My call was answered promptly, all of my questions were answered prior to scheduling service and a technician met me at my office within 30 minutes. Don’t typically leave Google reviews, but definitely needed to for them!I was in a panic this morning because my phone screen was going out (turning green with lines). I didn’t have much flexibility to go travel (I work full time and am a single mom). I did a random search for screen repair and called around to two other places - who were taking entirely too long to even answer. Mobile Medic answered quickly and was very professional. They came out to my job for no extra cost and had my phone done in about 15 minutes. And it looks brand new! He even threw on a screen protector! Would definitely recommend over and over!

My Phone screen was cracked. While my phone was cracked my camera was working but they fixed my screen now my cameras don’t work anymore.

I hateeee to write bad reviews but my experience with mobile medic was a disaster. The employees were extremely nice, they even delivered the phone to my work one of the times, but i dont think they know what theyre doing. I took my phone for a simple LED and Screen replacement and had to go back 3 more times. The first time i got it back the home button didnt work even though it was perfectly fine when i brought it in to begin with. After that i took it back for the home button and when i got it back after a couple seconds of using the phone the screen would turn green and then black. SO THEN i brought it back for the screen issue and when i got it back it had a black iphone screen even though i have a white iphone because apparently the white screens they had were defective. The reason for so many good reviews is because they are giving a free tempered glass screen protector for every positive review which is awesome but just be careful. I paid 200 dollars for an iphone 7 LED and screen replacement and 3 days later i have a Rose Gold iphone with a black screen and a white home button that wont work at all. Talk about tacky. I am not a confrontational person so i didnt ask for a refund or a discount but they honestly should have offered for all the gas i wasted coming back and forth and because my phone came back with damages i didnt cause (the home button).

One of the absolute worst shopping experiences Ive ever had with a legitimate company. Ordered a phone, the owner said he mailed it but the tracking number he gave me never updated saying the usps got the package. 2 weeks go by and still no update from the post office. Keep in mind this was going from Tallahassee to Palm Beach. He offers to send me another phone to make up for it. Instead of the iPhone 8+ 256gb phone I ordered, he sends me an iPhone 6 16gb, that was not only still locked but had a remote control software on it that would let a third party see everything I do on the phone. Regardless, the phone was unusable. He vaguely stated hed be sending me another phone, and when I asked why he sent me this phone, he said, Oh I was just going to send you a phone so you have something to work with, not the actual phone you ordrered, that should be there any day now. 3 weeks later of me initially ordering, of me begging, threatening to call the cops, and calling him on every phone and contact method I could find with him giving me the run around every day, he said, wanna hear something fun? the post office never even shipped it out. it took him 3 weeks of having my money to even go check the post office to see if the package was still there. I personally dont believe it and think he never sent the phone. Throughout all of this, he was a complete jerk, dissociative, and an absolute displeasure to talk to. He openly mocked me and told me there was nothing he could do for 3 weeks. Finally, he has his phone and Ive sent back the locked, remote controlled replacement phone, and he says he cant send me the money because hes been locked out of popular payment services. So instead over the course of the last 3 days hes been sending me my refund in small increments and installments. 1 star because at least I eventually got my money back. I basically loaned him 340$ for 3 weeks in exchange for a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other store than this one.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy anything from this store and do not do any business with this store. My roommate bought a phone from this place and a week later the phone was reported stolen/missing. She was told the phone was brand new and when she finally took the case off, the back of the phone was cracked and there were scratches on the bottom. She went to get a refund and the manager (Robert) was trying to act innocent saying that he didn’t sell it to here with cracks and scratches. When I confronted him about him selling her a stolen phone, he proceeded to say that he didn’t and that it was reported stolen after he sold it so he did nothing wrong. He was very rude the entire transaction and even kicked me out of the store because I kept confronting him about the phone being stolen. Because of the cracks that he claims “wasn’t there when he sold it”, he searched up how much a new back for the phone would be and took that out of the amount she would be refunded. She paid $591.25 and only got back $475. This store is extremely unprofessional. When we first pulled up they had 2 dogs blocking the door and they had plates of half-eaten food on their tables. It was disgusting. If you ever think about doing business with this store, think again.

These guys rock, if your problem has a solution they are on it. Totally fair with prices and they will work with you as much as possible. I had to wait for my repair and so i witnessed several transactions and they totally worked deals with each client saving the clients each at least a few dollars. They are Intelligent and well informed and most importantly the are kind. Some of the prices may be beatable but their service and understanding arent. They are definitely my cell phone goto place now...

Avoid this business, overall a terrible experience. They sold me an IPhone 8+ and it was locked when they told me it was unlocked; they then offered me wholesale value which is hundreds less than I paid for it. I asked for a phone exchange then resulted in calls/messages being IGNORED. Please save yourself some sanity and order from honest places that offer an actual warranty and return services like Ufix I Break on Tennessee Street or ordering from Amazon online.

Amazing and fast service. I went in yesterday because my phone battery was screwed up and Apple had said it was fine. Emphasis on the air quotes. They replaced my phone battery in under 15 minutes, gave me a lot of advice, and were super friendly. 10/10.

These guys saved the day for me! Friday afternoon late in the day and I smashed my iPhone 6 screen, so a friend recommended me to these guys and within 30 minutes I had a new working screen. These guys were professional and fast with a very fair price. I recommend them for future phone repairs!

Went to pick my phone up to find the whole screen un responsive after taking it in for a battery issue. Please do not go here. Although they have great reviews you will lose out on some kind of bill. Please dont allow them to repair your cell phone. I have a galaxy S6 needed a new battery. They charge me $64.00 dollar to order the part but when you check the website at Amazon is only $16.00 dollar. Once they replace the battery to the phone then they charge a $40.00 dollar service fee. Its take them 5 days for them not to contacts me if the new battery had arrived. I had to call them many time and they continue to lieeeeeeesssssss about if the new battery have arrived. Please stay away from this company. Please dont doAnyyyyyyy business with them. Please dont listen to the other comment with 4 star its their friends and a bunch of Lies. Please dont allow yourself to be scam with a bunch of lies and services. Is at your own risk!!!!!!!!

Complete waste of time. What was supposed to be an hours worth of work, took an entire month and my phone was still not fixed. Not only that but when I picked up what was left of my phone and took it to a shop in West Palm Beach that I trust, many of the parts had been replaced with either used or refurbished pieces without my knowledge. This combined with incredibly poor customer service is why I will not be returning to this store and advise other people to do the same. I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars, but I suppose the fact they provided me with a temporary phone while they took a month to fix a cracked screen was nice of them. Please do yourself, and your wallet a favor and go to any other place in Tallahassee.

I went there to get my screen fixed I called in and got a price and he tried to charge me extra. My phone worked for about two weeks and then the screen went black and wouldn’t work so I had to wait three months to get a new one. Based on my experience I would NEVER go here again. They also rush to get their work done and on their accessories they over charge espically their phone cases bc I got one of the same ones for $15 from somewhere else. So basically this place is terrible. Wouldn’t suggest it to a friend or anyone matter of fact.

Called to see about repair GS7 125 to 130 for repair then go their 200.00. I needed to pay first ok my credit card would not work then asked for cash. I think their not paying taxes. He said it was declined I watched him make decline. He didnt notice that read message to process or decline. Ran card 3 times. I used card 20 min latter it worked. I wondering if their stealing credit card # or their system of contract company to run visa or mastercard is not working. Visited on 10-20-2018. Be careful not sure what up with these guys seem smart just not honest. The non processing of 2 credit cards was very strange. I currently have 3 charges my credit card pending for 211.78 and also on another.

I’ve bought two iPhones from this store. An iPhone 6 Plus & iPhone 6 in March of 2018. Both phones still work as if it were purchased brand new . Tonight I got my cracked iPhone 6 screen replaced for a very reasonable price. (Please note my screen had multiple cracks and right corner of hardware was exposed. Thankfully I was careful not to let any water touch my phone so I had no further damage than that.)I was acknowledged immediately upon entery and asked to filled out questionnaire regarding phone issues. Once that was completed I waited at least 45 min tops and my screen was replaced with complementary screen protector. Before paying for service I was able to inspect my phone. Once I paid for service I was given the option to email or have receipt printed. These guys even offer 90 day warranty. When I bought the 6plus There was one minor issue after purchase. I took it back but I didn’t have my receipt on me at the time . I gave them date of purchase and how I paid they were able to locate my receipt and my issue was quickly resolved. There’s no other phone store I would purchase an iPhone from in Tallahassee especially if it’s not a comercial retailer.

I do NOT recommend getting your phone fixed by these guys. I went to get my phone screen repaired and they didn’t put my phone back together all the way. It was missing plates and screws which caused even more problems. Half-ass job.

I went to get an iPhone 6 screen fixed from a crack, the original visit they changed out the screen fast and i paid and they did not provide a receipt even after i asked for one, they said they couldnt print one out. Later that next day the screen stopped working completely, where as when it was cracked before it was working. I called, they said it was a bad screen and to bring it back in and they would just swap it out. I brought it in and they swapped it out and right after leaving the store the screen started going in and out, we gave it a couple of days thinking maybe it was a bug and would work out. It never did so I called the following Saturday and let them know what was going on, whomever i spoke to said since i was having such problems they would inspect it and give me a refund. I asked if it was going to be a problem that i did not have a receipt and he said no just to stop by he had my name down. So when I want by the store they of course had no idea what i was talking about and had no idea who i talked to and let me know they dont do refunds. I left very angry and was told i can bring the phone by for a diagnosis but that was the best they could do. I at this point am so over going back and fourth with the store that I just gave up and am stuck with an iPhone 6 that the screen doesnt work on and 60 bucks less.

Worst experience ever. Paid 300 for a used phone that should be 160$ and could have come BRAND new for 160$ from my carrier. The service was horrendous. They did not it would be used and they did not state beforehand that the transaction would be non-refundable. The WORST experience ever I am telling everyone I know to never go there. Ridiculous.

Awful place to get a phone fixed. Just went in there one day to see if they had my phone screen and were able to get it fixed before my warranty ended (software issue) When they said no I was literally walking out the door until the guy promises me they can get it done in time. I agree and give them my phone and they placed a 2 day shipping order for the screen. I wait a couple of days and call only to find out it was shipped and theyre still waiting on it. I called everyday until the last day of my warranty. Some people had no idea what was going and were downright rude and others told me it hasnt shipped it yet. Went to pick up my phone today very frustrated and slighted. The guy there tells me they couldnt order the screen because it was discontinued. That wouldve been nice to know a week ago. This is by war the worst customer service Ive ever experienced and If youre reading this please go anywhere else in Tallahassee before you try mobile medic

Be careful or you will be easily scammed. Derrik informed me I couldnt get my full refund back because it came from his pockets. Then he told me I couldnt have my 7.90 they charged me for tax.. so I threatened to call the police and he gave me every last cent..

They really only seem to work on iPhones, but I now question even that. I brought an HTC One M8 in, which is not an extremely friendly phone to work with. However, with a full frame instead of just a screen, the repair is easy enough to accomplish. My phone was returned to me the first time with a newly issue, a rattling upper speaker. After a week waiting on new parts, it is now back in my hands, with a completely blown-own and barely audible speaker.I am now left here extremely unsatisfied, with my phone having new gouges, a bent frame from their tech apparently prying against it with metal tools, a blown out quite apparent used and broken speaker, and my wallet a little more empty. But hey, my screen is fixed, right?Communication is non-existent with customers. You must periodically call, and physically stop at the store(s) to progress-check any repairs, otherwise youll never know whats going. Furthermore, the technicians will apparently attempt to contact you through Facebook (this is an extremely unprofessional method) to speak with you, rather than contacting you via phone or even text.I cannot recommend anyone else to try to use this business for their personal phone repairs.My advice is to look elsewhere, or else risk having a semi-functional mobile device, and large volumes of frustration after many days without any form, or attempt, at communication.
