I had a great experience at the store because of Stephanie Pierre, the Retail Sales Consultant that helped me. She was knowledgeable and extremely polite. Because of her I upgraded my service and upgraded my Wi-Fi. Stephanie Pierre is the reason I will be getting a cell phone from Comcast as well.

If you are thinking about changing phone service to xfinity please dont do it. My phone continues to read Not on network. I cant make calls. I cant get calls I never had any problem with service. They gave me a better monthly rate. Know I wish I was still paying boost mobile 55.00 dollars a month. I have not had this phone a month yet.

Possibly the coolest Xfinity store I have been in. They had plenty of reps to handle all the customers. Had several automated kiosks for self service. Attendant at the door kiosk was incredibly helpful and the service was very fast. I live in Perry and there are several other locations about the same distance or closer, but I will only be going to this one. Outstanding on all points.

Something always not working, they barely pickup the phone and have the nerve to keep trying to make you talk with the operator. If I ask to speak to someone, put someone on the phone. Don’t keep playing the operator if it didn’t help me the first two times‼️

This joint was BUSY! Thank goodness all I had to do was return a modem. If I had to wait to be helped by someone other than the young lady at the front, I would have kept the modem and told Xfinity to bill me.

Worst possible customer care on the planet! Could not wait to switch to MetroNet when they came to Tallahassee! I was forced to buy the gig and unlimited bolt on causing my bill for internet to be over $200 dollars!Worst customer service! Bill Smith aka dude in bangledesh told me he would lower my bill! What a lie! 3 months later and no lower bill!!!! I switched to MetroNet and have by far better service!!!

I bought a modem and prepaid service from a boost store. When i got the modem home it was defective, so i took it back to boost for a refund to only have them tell me i would have to return thru UPS back to Xfinity for a refund. After the runaround from a few representatives i returned the modem back to Xfinity thru UPS with the tracking number with the assurance was it was sent thru the proper channels i would recieve a phone call with the details of my refund. After NEVER recieving a call back i called them back. I was transferred and hung up on to finally get a representative to tell me i wouldnt be getting any of my money back. I only had the equipment 30 minutes if that and i returned thru UPS. So basically Xfinity robbed me without a gun. I will be getting a lawyer. Dont ever purchase anything prepaid from Xfinity bcuz they will rob you

I was really impressed with how the process of picking up your equipment.The one Im disappointed with is trying to connect the equipment and cant take a simple process that doesnt work, just to have your professional technical support come in to do the job at the cost of $100.00, a few of my friends had this same problem with there equipment and was charged for technical support this seems like a scam to me and we are all new customers . If you see that customers are calling you and complaining about your SELF CONNECT KIT PLEASE CHANGE THE PROCESS! Its not right for you to continue to do business like this. Ive had satellite television and cable television and they would send technical support out to install the equipment and show you how to operate the system. And didnt leave until it was right and the customer was satisfied.

Im absolutely disgusted at the fact that i have been billed for the last 4 months for a sim card that I never received, data that I never used, and was told they could see I have never used the line before but unfortunately their policy is to activate lines even when the customer has not called to confirm! How absurd!!! In the middle of a pandemic when the whole country is hurting you are knowingly charging people for services they have not received or used!!!

I did go to the Xfinity store and return equipment. I was unaware that they had a physical store here until I happen to see an Xfinity truck and spoke with the serviceman. On August 23rd my Wi-Fi on my computers stopped I tried to reach agents through chatting by calling etc I left some messages.... Today I checked in my equipment I was asked to wait for the individuals who handled the returns and picked up a slip from them and went outside to stay cool..... No one seemed sympathetic toward me although I lost money not being able to use my Wi-Fi...but rushing me to come inside ..I left so this is documentation that I did leave my equipment there with the two gentlemen at the front desk I have no plans to return to them.

Horrible contact methods! I hate the live agent chat, it’s aggravating and too much to type for my problems. When I call to speak to a rep that’s what should happen not promoting the useless chat! I can never speak to a real agent to solve this account issue I have been dealing with for months! The wifi isn’t even strong enough for my at home job, If xfinity wasn’t the only Internet service In Tallahassee I would’ve been dropped it.

Dealt with this company for a few years back on forth on service working and mostly not working. Odd times the service would not be connected but show it was. Through the special offers they have, they have no idea what they are selling. After closing my account, and returned their equipment 2 months after leaving them, I was sent a letter saying I owed $49.62. What a joke. I turned everything in to their employee Terrell he printed me a receipt and said, We are all good. Poor service and endless waits with their automated system. Tallahassee store doesnt even have a Tallahassee Number just another automated number.

Our technician Reico was AMAZING! First, he arrived ON TIME! Too often cable techs get a bad rap for either being late or not showing up at all. However, Reico, was on time, professional, clean, and he practiced social distancing. During his time with us, he gave us details on what he was doing and a thorough lesson on how to operate the new equipment. I will definitely recommend Xfinity to both my family and co-workers.

We did everything online and just needed to pick up the already paid for start-up box…A 5 minute wait just to be (smugly) told we had to sign in to wait behind six other people who looked like they’d been waiting for ages! Just to pick up a box that was already paid for. Why even bother doing it online? What a joke.

Xfinity is a service that once you get connected there is always there to help you out with all your needs. With my experience with them they came by and they hook my TVs up where that I didnt have to have any internet cords all over the house and I appreciate that, but the experience was that I had TVs in the bedroom and a one in the living room and each TV had it on

This has to be the worst internet service on planet earth. My service goes out almost everyday, I have to unplug my modem everyday and listen to an automated system just to get it back working!!! I can never get a live agent on the phone and I pay 95.00 just for internet!! Comcast is the biggest ripoff

My grandma and i moved recently, they said they’d send someone out twice earlier this month. no one ever showed up, and they said we didn’t have an appointment when my grandma has two separate reminders for them, now it’s july 22nd they can come out. said they wouldn’t charge us for the time we can’t use our internet, that was a lie as we just got a bill. the absolute worst, only thing they got going for them is that they have a starbucks next door

I was told that I needed to make a payment in order for on demand to work. I made the payment with a debit card. On demand is still not working. When I spoke with an agent, she said I had to wait 24 hours.This is poor customer service. I made the payment today, so the services should work today.

So far we love it .we bought the 45.00 a month plan . This is our first month and its supposed to be $45 a month if you dont want it the next month you dont have to pay if you want the next month after that youre supposed to be able to get it back we love ours and streaming its really great

I can’t believe they tried to charge my account without my approval I share that account with someone and now I have to go to the bank to clear this mess up you need permission to use anyone’s debit card information before you just charge it just because I use that card to pay my bill every month don’t mean when I’m late you think it’s ok to charge that card I’m glad I’m on that person bank information because I could’ve got in big trouble with the police for them doing that I think that is crazy and unprofessional now I will be looking for me a new internet company bad business I can’t deal with this company again and no one else should either 🤬

I have been with Xfinity for years and have paid over 200.00 a month for the services. When I called to change my services around to a promo they were offering the answer was no, because I was an existing customer. You would think they would reward loyalty, but nope. Just cancelled all my services with them. You might want to start thinking about your customer base that pays their bills every month.

In order to maintain social distancing and avoid overcrowding, you will have to wait outside. Luckily for me it wasnt raining at the time, but it was wet. So make sure you bring and umbrella just in case. Otherwise, I was just picking up my items to initiate service and that went without a hitch.

I just activated my service and was expecting a call to see how my service was, but it never came. Wanted to shout out to Jeff who helped me get my Internet started at the best bundle price for what I needed for working from home. I even got a few things I didnt need because the bundle deal he showed me gave me extra and even took it down $10 a month.The place was clean and fast and the employees were friendly. 10/10

My neighbors internet went out two days a ago and when they fixed her they broke our-After rebooting, unplugging etc and nothing, we tried to reach out to “customer service”- which should be rebranded “customer avoidance services”-The earliest time they could come out was Saturday- 3 days after the incident-We both work from home so that meant we could not properly do our jobs for three day- no tv or phone line either-are we in a “third world” country?We pay over $200 per month for this “service” and they cannot even fix a problem they made- yesterday, after many tries in the phone “customer services “ person “Sherri” seemed to be emphatic and said her director would get someone out given it was their fault in the first place- but guess what- we NEVER heard from any one all day today- so no internet & two frustrated workers-Comcast should be ashamed of their “service”- it is a lack of service-Tallahassee 32308

We had to replace a remote and the replacement didnt work correctly. Technical support said to get another one. Picked up a second one that was used and surface was sticky...and it didnt work either. Technical support was then not willing to schedule a service technician without jumping through a bunch of hoops. We are cancelling our account and going with Centurylink. Comcast has gotten too big and forgotten what customer service really means.

Customer service reps and field techs are pleasant and professional, but, the service itself is getting bad. Comcast’s cable network that serves our business in Innovation Park has gone down for an extended outage (24 hours or more) in the middle of weekday, during critical web-meetings and other business, twice this month. The problem is not on our premises, not a problem with the modem, but, they insist on wasting a day getting a service tech scheduled to come out just to say, ‘yep, it’s not the modem, it’s our network’, while, meanwhile, loss of internet due to their network problems has completely shut down our office.

We had an issue with our bill, I tried to talk to someone after checking the app but was told I could NOT speak to a representative until I paid over $180! Thats why I wanted to speak to someone, our bill and charges were not right.We thought by going into a store we would be able to straighten things up, so we drove an hour to a store. After waiting in the rain to go in, we were met with a bad attitude, short sassy answers, and down right rudeness.I realized we were going to get nowhere with this so decided to leave without any resolution to our problem.That is sad in itself.I went on the app again and chatted with someone asking for a call back.Shawna called us and was able to get everything straightened out for us. We were seriously ready to dump the whole company and walk away, but thanks to shawna, we are still Xfinity customers.Someone should get a lesson in customer service in the Tallahassee office.

This is not about the store in Tallahassee. Once you get there they seem to be ok. This is about the whole company in general. I have wasted over 30 minutes trying to find the phone number to the local Tallahassee Xfinity store. You have to go through all kinds of promts give them your phone number just to try and get the number. After dealing with all of this they say they cannot give the number out. Tom Karinshak you need to do better for what we pay. Your automated system makes me want to take everything comcast/xfinity adn thow it into the street. Most people want to speak with a person not a horrible automoted system that disconects if it does not get the information it wants.

Comcast has to do better training with their staff. They have opened up 5 accounts in my name for the same apartment thats supposed to be under one bulk account. I have been on the phone with them since December for them to correct this. Im told each time its been corrected but it hasnt. The online only and representatives are a joke.

4 years ago, I wrote a long reason for giving Comcast a 1 star review. A few months later, a service rep at their new location, changed things around for me and I’ve been greatly satisfied since. The rep at the newer location treated me with the utmost respect and fixed the fiasco that I was dealing with for so long. I realized that I hadn’t written another review to express my gratitude for the dramatic change and improvement since then, so without further adieu, Comcast I’m awarding you with 5 stars. I have been trying to get someone on the phone for over two hours now. First they make you go through this robot which then resets your stuff first. That takes 15 minutes. Then you have to call back and get on a call list that takes 30+ minutes. When they call you back they say you are first in line and I HAVE BEEN LISTENING TO RINGING FOR AN HOUR AND 37 MINUTES AND I SEE NO END TO THIS!
