So this morning still looking for a place to get my cell phone fix I found this place. The owner was so nice the price was reasonable and he had good conversation. So go check him out. First of all, if you are looking for the quickest wait time for fixing your phone, then look no further! I got my iPhone 6 fixed in less than 20 minutes!! My touch screen was not responding well to touch and the phone was basically useless at that point. I brought it into this place and they got a new screen on it, as well as cleaning out the interior of my phone(from gunk buildup-my fault). Anyways, I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a quick fix on their cell phone. And the price was reasonable($60 total) for the entire process. Great job!!!

Thank God for this place. I dropped my phone at work. Face down on tile. Not only was the screen shattered, it wouldnt turn on and stay on. After being told by two other supposed repair places in town that my phone was dead but theyd be happy to buy it for low $$$ to use for parts, one of my coworkers recommended Modern. I drove out of my way over there, because, seriously, who actually goes to Tally Mall anymore? This store was actually really busy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The owner was abruptly honest about how bad the damage was and what my options were. He was able to fix my phone and gave me a great deal. I get all of my accessories here, and have sent many friends since. Check them out. Absolutely worth the detour and the owner really is knowledgable about the business and the technology.

This store has been a downright asset in this town. I have been doing business here for 5+ years and have never walked away less than satisfied. The customer service has always been excellent and they always work hard towards a solution everybody can live with. I send everybody I know here.

I sent in my iPhone 4 to replace a broken screen and back piece. I thought the phone was completely toast, but I sent it in just to see what they could do. The guy was totally rude. The phone screen that was put in was dented and he refused to change the screen, claiming it was the phone frame that was messed up. And he got totally rude about it. Went to another place to see if it was the frame like he was claiming, and they told me it was indeed the screen. Do NOT waste your time or money.Edit: the guy answers me with a completely rude tone, when he is still in the wrong. He is acting as if im making up something that I have proof of from going to an actually decent phone replace store.

DO NOT COME HERE--SCREENS BREAK, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEI thought I was getting a great deal for $80 (cheapest in town) to fix my iphone 4. They did the job and two days later, go to touch my new screen and it cracks--and all I did was touch it! They say they have a warranty for defects but when I reminded the salesperson of this, he basically said sucks for you.DO NOT make the same MISTAKE I did. Go to a better place in town.

This was by far the worst level of customer service I have experienced. The employee gave me a time frame to have my phone repaired and completely left the building with my phone locked up without even finishing the repair. I went to retrieve my phone the next day despite having business to tend to that previous day but was unable to because my phone was locked up. I spoke with the manager Crane that day with no resolve. He basically asked me what he wanted me to do with a very arrogant and condescending tone without offering up any resolve for my inconvenience. When I offered him ways I felt could resolve my problem such as speedy service or discounted price he refused. You try to support small businesses as opposed to franchises and corporations and this is the level of customer service you receive after being inconvenienced by his employee a whole day. If you want professionalism this is not the place to go visit other locations in Tallahassee or just call Apple!!!
