled my phone issue, it was ultimately not an issue they could have fixed. My review is to state how unprofessional this store handled their own COVID-19 policy.On 5/3, I drove up to the store and walked up to read a sign requesting patrons to wait in their car as they are only allowing one customer per representative in the store. Although I was confused at how they would keep the cars in order of who arrived, I went back to my car and waited. About 20 minutes passed I watched two different cars pull up, walk up to the store and walk in- being seen immediately. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I waited about 10 minutes before I saw another customer walk right in. I eventually walked in and witnessed no employee wearing any sort of masks or gloves, and a waiting area populated with (what I am assuming) those before me in line to be seen. I was greeted by Jeff, and explained my situation to him. Although I felt he was condescending, and basically talked down to me about how to explain what was wrong about my phone to the recommended retailer I visit (even though I had just explained it to him perfectly fine), I did not consult with him on why the store was not following their own procedures.If you have a sign up, follow your own rules.
Everything about my in store visit was pretty good. Didn’t have to wait and was taken care of in a timely matter. I’ve seen a few reviews here that mention view your bill after a visit/change to your plan. Please try to do this in the store. I was told my bill would be a certain price and it wasn’t. Then I found out the sales representative, Cody, added premium insurance package to my bill. I have never had insurance on my phones and never agreed to add it. This is a very shady sales practice. Shame on you. Please, double check your bill after a visit.
