If you have a broken phone screen, go elsewhere. Prices are cheap and thats the kind of service you get in return. I had to come back 3 times because they kept giving me faulty screens. The manager even said sometimes they get a bad batch of them??? Finally had to go someplace else and the manager wouldnt refund me even though I returned the faulty screen.

When I came across Phone Hero I was sort of skeptical about the location and it’s services being overly priced. Called around, and turned out it was the best priced place in Tally. Went in to have my XR fixed and Austin’s helpfulness and concern was so sincere I ended up getting both my phones repaired as well as some great deals on accessories. They were absolutely fantastic! I went in when my phone kept turning off unexpectedly, and we were able to find a solution ASAP. They laid out all of the options for me and were honest about how much everything would cost. Austin and his team are awesome! Absolutely 100% recommend this place. I’ve known the owner for 14 years and already knew he ran his business with honesty and integrity. Well...My daughter’s iPhone screen was showing black and white lines and then completely shutting off. It got worse and worse until the the screen wouldn’t come on at all. Took the phone in and dropped it off. By the time I got back home I had a message that it was already done! It works PERFECTLY now. She couldn’t be happier.

I dropped off my phone because it was fixed at another place. The owner told me exactly what was wrong with my phone and told me it would be 30 minutes. Absolutely horrible experience. Brought phone in with my screen cracked and screen was still touching. I was told the repair would take under an hour but when i came back I was told to come back the next day. When i came back in the phone no longer turned on and I was told that it was the phone itself and nothing could be done. Frustrated I raised my voice and the guy working there responded with racists remarks. So I left and went down the road to IDOPE where they opened the phone only to find some of my parts were missing and the phone was completely destroyed. DO NOT COME HERE
